Abstract
The invention relates to a rectangular unit film stretching device which can effectively ensure uniform film tension and no wrinkles after film stretching. And positioning the rectangular frame on the film stretching device through a side rod positioning pin assembly, and leveling the side rods of the rectangular frame. The four corners of the rectangular frame are supported by the corner adjusting auxiliary supporting component, so that the corners of the rectangular frame are prevented from deforming. Technical Field
The invention relates to a rectangular unit film stretching device. The device can effectively ensure that the tension of the membrane material is even after the membrane is stretched, and no folds are generated.
Background
At present, most of the common film stretching modes in the building are non-planar film stretching modes, and a secondary tensioning method is adopted to prevent the loosening of the film materials. The membrane material on the rectangular frame belongs to a planar membrane, and the membrane of the planar membrane material is the most difficult membrane-stretching mode in all membrane-stretching modes, and secondary tensioning cannot be performed due to installation reasons. Therefore, the flat film is generally stretched manually, which can cause uneven tension applied to the film and cause wrinkling at the edges of the film. Meanwhile, after a plurality of rectangular units are installed together, the rectangular frame side rods are bent and deformed due to uneven stress of each rectangular frame membrane material.
Based on the reasons, the rectangular unit film stretching device designed by the invention can solve the problems, ensure the uniformity of the tension, eliminate the wrinkling phenomenon of the film material and improve the film stretching efficiency.

The rectangular unit film stretching device mainly comprises the following components: the side rod positioning pin assembly comprises a fastening nut, an adjusting nut and a positioning pin, and the corner auxiliary supporting assembly comprises a supporting pin, a corner adjusting nut and a corner fastening nut. The support frame of stretching a film is laid on the base and fixed, pneumatic cylinder one end is fixed on the base, and the other end passes through U type rings and long pulling membrane board connection, and the basket of flowers bolt one end is connected to the support frame of stretching a film, and the other end is in the same place through U type rings and arc pulling membrane board connection.
The working principle of the rectangular unit film stretching device is as follows: the rectangular frame is placed on a film stretching supporting frame in the film stretching device, and the side rod locating pin assembly is inserted into a hole in the rectangular frame, so that the purpose of locating the rectangular frame is achieved. And adjusting the adjusting nut on the side rod positioning pin assembly to level the side rod, and tightening the fastening nut to fix the side rod positioning pin assembly. The method comprises the steps of spreading a membrane material on a rectangular frame, clamping the middle of the membrane material by using a long membrane pulling plate, clamping corners of the membrane material by using an arc membrane pulling plate, connecting a hydraulic cylinder with the long membrane pulling plate by using a U-shaped hanging ring, and connecting a flower basket bolt with the arc membrane pulling plate by using the U-shaped hanging ring. The hydraulic cylinder works, the tension of the hydraulic cylinder can be adjusted by adjusting the pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, and after the hydraulic cylinder tightens the membrane material, the tension of the corner of the membrane material is adjusted by the basket bolt so as to eliminate corner wrinkles.

Detailed Description
As shown in figures 1-5, the rectangular unit membrane stretching device in the membrane structure mainly comprises a base 1, a membrane stretching support frame 2, a side rod positioning pin assembly 4, a corner auxiliary support assembly 3, a hydraulic cylinder 7, a basket bolt 21, a long membrane stretching plate 17, an arc membrane stretching plate 19 and U-shaped hanging rings 18 and 20. Wherein the side rod locating pin assembly 4 comprises a fastening nut 8, an adjusting nut 9 and a locating pin 10; the corner auxiliary support assembly 3 includes a support pin 11, a corner adjustment nut 12, and a corner fastening nut 13.
The membrane support frame 2 and the four hydraulic cylinders 7 are placed on the base and fixed, and the side rod locating pin assembly 4 is arranged in a hole on angle steel on the membrane support frame 2. Four corner auxiliary support assemblies 3 are mounted into bolt holes of four corners of the tensor support frame 2.
The rectangular frame 14 is placed on the corner auxiliary supporting assembly 3, the positions of the rectangular frame 14 are adjusted so that the positioning pins 10 in the side rod positioning pin assemblies 4 are inserted into the side rod holes 15 in the rectangular frame 14, and the rectangular frame 14 is sequentially adjusted so that the positioning pins 10 in the rest of the side rod positioning pin assemblies 4 are inserted into the rest of the holes in the rectangular frame 14, so that the position of the rectangular frame on the film stretching device is ensured to be accurate. The alignment pins 10 are controlled to level the side bars of the rectangular frame 14 by adjusting the adjustment nuts 9 in the side bar alignment pin assemblies 4. And (3) leveling the side rods of the rectangular frame 14, then screwing the fastening nuts 8 in the side rod locating pin assemblies 4, and fixing the side rod locating pin assemblies. The supporting pin 11 is propped against the rectangular frame 14 through the corner adjusting nut 12 in the corner auxiliary supporting component 3, and the corner fastening nut 13 is screwed to fix the corner auxiliary supporting component 3, so that four corners of the rectangular frame 14 are prevented from being deformed due to tensile force during film stretching.
The membrane 16 is laid on the rectangular frame 14, the middle part of each side of the membrane 16 is clamped by two long membrane pulling plates 17 and fixed by bolts and nuts, and the two end parts of each side of the membrane 16 are respectively clamped by two arc membrane pulling plates 19 and fixed by bolts and nuts. The long film pulling plate 17 is connected with the O-shaped ring 5 on the hydraulic cylinder 7 through a U-shaped hanging ring 18, and the arc-shaped film pulling plate 19 is connected with the lifting lug 6 of the film pulling support frame 2 through a U-shaped hanging ring and a flower basket bolt 21.
The long film pulling plate 17 is pulled downwards by controlling the contraction of the hydraulic cylinder 7 to tension the film, the tension force of the film can be controlled by adjusting the oil pressure of the hydraulic cylinder, and the film can be folded at the corners after being tensioned. Tightening the corners of the membrane 16 by tightening the corner basket bolts 21 effectively eliminates wrinkling of the membrane corners.
