本发明涉及一种用于保温建筑外墙板的填料,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:水泥48‑52%;聚苯颗粒或玻化微珠46‑51%;硫酸铝0.1‑0.4%;氯化铁0.06‑0.069%;聚乙烯醇0.2‑0.54%;淀粉0.2‑0.54%;糖钙0.2‑0.54%。本发明有益效果是:将水泥参加量降低到50%左右,轻质骨料增加到50%左右,加入胶凝材料搅拌后浇筑构成的轻质保温外墙板,使产品的保温性能达到国家要求的四部节能,并具有:强度高、容重轻、保温、防火、隔音、抗裂、抗冻性能好的特点,产品强度可达到3.5MPa。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料领域应用的用于保温建筑外墙板的填料。
背景技术
现有技术的保温建筑外墙板的填料,包括水泥、砂料、聚苯颗粒、陶粒、玻化微珠等保温材料,其水泥、砂料的参加量比较大,轻质骨料参加量少,使得保温效果达不到国家要求四部节能,生产出的保温建筑外墙板会出现强度低、吊挂力不够、吸水率高等不足。尤其在使用轻骨料聚苯颗粒、珍珠岩时,水泥的参加量非常大,达到配比量的80%以上,导致墙体的的保温效果根本达不到国家标准的要求,由于轻骨料的松散性,即便是水泥的参加量达到80%,生产出的墙板抗压强度、吊挂力、吸水率等也很难达到国家标准。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明涉及一种强度高、容重轻、保温、防火、隔音、抗裂、抗冻性能好的一种用于保温建筑外墙板的填料。
本发明为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种用于保温建筑外墙板的填料,其特征在于:由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
水泥48-52%;
聚苯颗粒或玻化微珠46-51%;
硫酸铝0.1-0.4%;
氯化铁0.06-0.069%;
聚乙烯醇0.2-0. 54%;
淀粉0.2-0.54%;
糖钙0.2-0.54%。
本发明有益效果是:本申请用于保温建筑外墙板的填料,将水泥参加量降低到50%左右,轻质骨料增加到50%左右,加入胶凝材料搅拌后浇筑构成的轻质保温外墙板,使产品的保温性能达到国家要求的四部节能,并具有:强度高、容重轻、保温、防火、隔音、抗裂、抗冻性能好的特点,产品强度可达到3.5MPa,并且在吊挂力、防水性能方面大幅度提高,整体成本造价比现有技术的造价低20%。
具体实施方式
一种用于保温建筑外墙板的填料,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
水泥48-52%;
聚苯颗粒或玻化微珠46-51%;
硫酸铝0.1-0.4%;
氯化铁0.06-0.069%;
聚乙烯醇0.2-0. 54%;
淀粉0.2-0.54%;
糖钙0.2-0.54%。
将上述原料加水搅拌均匀即可。
实施例1;
一种用于保温建筑外墙板的填料,由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
水泥50%;
聚苯颗粒或珍珠岩49.24 %;
硫酸铝0.1%;
氯化铁0.06-%;
聚乙烯醇0.2%;
淀粉0.2%;
糖钙0.2%;
将上述原料加水混合搅拌均匀即可。
以下表1为应用本申请填料制成的外墙板与现有技术填料制成的外墙板性能指标对照表。

从表1看出,应用本申请填料制成的外墙板与现有技术填料制成的外墙板相比,在产品的抗压强度、含水率、传热系数及面积密度的性能指标,都有较大的提高。

水泥50%;
聚苯颗粒或珍珠岩49.24 %;
硫酸铝0.1%;
氯化铁0.06%;
聚乙烯醇0.2%;
淀粉0.2%;
糖钙0.2%;
应用该 填料制成的外墙板厚度为180mm,抗压强度达到3.5MPa,传热系数为0.38,含水率≤12,面积密度≤110kg/㎡,并且在吊挂力、防水性能方面大幅度提高。
