本发明公开了一种耐水压羽绒服材料,其原料包括:水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布,其中水性聚氨酯面料原料包括:水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂、含氟聚丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇、纳米羟基磷灰石、固化剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂、成膜助剂。本发明还提出耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将基布经防水预处理后,分别刮涂溶剂型聚氨酯底料和水性聚氨酯面料,经干燥后得到耐水压羽绒服材料。本发明的羽绒服材料的耐水压值高、透湿量大,制备工艺简便。

一种耐水压羽绒服材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒服技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐水压羽绒服材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
羽绒服为内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润。羽绒服内填料中鸭绒量占一半以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在织物中即可。羽绒服用功能性涂层织物不仅需要满足手感、牢度等常规要求,还需要优异的耐水和透湿性能。然而目前,市场上常用的羽绒服用功能性涂层织物的耐水压低、透湿量小,不能满足人们需求。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐水压羽绒服材料及其制备方法,制得羽绒服材料的耐水压值高、透湿量大,制备工艺简便。
本发明提出一种耐水压羽绒服材料,其原料包括:水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布,其中水性聚氨酯面料原料按重量份包括:水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂80-120份,含氟聚丙烯酸树脂5-15份,聚乙烯醇2-8份,纳米羟基磷灰石1-3份,固化剂1-3份,增稠剂1-3份,消泡剂0.1-0.4份,流平剂1-1.5份,成膜助剂2-4份。
优选地,水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂、含氟聚丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇的重量比为100:8-12:3-5。
优选地,固化剂为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和/或甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
优选地,成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯和/或丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
本发明还提出耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基布经防水预处理后,干燥制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A表面刮涂溶剂型聚氨酯底料,干燥后制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B表面刮涂水性聚氨酯面料,干燥后制得耐水压羽绒服材料。
优选地,S2中溶剂型聚氨酯底料的刮涂量为80-120g/m2,干燥温度为80-100℃。
优选地,S3中水性聚氨酯面料的刮涂量为120-200g/m2,干燥温度为120-140℃。
本发明以溶剂型聚氨酯为底料,具有附着力强、韧性高的特点;以水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂、含氟聚丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇、纳米羟基磷灰石、固化剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、流平剂、成膜助剂为原料制得水性聚氨酯面料,具有强度高、透湿性能好的特点;本发明以水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布为原料,采用刮涂工艺分别将底料和面料涂敷在基布表面,结合水性阳离子型聚氨酯和溶剂型聚氨酯的特点,制得羽绒服材料的耐水压值高、透湿量大,制备工艺简便,成本低。
具体实施方式
下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种耐水压羽绒服材料,其原料包括:水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布,其中水性聚氨酯面料原料按重量份包括:水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂80份,含氟聚丙烯酸树脂5份,聚乙烯醇2份,纳米羟基磷灰石1份,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺1份,十二碳醇酯1份,消泡剂0.1份,流平剂1份,成膜助剂2份。
上述耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基布经防水预处理后,干燥制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A表面按刮涂量为80g/m2刮涂溶剂型聚氨酯底料,在温度80℃下干燥后制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B表面按刮涂量为120g/m2刮涂水性聚氨酯面料,在温度120℃下干燥后制得耐水压羽绒服材料。
实施例2
一种耐水压羽绒服材料,其原料包括:水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布,其中水性聚氨酯面料原料按重量份包括:水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂120份,含氟聚丙烯酸树脂15份,聚乙烯醇8份,纳米羟基磷灰石3份,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯3份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3份,消泡剂0.4份,流平剂1.5份,成膜助剂4份。
上述耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基布经防水预处理后,干燥制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A表面按刮涂量为120g/m2刮涂溶剂型聚氨酯底料,在温度100℃下干燥后制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B表面按刮涂量为200g/m2刮涂水性聚氨酯面料,在温度140℃下干燥后制得耐水压羽绒服材料。
实施例3
一种耐水压羽绒服材料,其原料包括:水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布,其中水性聚氨酯面料原料按重量份包括:水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂100份,含氟聚丙烯酸树脂10份,聚乙烯醇5份,纳米羟基磷灰石2份,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺2份,十二碳醇酯2份,消泡剂0.2份,流平剂1.2份,成膜助剂3份。
上述耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基布经防水预处理后,干燥制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A表面按刮涂量为100g/m2刮涂溶剂型聚氨酯底料,在温度90℃下干燥后制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B表面按刮涂量为160g/m2刮涂水性聚氨酯面料,在温度130℃下干燥后制得耐水压羽绒服材料。
实施例4
一种耐水压羽绒服材料,其原料包括:水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布,其中水性聚氨酯面料原料按重量份包括:水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂90份,含氟聚丙烯酸树脂12份,聚乙烯醇7份,纳米羟基磷灰石2.5份,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯1.5份,丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯2.5份,消泡剂0.3份,流平剂1.4份,成膜助剂3.5份。
上述耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基布经防水预处理后,干燥制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A表面按刮涂量为110g/m2刮涂溶剂型聚氨酯底料,在温度95℃下干燥后制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B表面按刮涂量为180g/m2刮涂水性聚氨酯面料,在温度130℃下干燥后制得耐水压羽绒服材料。
将实施例1-4制得耐水压羽绒服材料按GB/T4744-1997、GB/T3923.1、GB/T21196.2-2007标准测试其耐水压、剥离强度及耐磨性能数据如下表1。

通过上表测试数据可知,本发明的羽绒服材料的耐水压值高、透湿量大。

1.一种耐水压羽绒服材料,其特征在于,其原料包括:水性聚氨酯面料、溶剂型聚氨酯底料及基布,其中水性聚氨酯面料原料按重量份包括:水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂80-120份,含氟聚丙烯酸树脂5-15份,聚乙烯醇2-8份,纳米羟基磷灰石1-3份,固化剂1-3份,增稠剂1-3份,消泡剂0.1-0.4份,流平剂1-1.5份,成膜助剂2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐水压羽绒服材料,其特征在于,水性阳离子型聚氨酯树脂、含氟聚丙烯酸树脂、聚乙烯醇的重量比为100:8-12:3-5。
3.根据权利要求1所述耐水压羽绒服材料,其特征在于,固化剂为N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和/或甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述耐水压羽绒服材料,其特征在于,成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯和/或丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯。
5.一种如权利要求1所述耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将基布经防水预处理后,干燥制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A表面刮涂溶剂型聚氨酯底料,干燥后制得预制料B;
S3、将预制料B表面刮涂水性聚氨酯面料,干燥后制得耐水压羽绒服材料。
6.根据权利要求5所述耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,其特征在于,S2中溶剂型聚氨酯底料的刮涂量为80-120g/m2,干燥温度为80-100℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述耐水压羽绒服材料的制备方法,其特征在于,S3中水性聚氨酯面料的刮涂量为120-200g/m2,干燥温度为120-140℃。
