Abstract
本发明中公开了一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,包括多个并排间隔设置的基座,所述基座上固定设有立柱,所述立柱的正面和反面均设有防撞板,所述防撞板由多个块状的防撞单元组成,每个防撞单元的两端分别与相邻两个立柱通过弹簧连接,正面与反面相对应的两个防撞单元之间为缓冲空间,所述缓冲空间内设有橡胶缓冲弹簧,所述橡胶缓冲弹簧的两端分别固定在立柱两侧的防撞板上。所述防撞护栏通过弹簧与立柱连接固定,且立柱两侧的防撞板通过橡胶缓冲弹簧连接固定,这样使得所述防撞护栏具有较强的变形能力,能过有效地车辆进行拦阻,并减缓车速,防护效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及公路防护装置技术领域,特别涉及一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏。
背景技术
随着我国高速公路建设的增长和汽车拥有量急剧增加,高速公路交通安全问题引起了社会的广泛关注。高速公路上所装的中央隔离带护栏,能有效减轻甚至避免公路上因车辆往来穿梭带来的意外撞击造成的对车辆自身、人员、道路设施的损坏。目前,公路上的防撞护栏大多采用的是钢结构,如圆钢管、方钢管或压型钢板加工成型的护栏。但在高速公路中,由于车辆速度较快,因钢结构材料的固有特性,变形能力非常小且几乎没有柔韧性,现有防撞护栏对失控超重车辆的拦阻、车速的减缓和防护效果并不理想,尤其是高速公路上常见的波形梁钢护栏的拦阻级别较低,因车辆冲破护栏后仍具有较大动能的事故经常发生。因而,需设计一种结构简单、设计合理且拆装方便、使用效果好的中央隔离带护栏,变形能力较强,能有效对车辆进行拦阻,并减缓车速,防护效果好。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,所述防撞护栏通过弹簧与立柱连接固定,且立柱两侧的防撞板通过橡胶缓冲弹簧连接固定,这样使得所述防撞护栏具有较强的变形能力,能过有效地车辆进行拦阻,并减缓车速,防护效果好。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用下述技术手段。
一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,包括多个并排间隔设置的基座,所述基座上固定设有立柱,所述立柱的正面和反面均设有防撞板,所述防撞板由多个块状的防撞单元组成,每个防撞单元的两端分别与相邻两个立柱通过弹簧连接,正面与反面相对应的两个防撞单元之间为缓冲空间,所述缓冲空间内设有橡胶缓冲弹簧,所述橡胶缓冲弹簧的两端分别固定在立柱两侧的防撞板上。
一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏还包括立柱保护结构,所述立柱保护结构为圆柱状结构,并且设置在立柱与基座的连接处,所述立柱保护结构包括缓冲吸能层、蜂窝板层及不锈钢保护层,所述缓冲吸能层包裹立柱,缓冲吸能层***包覆蜂窝板层,蜂窝板层***包覆不锈钢保护层;所述缓冲吸能层内设有橡胶缓冲弹簧,所述橡胶缓冲弹簧的一端固定在立柱上,另一端固定在蜂窝板层上;此结构具有很好的吸能效果,且不易变形,耐蚀性高,方便安装,能有效地吸收冲击能量,保证了立柱的结构的完整性,更好地保护了立柱。
进一步地,相邻立柱之间的距离≤70cm,这样设计可以保证固定在立柱上防撞板不会因为板长太长而影响其强度。
进一步地,所述防撞板为塑料格栅板。
进一步地,所述防撞板上设有荧光标识,荧光标识具有提醒作用。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明中所述的一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,所述防撞护栏通过弹簧与立柱连接固定,且立柱两侧的防撞板通过橡胶缓冲弹簧连接固定,橡胶缓冲弹簧的弹性模量小,受载后有较大的弹性变形,借以吸收冲击和振动;并且橡胶缓冲弹簧能同时受多向载荷,这样使得所述防撞护栏具有较强的变形能力,能过有效地车辆进行拦阻,并减缓车速,防护效果好。

以下将结合实施例和附图对本发明的构思、具体结构及产生的技术效果进行清楚、完整地描述,以充分地理解本发明的目的、特征和效果。显然,所描述的实施例只是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明的实施例,本领域的技术人员在不付出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。另外,文中所提到的所有联接/连接关系,并非单指构件直接相接,而是指可根据具体实施情况,通过添加或减少联接辅件,来组成更优的联接结构。本发明创造中的各个技术特征,在不互相矛盾冲突的前提下可以交互组合。
参照图1~图3,包括多个并排间隔设置的基座,所述基座上固定设有立柱1,所述立柱1的正面和反面均设有防撞板,所述防撞板由多个块状的防撞单元2组成,每个防撞单元2的两端分别与相邻两个立柱1通过弹簧21连接,正面与反面相对应的两个防撞单元2之间为缓冲空间,所述缓冲空间内设有橡胶缓冲弹簧34,所述橡胶缓冲弹簧34的两端分别固定在立柱1两侧的防撞板2上。
一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏还包括立柱保护结构,所述立柱保护结构为圆柱状结构,并且设置在立柱1与基座的连接处,所述立柱保护结构包括缓冲吸能层31、蜂窝板层32及不锈钢保护层33,所述缓冲吸能层31包裹立柱1,缓冲吸能层31***包覆蜂窝板层32,蜂窝板层32***包覆不锈钢保护层33;所述缓冲吸能层31内设有橡胶缓冲弹簧34,所述橡胶缓冲弹簧34的一端固定在立柱1上,另一端固定在蜂窝板层32上;此结构具有很好的吸能效果,且不易变形,耐蚀性高,方便安装,能有效地吸收冲击能量,保证了立柱1的结构的完整性,更好地保护了立柱1。
进一步地,相邻立柱1之间的距离≤70cm,这样设计可以保证固定在立柱1上防撞板2不会因为板长太长而影响其强度。
进一步地,所述防撞板2为塑料格栅板。
进一步地,所述防撞板2上设有荧光标识,荧光标识具有提醒作用。

1.一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,其特征在于,包括多个并排间隔设置的基座,所述基座上固定设有立柱,所述立柱的正面和反面均设有防撞板,所述防撞板由多个块状的防撞单元组成,每个防撞单元的两端分别与相邻两个立柱通过弹簧连接,正面与反面相对应的两个防撞单元之间为缓冲空间,所述缓冲空间内设有橡胶缓冲弹簧,所述橡胶缓冲弹簧的两端分别固定在立柱两侧的防撞板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,其特征在于,还包括立柱保护结构,所述立柱保护结构为圆柱状结构,并且设置在立柱与基座的连接处,所述立柱保护结构包括缓冲吸能层、蜂窝板层及不锈钢保护层,所述缓冲吸能层包裹立柱,缓冲吸能层***包覆蜂窝板层,蜂窝板层***包覆不锈钢保护层;所述缓冲吸能层内设有橡胶缓冲弹簧,所述橡胶缓冲弹簧的一端固定在立柱上,另一端固定在蜂窝板层上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,其特征在于,相邻立柱之间的距离≤70cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,其特征在于,所述防撞板为塑料格栅板。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速公路中央隔离带防撞护栏,其特征在于,所述防撞板上设有荧光标识。
