Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于外墙外保温***中防火隔离带的复合型防火保温板。该复合型防火保温板应用于膨胀聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板或者硬泡聚氨酯薄抹灰外墙外保温***中的门窗洞口的防火隔离带以及需要防火的相关结构部位的水平防火隔离带,能够起到可靠的防火和保温作用。制作该复合型防火保温板的材料配合比(质量比)为:建筑通用水泥40~60;粒径不大于10mm的煅烧陶粒5~25;闭孔膨胀珍珠岩(或者膨胀玻化微珠)2~15;粒径不大于5mm的聚苯颗粒3~8;粉煤灰5~25;长度在15mm以下的抗裂纤维0.55;5%聚乙烯醇水溶液10~25;通用建筑水泥可以是普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥和混合水泥等。

一种用于外墙外保温***中防火隔离带的复合型防火保温板
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种应用于外墙外保温***中防火隔离带的复合型防火保温板。该复合型防火保温板的防火性能能够达到A级不燃,主要应用于膨胀聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板或者硬泡聚氨酯薄抹灰外墙外保温***中的门窗洞口以及相关需要防火的结构部位的防火隔离带。
背景技术:
在目前的膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰、挤塑聚苯板薄抹灰或者聚氨酯薄抹灰外墙外保温***中,有机保温板的防火性能受到限制,需要在门窗洞口设置防火隔离带以及在相关的结构部位设置水平防火隔离带。能够满足这种防火隔离带防火保温要求的主要是石棉防火保温板,但石棉防火板存在着强度低、耐水性差、成本高、资源少以及采购不方便等缺点,很难满足大量薄抹灰外墙外保温***应用的需求。
发明内容:
为了克服目前的缺点和解决存在的问题,本发明提供一种新的复合型防火保温板,该复合型防火保温板采用建筑通用水泥、煅烧陶粒、闭孔膨胀珍珠岩或者膨胀玻化微珠、聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒、粉煤灰、抗裂纤维和聚乙烯醇水溶液等材料复合配制。采用这样组成的材料配制的复合型防火保温板,能够具有可靠的防火保温性能、力学强度和低的成本。
解决问题的方案
本发明解决其技术问题采用如下技术方案:
建筑通用水泥与聚乙烯醇水溶液复合,能够在市场接受的成本下显著提高复合型防火保温板的抗折、抗拉和抗冲击强度;使之具有便于操作、施工和使用性能;煅烧陶粒、闭孔膨胀珍珠岩(或者膨胀玻化微珠)与聚苯颗粒符合,能够产生密实的堆积,提供阻燃性和保温性能;粉煤灰能够增大胶结料浆体的体积,对各种惰性保温骨料产生良好的粘结。
本发明的有益效果是:为目前广泛应用的膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温***、挤塑聚苯板或者聚氨酯薄抹灰外墙外保温***提供一种防火保温性能可靠的防火隔离带材料。
在本发明的防火保温板组成材料中,少量有机材料的引入,能够提供所需要的强度和保温隔热性能,但对防火阻燃性能不会产生明显的不良影响,使本发明具有极好的实用价值。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式,非限定实施例如下所述:
实施例1
制作该复合型防火保温板的材料配合比(质量比)为:建筑通用水泥50~55;粒径在10mm以下的煅烧陶粒15~20;闭孔膨胀珍珠岩6~12;粒径在5mm以下的聚苯颗粒4~7;粉煤灰15~20;长度在15mm以下的抗裂纤维0.55;5%聚乙烯醇水溶液15~20。
实施例2
制作该复合型防火保温板的材料配合比(质量比)为:建筑通用水泥50~55;粒径在10mm以下的煅烧陶粒15~20;膨胀玻化微珠8~12;粒径在5mm以下的聚苯颗粒5~6;粉煤灰15~20;5%聚乙烯醇水溶液20~25。

1.本发明公开了一种用于外墙外保温***中防火隔离带的复合型防火保温板。该复合型防火保温板应用于膨胀聚苯板、挤塑聚苯板或者硬泡聚氨酯薄抹灰外墙外保温***中的门窗洞口的防火隔离带以及需要防火的相关结构部位的水平防火隔离带,能够起到可靠的防火和保温作用。
制作该复合型防火保温板的材料配合比(质量比)为:建筑通用水泥40~60;粒径不大于10mm的煅烧陶粒5~25;闭孔膨胀珍珠岩(或者膨胀玻化微珠)2~15;粒径不大于5mm的聚苯颗粒3~8;粉煤灰5~25;长度在15mm以下的抗裂纤维0.55;5%聚乙烯醇水溶液10~25;
通用建筑水泥可以是普通硅酸盐水泥、矿渣硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥和混合水泥等。
