Abstract

本发明提供了一种新式双芯纱,采用涤纶纤维和人造棉纤维为原料包涤纶长丝和氨纶丝纺制而成,涤纶纤维原料的重量占比为60~70%,所述氨纶纱的重量占比为40~30%,该种双芯纱的纺纱方法包括清花、梳棉、预并、条卷、二次梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒等纺纱工艺。该种工艺制得的双芯纱制作的服装具有良好的刚挺保型性、柔软亲肤的舒适性和良好的弹性修身的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及纱线纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种新式双芯纱及其纺纱方法。
背景技术
包芯纱又称复合纱或包覆纱,它是由两种或两种以上的纤维组合而成的一种新型纱线,一般以强力和弹力都较好的合成纤维长丝为芯丝,外包棉、毛、粘胶纤维等短纤维一起加捻而纺制成的纱,包芯纱兼有长丝芯纱和外包短纤维的优良性能。现有的双芯纱产品所制成的服装具有刚挺保型、柔软亲肤的服用性能的还较少。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种新式双芯纱及其纺纱方法,该种方法所制得的双芯纱产品所制成的服装具有刚挺保型、柔软亲肤的服用性能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种新式双芯纱,采用涤纶纤维和人造棉纤维为原料包涤纶长丝和氨纶丝纺制而成,其中,所述涤纶纤维原料的重量占比为60~70%,所述氨纶纱的重量占比为40~30%。
进一步的,所述新式双芯纱的纺纱方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将涤纶纤维和人造棉纤维按照相应的比例混合后,通过开松、除杂过程制成棉卷,再对棉卷进行梳理、除杂制成生条;
步骤2:将步骤1中制得的生条进行并合、牵伸,制成设定重量的预并棉条,该工序一次共并合牵伸八根生条;
步骤3:将制成的预并棉条进行多根并合制成小卷,然后在梳棉机上对小卷进行梳理制成生条;
步骤4:经过两道并条工序,将八根生条并合牵伸制成半熟条,再由八根半熟条并合牵伸制成熟条;
步骤5:将熟条进行牵伸、加捻制成粗纱,再继续牵伸加捻纺成细纱,最后将细纱通过电子清纱器清除纱疵、连接管纱,制成筒纱。
进一步的,步骤3中对小卷进行梳理制生条的过程共进行两道梳理工序
进一步的,所述涤纶长丝和氨纶丝两根芯丝在步骤5中纺制细纱的工艺过程中加入。
本发明的有益效果在于:用涤纶纤维与人造棉纤维原料包涤纶长丝和氨纶纺制成双芯纱,该种双芯纱制作的服装具有良好的刚挺保型性、柔软亲肤的舒适性和良好的弹性修身的性能。

一种新式双芯纱,由重量占比为60~70%的涤纶纤维和重量占比为40~30%的人造棉纤维原料包涤纶长丝和氨纶丝纺制而成,该种双芯纱所制作的服装具有良好的刚挺保型性、柔软亲肤的舒适性以及良好的弹性修身的性能。
新式双芯纱的纺纱方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将60~70%的涤纶纤维和40~30%的人造棉纤维按照相应的比例混合后,经过开松、除杂过程制成棉卷,再对棉卷进行梳理、除杂制成生条;
步骤2:将步骤1中制得的生条进行并合、牵伸,制成设定重量的预并棉条,该工序一次共并合牵伸八根生条;
步骤3:将制成的预并棉条进行多根并合制成小卷,然后在梳棉机上对小卷先进行一次梳理、再进行第二次梳理制成生条;
步骤4:经过两道并条工序,将八根生条并合牵伸制成半熟条,再由八根半熟条并合牵伸制成熟条;
步骤5:将熟条进行牵伸、加捻制成粗纱,再继续牵伸加捻,同时从前上罗拉处加入涤纶长丝和氨纶丝两根芯丝纺成细纱,最后将细纱通过电子清纱器清除纱疵、连接管纱,制成筒纱。该过程涤纶长丝的粗细规格以及氨纶丝的粗细规格根据具体工艺、原材料纱线的品种规格或者牵伸的倍数不同而定 。

1.一种新式双芯纱,采用涤纶纤维和人造棉纤维为原料包涤纶长丝和氨纶丝纺制而成,其中,所述涤纶纤维原料的重量占比为60~70%,所述氨纶纱的重量占比为40~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新式双芯纱,所述双芯纱的纺纱方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤1:将涤纶纤维和人造棉纤维按照相应的比例混合后,通过开松、除杂过程制成棉卷,再对棉卷进行梳理、除杂制成生条;
步骤2:将步骤1中制得的生条进行并合、牵伸,制成设定重量的预并棉条,该工序一次共并合牵伸八根生条;
步骤3:将制成的预并棉条进行多根并合制成小卷,然后在梳棉机上对小卷进行梳理制成生条;
步骤4:经过两道并条工序,将八根生条并合牵伸制成半熟条,再由八根半熟条并合牵伸制成熟条;
步骤5:将熟条进行牵伸、加捻制成粗纱,再继续牵伸加捻纺成细纱,最后将细纱通过电子清纱器清除纱疵、连接管纱,制成筒纱。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双芯纱的纺纱方法,其特征在于:步骤3中对小卷进行梳理制生条的过程共进行两道梳理工序。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新式双芯纱或双芯纱的纺纱方法,其特征在于:所述涤纶长丝和氨纶丝两根芯丝在步骤5中纺制细纱的工艺过程中加入。
