Abstract
The invention relates to a sample adding needle cleaning device, which is characterized by comprising the following components: the cleaning device comprises a shell, wherein an inner cavity is formed in the shell, the inner cavity is formed in one end of the shell, a cleaning groove is formed in the other end of the shell, an in-needle cleaning hole, an out-needle cleaning groove and a reinforced cleaning groove are formed in the cleaning groove, the in-needle cleaning hole is communicated with the inner cavity, the out-needle cleaning groove and the reinforced cleaning groove are protruded out of the bottom of the cleaning groove, and a liquid inlet pipe is arranged on the side wall of the reinforced cleaning groove. Compared with the cleaning device for the sample injection needle, the cleaning device for the sample injection needle can save one pump and corresponding matched parts by cleaning the inner wall and the outer wall of the needle simultaneously, and has simple software and hardware control mechanism.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a sample adding needle cleaning device of a chemiluminescent immunoassay analyzer.
Background
Sample needle cleaning is the most critical step in full-automatic chemiluminescence apparatus to ensure accurate results and prevent cross contamination, and is divided into conventional cleaning and intensified cleaning.
The common conventional cleaning mode is that the inner wall and the outer wall are simultaneously cleaned, the inner wall is quickly injected with cleaning liquid into the needle through the pump, and the outer wall is simultaneously injected with water through the other pump to the spray head arranged on the cleaning chamber for cleaning. The two pumps are arranged, so that the structure is complex, the production cost is high, and meanwhile, the software and hardware control mechanism is relatively complex.
For the items with strong pollution, such as infectious diseases, the enhanced cleaning is needed to be added for thorough cleaning, the enhanced cleaning liquid is NaOH solution with the concentration of 0.1mol, the enhanced cleaning liquid is sucked by the needle, then the inner wall and the outer wall are soaked, and protein substances adhered on the needle are destroyed by NaOH. However, the conventional cleaning area and the enhanced cleaning area are relatively easy to cause cross contamination.

The technical scheme adopted for solving the technical problems is as follows: a sample addition needle cleaning device, comprising: the cleaning device comprises a shell, wherein an inner cavity is formed in the shell, the inner cavity is formed in one end of the shell, a cleaning groove is formed in the other end of the shell, an in-needle cleaning hole, an out-needle cleaning groove and a reinforced cleaning groove are formed in the cleaning groove, the in-needle cleaning hole is communicated with the inner cavity, the out-needle cleaning groove and the reinforced cleaning groove are protruded out of the bottom of the cleaning groove, and a liquid inlet pipe is arranged on the side wall of the reinforced cleaning groove.
Further improved is that the top end of the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank is higher than the top end of the side wall of the needle outer cleaning tank.
The further improvement is that the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank is provided with an overflow groove.
The two overflow grooves are arranged oppositely.
The height of the bottom of the overflow groove is not lower than the top of the side wall of the needle outer cleaning groove.
In a further improvement, the number of the cleaning holes in the needle is three.
The cleaning holes in the needle are waist-shaped holes.

According to the sample adding needle cleaning device provided by the invention, the height difference exists between the conventional cleaning area and the reinforced cleaning area, so that cross contamination of the conventional cleaning area and the reinforced cleaning area can be avoided.
The sample adding needle cleaning device provided by the invention has a compact structure, and the conventional cleaning and the intensified cleaning of the sample adding needle can be completely completed under the condition of small displacement, so that the whole test period can be shortened.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a sample injection needle cleaning apparatus, which includes: the waste liquid collecting device comprises a shell 1, wherein an inner cavity 11 is formed in the shell 1, the inner cavity 11 is formed in one end of the shell 1 and is used for collecting waste liquid, a cleaning groove 12 is formed in the other end of the shell 1, an in-needle cleaning hole 2, an out-needle cleaning groove 3 and an enhanced cleaning groove 4 are formed in the cleaning groove 12, the in-needle cleaning hole 2 is communicated with the inner cavity 11, and the out-needle cleaning groove 3 and the enhanced cleaning groove 4 are protruded out of the bottom of the cleaning groove 12.
When the inner wall of the sample injection needle 100 is cleaned, the sample injection needle is moved to the center of the cleaning hole 2 in the needle and inserted into the hole, the pump is turned on to directly wash the inner wall of the needle, and the cleaning liquid sprayed from the needle is directly injected into the cleaning hole 2 in the needle and flows into the inner cavity 11 to be pumped away.
When the outer wall of the sample adding needle is cleaned, the sample adding needle moves to the center of the outer cleaning tank 3 and is inserted a certain distance, the pump is opened to form a vortex in the outer cleaning tank 3 through the cleaning solution sprayed by the sample adding needle, the outer wall is further washed, the inner wall of the sample adding needle is further washed, and the waste liquid overflowed from the outer cleaning tank 3 flows into the inner cavity 11 through the inner cleaning hole 2 and is pumped away.
When the reinforced cleaning of the sample adding needle is carried out, the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank 4 is provided with a liquid inlet pipe 41, the reinforced cleaning pump is turned on when the sample adding needle moves to the upper part of the reinforced cleaning tank 4, reinforced cleaning liquid is injected through the liquid inlet pipe 41, the injected reinforced cleaning liquid volume is larger than the maximum volume of the reinforced cleaning tank 4, excessive liquid flows out, then the sample adding needle descends and sucks a certain amount of reinforced cleaning liquid, and then the reinforced cleaning liquid moves upwards to the cleaning hole 2 in the needle and is sprayed out.
Further improved, the top end of the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank 4 is higher than the top end of the side wall of the needle-out cleaning tank 3.
Further, an overflow groove 42 is formed on the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank 4. The volume of the intensified cleaning liquid injected into the intensified cleaning tank 4 is larger than the maximum volume of the round hole, and the excessive liquid flows out along the overflow groove 42 and is discharged through the cleaning hole 2 in the needle, so that the excessive liquid cannot overflow into the cleaning tank 3 outside the needle, and pollution is caused.
Further, two overflow grooves 42 are provided, and the two overflow grooves 42 are disposed opposite to each other.
Further, the height of the bottom 421 of the overflow groove 42 is not lower than the top of the side wall of the cleaning groove 3. The waste liquid overflowed from the reinforced cleaning tank 4 is prevented from polluting the needle-out cleaning tank 3.

A sample addition needle cleaning device, comprising: the cleaning device comprises a shell, wherein an inner cavity is formed in the shell, the inner cavity is opened at one end of the shell, a cleaning groove is formed in the other end of the shell, an in-needle cleaning hole, an out-needle cleaning groove and a reinforced cleaning groove are formed in the cleaning groove, the in-needle cleaning hole is communicated with the inner cavity, the out-needle cleaning groove and the reinforced cleaning groove are protruded out of the bottom of the cleaning groove, and a liquid inlet pipe is arranged on the side wall of the reinforced cleaning groove;
the top end of the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank is higher than the top end of the side wall of the needle outer cleaning tank;
the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank is provided with an overflow tank;
the number of the overflow grooves is two, and the two overflow grooves are oppositely arranged;
the bottom height of the overflow groove is not lower than the top height of the side wall of the needle outer cleaning groove;
the number of the cleaning holes in the needle is three;
when the inner wall of the sample adding needle is cleaned, the sample adding needle moves to the center of the cleaning hole in the needle and is inserted into the hole, the pump is turned on, the cleaning liquid directly washes the inner wall of the needle, and the cleaning liquid sprayed from the needle is directly injected into the cleaning hole in the needle and flows into the inner cavity to be pumped away;
when the outer wall of the sample adding needle is cleaned, the sample adding needle moves to the center of the outer cleaning tank and is inserted into the outer cleaning tank for a certain distance, the pump is started, the cleaning liquid sprayed by the sample adding needle forms a vortex in the outer cleaning tank so as to further flush the outer wall, the inner wall of the sample adding needle is further flushed, and the waste liquid overflowed from the outer cleaning tank flows into the inner cavity through the cleaning hole in the needle and is pumped out;
when the reinforced cleaning of the sample adding needle is carried out, the side wall of the reinforced cleaning tank is provided with a liquid inlet pipe, the reinforced cleaning pump is turned on when the sample adding needle moves to the upper part of the reinforced cleaning tank, reinforced cleaning liquid is injected through the liquid inlet pipe, the injected reinforced cleaning liquid volume is larger than the maximum volume of the reinforced cleaning tank, and excessive liquid flows out, then the sample adding needle descends and sucks a certain amount of reinforced cleaning liquid, and then moves upwards to the cleaning hole in the needle and then is sprayed out.
