本发明公开一种纯棉毛巾染色前预整理方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将甲基丙烯磺酸钠、酪蛋白酸钠、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、二硫代草酰胺、水混合均匀后,制得纯棉毛巾浸泡液,将编织成型后的纯棉毛巾放置在纯棉毛巾浸泡液中,浸泡处理3‑4小时;(2)然后将浸泡处理的毛巾放入酶液中,浸泡处理50‑60min;(3)将毛巾放入染色机中,染色处理后,洗净、烘干,制得成品。本发明提供的一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法,绿色环保,操作简单,成本低,染色后的纯棉毛巾,色牢度高,不易在使用的过程中,出现脱色的现象。

技术领域
本发明属于毛巾染色技术领域,具体涉及一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法。
背景技术
纯棉毛巾是以纯棉纱线为原料织成的表面起毛圈绒头或毛圈绒头割绒的机织物,所谓纯棉毛巾就是指使用的纯棉纱线制成的毛巾。棉纤维是天然纤维,其主要成分是纤维素,还有少量的蜡状物质和含氮物与果胶质。纯棉织物经多方面查验和实践,织品与肌肤接触无任何刺激,无负作用,久用对人体有益无害,卫生性能良好。但是纯棉毛巾存在着染色性能差,色牢度低的技术缺陷,严重影响了纯棉毛巾的品质。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将9-15份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、1-4份酪蛋白酸钠、2-5份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、6-10份二硫代草酰胺、330-350份水混合均匀后,制得纯棉毛巾浸泡液,将编织成型后的纯棉毛巾放置在纯棉毛巾浸泡液中,浸泡处理3-4小时;
(2)然后将浸泡处理的毛巾放入酶液中,浸泡处理50-60min,其中酶液由以下重量份的组分制成:淀粉酶1-4份、果胶酶2-6份、纤维素酶8-12份、水980-1000份;
(3)将毛巾放入染色机中,染色处理后,洗净、烘干,制得成品,其中染色时,染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:活性染料1-4份、氯化钠38-44份、N,N-二辛基(氨乙基)甘氨酸盐酸盐2-5份、硅烯醇醚8-12份、水440-460份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用2-3kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用1.5-2kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,染色处理时,浴比为1:35-40。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,染色时的温度为85-90℃,染色处理的时间为40-50min。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法,绿色环保,操作简单,成本低,染色后的纯棉毛巾,色牢度高,不易在使用的过程中,出现脱色的现象。其中,步骤(1)中的浸泡液,能有效的提升纯棉毛巾表面的松散度,提升其表面活性,增大酶液中的酶与纯棉毛巾表面的接触面积;步骤(3)中的染色液,硅烯醇醚能有效的提升活性染料与毛巾表面的接触牢固度,进而增强了毛巾的色牢度。
具体实施方式
以下实施例用来说明本发明,但不能用来限制本发明的范围,实施例中采用的实施条件可以根据厂家的条件作进一步调整,未说明的实施条件通常为常规实验条件。
实施例1
一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将9份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、1份酪蛋白酸钠、2份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、6份二硫代草酰胺、330份水混合均匀后,制得纯棉毛巾浸泡液,将编织成型后的纯棉毛巾放置在纯棉毛巾浸泡液中,浸泡处理3小时;
(2)然后将浸泡处理的毛巾放入酶液中,浸泡处理50min,其中酶液由以下重量份的组分制成:淀粉酶1份、果胶酶2份、纤维素酶8份、水980份;
(3)将毛巾放入染色机中,染色处理后,洗净、烘干,制得成品,其中染色时,染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:活性染料1份、氯化钠38份、N,N-二辛基(氨乙基)甘氨酸盐酸盐2份、硅烯醇醚8份、水440份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用2kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用1.5kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,染色处理时,浴比为1:35。

实施例2
一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将13份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、3份酪蛋白酸钠、3份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、8份二硫代草酰胺、340份水混合均匀后,制得纯棉毛巾浸泡液,将编织成型后的纯棉毛巾放置在纯棉毛巾浸泡液中,浸泡处理3.5小时;
(2)然后将浸泡处理的毛巾放入酶液中,浸泡处理55min,其中酶液由以下重量份的组分制成:淀粉酶3份、果胶酶4份、纤维素酶10份、水990份;
(3)将毛巾放入染色机中,染色处理后,洗净、烘干,制得成品,其中染色时,染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:活性染料3份、氯化钠40份、N,N-二辛基(氨乙基)甘氨酸盐酸盐3份、硅烯醇醚10份、水450份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用2.5kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用1.8kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,染色处理时,浴比为1:38。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,染色时的温度为88℃,染色处理的时间为45min。
实施例3
一种纯棉毛巾高品质染色方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)按重量份计,将15份甲基丙烯磺酸钠、4份酪蛋白酸钠、5份聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、10份二硫代草酰胺、350份水混合均匀后,制得纯棉毛巾浸泡液,将编织成型后的纯棉毛巾放置在纯棉毛巾浸泡液中,浸泡处理4小时;
(2)然后将浸泡处理的毛巾放入酶液中,浸泡处理60min,其中酶液由以下重量份的组分制成:淀粉酶4份、果胶酶6份、纤维素酶12份、水1000份;
(3)将毛巾放入染色机中,染色处理后,洗净、烘干,制得成品,其中染色时,染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:活性染料4份、氯化钠44份、N,N-二辛基(氨乙基)甘氨酸盐酸盐5份、硅烯醇醚12份、水460份。
具体地,上述步骤(1)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用3kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(2)中,每千克纯棉毛巾采用2kg浸泡液浸泡处理。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,染色处理时,浴比为1:40。
具体地,上述步骤(3)中,染色时的温度为90℃,染色处理的时间为50min。

步骤(3)中不添加硅烯醇醚,其余操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
按GB/T3921.3—1997《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度试验3》标准,对染色后的纯棉毛巾进行色牢度评价,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,染色液中的硅烯醇醚,能有效的提升纯棉毛巾的色牢度。

(2)然后将浸泡处理的毛巾放入酶液中,浸泡处理50-60min,其中酶液由以下重量份的组分制成:淀粉酶1-4份、果胶酶2-6份、纤维素酶8-12份、水980-1000份;
(3)将毛巾放入染色机中,染色处理后,洗净、烘干,制得成品,其中染色时,染色液由以下重量份的组分制成:活性染料1-4份、氯化钠38-44份、N,N-二辛基(氨乙基)甘氨酸盐酸盐2-5份、硅烯醇醚8-12份、水440-460份。
