The invention relates to sanitary ware, in particular to a toilet bowl.
Background
The existing water-saving toilet bowl generally requires a certain amount of water because the water is required to flush the fecal excrement, by optimizing the excrement channel so as to effectively flush the fecal excrement with the least amount of water. The prior art solid-liquid separation toilet facilities, as disclosed in patent applications 201710496669.8 and 201810638043.0, are specially designed for toilet bags, so that when the toilet bags are used for defecating, urine and excrement are separately led into different containers so as to effectively and pertinently carry out microbial treatment, the prior art is provided with baffle plates at the inlet of the excrement discharging port so as to avoid odor overflow and pollute the toilet environment, the prior art adopts power to directly drive the baffle plates to move back and forth to finish opening and closing, the baffle plates which move back and forth need to occupy a certain space, and an independent power driving mechanism is needed to drive, so that the structure is complex and the manufacturing cost is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a water-saving toilet bowl which is free from flushing of excrement, simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost.
The invention is realized by the method, which comprises a base, a toilet pocket with a seat plate arranged on the base, a cover plate arranged on the toilet pocket and rotationally connected to the base through a rotating shaft, and a roller arranged below the toilet pocket, wherein the rear part of an inner cavity of the toilet pocket is provided with a stool discharging port, the periphery of the stool discharging port is provided with an annular flange, the bottom of the inner cavity of the toilet pocket outside the annular flange is provided with a urine discharging port, the bottom of the inner cavity is inclined towards the urine discharging port, the side wall of the roller is provided with an opening opposite to the stool discharging port, a roller below the opening is internally provided with a covering door, the rotating axis of the covering door is parallel to the rotating axis of the roller, the inner side wall of the roller corresponding to the free edge of the covering door is provided with a magnetic body, the side wall of the roller corresponding to the free edge of the covering door far away from the rotating shaft is provided with a pressing rod, and the roller is driven to rotate by electric power or driven by the cover plate rotating shaft through a transmission mechanism.
When the toilet bowl is used, the cover plate is opened in advance, the rotary shaft driven by electric power or the cover plate drives the rotary drum to rotate, the opening of the side wall of the rotary drum is opposite to the excrement discharge opening, the pressing rod is pressed, the mask door is separated from the magnetic attraction to rotate downwards, the opening is opened, a user sits on the seat plate for toilet, and during toilet, the excrement falls into the rotary drum from the excrement discharge opening and the opening, and is led into the excrement discharge opening at the front part of the toilet bowl and into the excrement collecting cavity. After the toilet, the rotary shaft driven by the electric power or the cover plate drives the rotary drum to rotate, so that the rotary drum rotates under the action of gravity in the rotating process, the free edge of the rotary drum leans against the magnetic attraction on the inner side wall of the rotary drum and is sucked by the magnetic attraction to seal the opening, the excrement in the rotary drum is fully mixed with microorganism strains along with the rolling of the rotary drum, the microorganism reaction is carried out during the storage period of the rotary drum, the peculiar smell is removed, and meanwhile, the surface water content of the excrement is reduced to be solid matters, so that the later collection and utilization (as solid fertilizer) are facilitated. The opening is closed, so that the emission of peculiar smell is prevented, and the cleanness and comfort of the toilet environment are ensured. The door is not required to be opened and closed by special power drive, so that the door is simple in structure, low in manufacturing cost and good in use reliability. The rotary shaft driven by the cover plate drives the roller to rotate, so that driving power is saved, and meanwhile, the habit of people in using the toilet can be utilized to ensure the correct opening and closing of the door.
Here, the rotation of the roller driven by the cover plate is realized by a chain, a chain wheel transmission mechanism or a belt and belt pulley transmission mechanism, and when the cover plate is completely opened, the opening of the roller faces the excrement discharge port.
In order to ensure that when the cover plate is opened, the opening of the roller is opposite to the excrement discharging opening, a counterweight is arranged at the position of the roller, deviating from the axis, the roller is provided with a stop mechanism, the positions of the counterweight and the stop mechanism on the roller are set in such a way that the roller rotates along with the opening of the cover plate, so that when the opening of the roller is opposite to the excrement discharging opening, the gravity of the counterweight drives the roller to have a trend of continuously rolling along the original rotating direction, and meanwhile, the stop mechanism acts, so that the roller cannot continuously roll along the original rotating direction.
Here, a spring is provided between the pressing rod and the base, and the top end of the pressing rod faces the seat plate. When the toilet seat is used, the pressing rod is separated from the door under the action of the spring, so that the door is closed under the action of the magnetic attraction, the opening is in a closed state, when a toilet user sits on the seat plate or presses the seat plate downwards, the seat plate overcomes the action of the spring force to enable the pressing rod to move downwards, the door is lifted off the action of the magnetic attraction, the door is opened, the opening is in an open state, and the toilet user can smoothly fall in the roller.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of no need of flushing, simple structure and low manufacturing cost.

The invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples:
as shown in the figure, the invention comprises a base 1, a toilet pocket 3 with a seat plate 2 arranged on the base 1, a cover plate 5 arranged on the toilet pocket 3 and rotationally connected to the base 1 through a rotating shaft 4, a roller 6 with a discharge port arranged below the toilet pocket 3, wherein the rear part of an inner cavity 7 of the toilet pocket 3 is provided with a stool discharge port 8, annular flanges 9 are arranged around the stool discharge port 8, the front part of the bottom of the inner cavity 7 of the toilet pocket 3 is provided with a urine discharge port 10, the bottom of the inner cavity 7 is obliquely oriented to the urine discharge port 10, an opening 11 is arranged at the position, opposite to the stool discharge port 8, of the side wall of the roller 6, a covering door 12 is arranged in the roller 6 below the opening 11, the rotating axis of the covering door 12 is parallel to the rotating axis of the roller 6, a magnetic attraction 13 (a magnet) is arranged on the inner side wall of the roller 6 corresponding to the free edge 12a of the covering door 12, a corresponding magnet 14 is arranged on the free edge 12a of the covering door 12 (can be provided with a corresponding magnet 14), the side of the edge (12 b) of the covering door 12 is far from the axis or the side of the rotating shaft 12 is provided with an opening 11, an electric pressing rod is arranged on the side wall 6 corresponding to the side of the rotating shaft 6, and a driving mechanism is driven by the rotating shaft 5 to rotate by the roller 5.
Here, the transmission mechanism a of the rotating shaft 4 driven by the cover 5 includes a driving sprocket (or driving pulley) 16 driven by the rotating shaft 4, a driving chain (or driving belt) 17, a driven sprocket (or driven pulley) 18, a second driving sprocket (or second driving pulley) 19 coaxially rotating with the driven sprocket (or driven pulley) 18, a second driving chain (or second driving belt) 20, and a second driven sprocket (or second driven pulley) 21, the driving chain (or driving belt) 17 is connected between the driving sprocket (or driving pulley) 16 and the driven sprocket (or driven pulley) 18, and the second driving chain (or second driving belt) 20 is connected between the second driving sprocket (or second driving pulley) 19 and the second driven sprocket (or second driven pulley) 21. In this way, the limited rotation angle of the cover 5 is converted into a rotation of a large angle of the drum 6, even approximately 360 degrees, by the different sizes of the respective gears (or pulleys).
The opening 11 of the roller 6 is opposite to the excrement discharging opening 8, a counterweight 22 is arranged at the position of the roller 6 deviating from the axis, a stop mechanism b (comprising a stop bar 23 arranged on the roller 6 and a stop table 24 provided with a damping and silencing pad and arranged on the base 1) is arranged on the roller 6, the positions of the counterweight 22 and the stop bar 23 of the stop mechanism b on the roller 6 are set in such a way that the roller 6 rotates along with the opening of the cover plate 5, when the opening 11 of the roller 6 is opposite to the excrement discharging opening 8, the gravity of the counterweight 22 drives the roller 6 to roll continuously along the original rotation direction, and meanwhile, the stop mechanism b acts, so that the roller 6 cannot roll continuously along the original rotation direction.
The pressing rod 15 comprises a power pressing rod 15a and a transmission rod 15b, a spring 25 is arranged between the power pressing rod 15a and the base 1, the top end of the power pressing rod 15a faces the seat board 2, the transmission rod 15b is connected to the roller 6 in a penetrating manner, a stop outer flange 15c is arranged on the transmission rod 15b positioned in the roller 6, and a pressure spring 26 is arranged between the transmission rod 15b positioned outside the roller 6 and the roller 6, so that the transmission rod 15b is always positioned at the edge, far away from the axis of the rotating shaft, of the mask door 12.
The outer surface of the drum 6 is provided with a heat-insulating layer d to ensure that the drum 6 has a certain temperature to ensure that the microbial species have sufficient activity for microbial treatment.
