s1, an upper computer checks the types and the number of packing material units in each warehouse and carries out tracing management; the upper computer in the embodiment is a WMS warehouse management system.
S2, respectively sending out goods information to tray storage and/or box storage and/or single-item storage according to work order information input into the upper computer, and distributing the goods according to the following logic:
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is less than that of the single box-type packing material units, the single storage and independent shipment meets the work order requirement;
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single packing material units included in a single box type packing material unit, the box type storage and the single product storage are combined to discharge the goods, and the classes and the number corresponding to the collection of the single packing material units included in the box type packing material units discharged from the box type storage and the single packing material units discharged from the single product storage meet the work order requirement;
when the number of the single-product packaging material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single-product packaging material units included by the single tray packaging material unit, the single-product packaging material units are discharged in a combined mode through tray storage and box type storage or in a combined mode through tray storage and box type storage and single-product storage, and the types and the number of the single-product packaging material units included by the tray packaging material units discharged in tray storage and the single-product packaging material units included by the box type packaging material units discharged in box type storage and/or the sets of the single-product packaging material units discharged in single-product storage meet the work order requirement;
and S3, outputting the corresponding packing material units through a material transportation system, and then carrying out information marking or data information acquisition through an information marking system.
According to the above delivery method, the number and types of the single-item materials in the work order are consistent with the set of the plurality of single-item packing material units discharged through the single-item storage, the plurality of single-item packing material units included in the box-type packing material units discharged through the box-type storage and the plurality of single-item packing material units included in the tray packing material units discharged through the tray storage. Because the multi-level storage is delivered simultaneously, the delivery efficiency is greatly improved, and the intelligent storage can carry out retroactive management on the storage units in the intelligent storage, so that the quantity and the types of the delivered single material packaging units are accurate.
The replenishment is realized between the warehouses of multiple layers after shipment by the following method:
w1, conveying part of the tray packing material units into a tray for storage through a material conveying system after marking or acquiring data information through an information marking system;

w3. when the box type packing material units in the box type storage are lack, the data information is fed back to the upper computer, the upper computer sends an instruction to the tray storage, the tray storage sorting machine sorts the tray packing material units into box type packing material units, and the box type packing material units are conveyed into the box type storage through the material conveying system;
w4. when the single-item packing material unit in the single-item storage is short, the data information is fed back to the upper computer, the upper computer sends out an instruction to the tray storage or the box type storage, and the sorting machine in the tray storage or the box type storage sorts the tray packing material unit or the box type packing material unit into the single-item packing material unit and conveys the single-item packing material unit into the single-item storage through the material conveying system.
According to the method, the warehousing of each level can be in a state of implementing replenishment while the shipment is carried out, and the warehousing of each level is ensured to keep the state of the inventory requirement.

when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is less than that of the single box-type packing material units, the single storage and independent shipment meets the work order requirement;
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single packing material units included in a single box type packing material unit, the box type storage and the single product storage are combined to discharge the goods, and the classes and the number corresponding to the collection of the single packing material units included in the box type packing material units discharged from the box type storage and the single packing material units discharged from the single product storage meet the work order requirement;
when the number of the single-product packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single-product packing material units included by the single tray packing material unit, the single-product packing material units are jointly delivered by tray storage and box type storage or delivered by tray storage and single-product storage or delivered by tray storage, box type storage and single-product storage, and the single-product packing material units included by the tray packing material units delivered by tray storage and the single-product packing material units included by the box type packing material units delivered by box type storage and/or the single-product packing material units delivered by single-product storage are enabled to meet the work order requirement and are delivered according to the following logic:
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is less than that of the single box-type packing material units, the single storage and independent shipment meets the work order requirement;
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single packing material units included in a single box type packing material unit, the box type storage and the single product storage are combined to discharge the goods, and the classes and the number corresponding to the collection of the single packing material units included in the box type packing material units discharged from the box type storage and the single packing material units discharged from the single product storage meet the work order requirement;
when the number of the single-product packaging material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single-product packaging material units included by the single tray packaging material unit, the single-product packaging material units are discharged in a combined mode through tray storage and box type storage or in a combined mode through tray storage and box type storage and single-product storage, and the types and the number of the single-product packaging material units included by the tray packaging material units discharged in tray storage and the single-product packaging material units included by the box type packaging material units discharged in box type storage and/or the sets of the single-product packaging material units discharged in single-product storage meet the work order requirement;
H7. outputting the corresponding packing material units through a material transportation system, and then carrying out information marking or data information acquisition through an information marking system;
H8. when the box type packing material units in the box type storage are few, feeding data information back to the upper computer, sending an instruction to the tray storage by the upper computer, and sorting the tray packing material units into the box type packing material units by the sorting machine in the tray storage, wherein the box type packing material units are conveyed into the box type storage through the material conveying system;
H9. when the single-product packing material units in the single-product storage are not available, the data information is fed back to the upper computer, the upper computer sends an instruction to the tray storage or the box type storage, and the sorting machine in the tray storage or the box type storage sorts the tray packing material units or the box type packing material units into the single-product packing material units and conveys the single-product packing material units into the single-product storage through the material conveying system.

1. A full-automatic intelligent management method for warehouse materials is characterized by comprising the following steps,
a pallet warehouse for storing a plurality of pallet packing material units;
the box type storage is used for storing a plurality of box type packing material units;
the single-product storage is used for storing a plurality of single-product packaging material units;
the tray storage, the box type storage and the single-product storage are intelligent storage, and can carry out tracing management on the packing material units in the tray storage, the box type storage and the single-product storage;
the information marking system can mark or collect information marking data information on the tray packing material unit, the box type packing material unit and the single packing material unit, and stores and distributes the data information to each warehouse for calling;
the upper computer is used for sending work order information to the tray storage and/or the box storage and/or the single-product storage;
a sorting system capable of splitting a single tray packing material unit into a plurality of box-type packing material units or splitting a single box-type packing material unit into a plurality of single packing material units or packaging a plurality of single packing material units into a single box-type packing material unit or tray packing material unit;
the material transportation system can supplement a tray packing material unit or a box type packing material unit or a single packing material unit from an external goods area to the corresponding storage in real time, and can supplement the box type packing material unit from the tray storage to the box type storage in real time, or supplement the single packing material unit from the tray storage to the single storage in real time, or supplement the single packing material unit from the box type storage to the single storage in real time;
the real-time supplement of the types and the quantity of the box type packing material units in the box type storage and/or the single-product packing material units in the single-product storage is realized according to the following steps:
w1, conveying part of the tray packing material units into a tray for storage through a material conveying system after marking or acquiring data information through an information marking system;
w2, sorting and splitting partial tray packing material units into a plurality of box type packing material units by a sorting system, marking the box type packing material units by an information marking system or collecting data information, and conveying the box type packing material units into box type storage by a material conveying system, or sorting the box type packing material units into a plurality of single material units by the sorting system, marking the single material units by the information marking system, and conveying the single material units into the single product storage by the material conveying system;
w3. when the box type packing material units in the box type storage are lack, the data information is fed back to the upper computer, the upper computer sends an instruction to the tray storage, the tray storage sorting machine sorts the tray packing material units into box type packing material units, and the box type packing material units are conveyed into the box type storage through the material conveying system;
w4. when the single-item packing material unit in the single-item storage is short, feeding back the data information to the upper computer, sending an instruction to the tray storage or the box type storage by the upper computer, sorting the tray packing material unit or the box type packing material unit into the single-item packing material unit by the sorting machine in the tray storage or the box type storage, and conveying the single-item packing material unit into the single-item storage through the material conveying system;
the method realizes the combined shipment of the single-item storage, the box-type storage and the tray storage according to the following steps:
s1, an upper computer checks the types and the number of packing material units in each warehouse and carries out tracing management;
s2, respectively sending out goods information to tray storage and/or box storage and/or single-item storage according to work order information input into the upper computer, and distributing the goods according to the following logic:
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is less than that of the single box-type packing material units, the single storage and independent shipment meets the work order requirement;
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single packing material units included in a single box type packing material unit, the box type storage and the single product storage are combined to discharge the goods, and the classes and the number corresponding to the collection of the single packing material units included in the box type packing material units discharged from the box type storage and the single packing material units discharged from the single product storage meet the work order requirement;
when the number of the single-product packaging material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single-product packaging material units included by the single tray packaging material unit, the single-product packaging material units are jointly delivered by tray storage and box type storage or the tray storage and the single-product storage, and the single-product packaging material units included by the tray packaging material units delivered by the tray storage and the single-product packaging material units included by the box type packaging material units delivered by the box type storage and/or the single-product packaging material units delivered by the single-product storage correspond to the types and the number which meet the work order requirement;
and S3, outputting the corresponding packing material units through a material transportation system, and then carrying out information marking or data information acquisition through an information marking system.
2. The method for the full-automatic intelligent management of the warehouse materials according to claim 1, wherein the conversion of the packaging shapes of the material packaging units and the information marking are realized according to the following steps and are conveyed into the corresponding warehouses:
placing a tray packing material unit and/or a box type packing material unit in a stacking area;
secondly, splitting the tray packing material unit and/or the box packing material unit into single packing material units through a sorting system, and sending the single packing material units into an information marking system for information marking or data information acquisition;
step three, after information is marked or data information is collected by the sorting system, the single-product packing material units are assembled and packed into box-type packing material units, secondary information marking or data information collection is carried out, the box-type packing material units marked or data information collection by the secondary information are assembled and packed into tray packing material units, and the data information is marked or collected for three times;
and step four, the corresponding material packaging units are sent into corresponding warehouses through a material transportation system.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the single packing unit is a tray for coiled electronic components, the box packing unit is a set in which a plurality of trays are layered in a box body, and the tray packing unit is a set in which a plurality of box bodies are placed on a tray.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the information marking system is a labeling machine; the sorting system comprises a clamping structure; the material conveying system comprises a belt conveying line, a chain conveying line or a roller conveying line, a distributor and a transplanter; the warehouse comprises a manipulator and a stacker.
5. A method for storing feeding and discharging materials, which applies the management method of claim 1 or 2 and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
h1, stacking the single-product packaged material units in a cargo area;
step H2, the single-item packing material unit marks information or collects data information through a labeling machine and stores the data information;
h3., sorting and packaging the single packaged material units into box type packaged material units or tray packaged material units by a manipulator, and performing information marking or data information acquisition and storage again;
h4., sending the single-product packing material units which are not subjected to packing conversion into a single-product warehouse through a conveying line for storage, sending box-type packing material units into a box-type warehouse through the conveying line for storage, sending tray packing material units into a tray through the conveying line for warehouse storage, and performing traceability management on the material units in the trays by each warehouse;
h5., receiving the work order information and checking the material unit type and quantity condition in each warehouse by the upper computer;
step H6., the upper computer performs shipment distribution according to the following logic:
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is less than that of the single box-type packing material units, the single storage and independent shipment meets the work order requirement;
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single packing material units included in a single box type packing material unit, the box type storage and the single product storage are combined to discharge the goods, and the classes and the number corresponding to the collection of the single packing material units included in the box type packing material units discharged from the box type storage and the single packing material units discharged from the single product storage meet the work order requirement;
when the number of the single-product packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single-product packing material units included by the single tray packing material unit, the single-product packing material units are jointly delivered by tray storage and box type storage or delivered by tray storage and single-product storage or delivered by tray storage, box type storage and single-product storage, and the single-product packing material units included by the tray packing material units delivered by tray storage and the single-product packing material units included by the box type packing material units delivered by box type storage and/or the single-product packing material units delivered by single-product storage are enabled to meet the work order requirement and are delivered according to the following logic:
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is less than that of the single packing material units included in the single box-type packing material unit, single-product storage and single-product shipment meet the work order requirement;
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single packing material units included in a single box type packing material unit, the box type storage and the single product storage are combined to discharge the goods, and the classes and the number corresponding to the collection of the single packing material units included in the box type packing material units discharged from the box type storage and the single packing material units discharged from the single product storage meet the work order requirement;
when the number of the single-product packaging material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single-product packaging material units included by the single tray packaging material unit, the single-product packaging material units are discharged in a combined mode through tray storage and box type storage or in a combined mode through tray storage and box type storage and single-product storage, and the types and the number of the single-product packaging material units included by the tray packaging material units discharged in tray storage and the single-product packaging material units included by the box type packaging material units discharged in box type storage and/or the sets of the single-product packaging material units discharged in single-product storage meet the work order requirement;
H7. outputting the corresponding packing material units through a material transportation system, and then carrying out information marking through an information marking system;
H8. when the box type packing material units in the box type storage are few, feeding data information back to the upper computer, sending an instruction to the tray storage by the upper computer, and sorting the tray packing material units into the box type packing material units by the sorting machine in the tray storage, wherein the box type packing material units are conveyed into the box type storage through the material conveying system;
H9. when the single-product packing material units in the single-product storage are not available, the data information is fed back to the upper computer, the upper computer sends an instruction to the tray storage or the box type storage, and the sorting machine in the tray storage or the box type storage sorts the tray packing material units or the box type packing material units into the single-product packing material units and conveys the single-product packing material units into the single-product storage through the material conveying system.
6. A full-automatic intelligent management method for warehouse materials is characterized in that,
the box type storage is used for storing a plurality of box type packing material units;
the single-product storage is used for storing a plurality of single-product packaging material units;
the box type storage and the single-product storage are intelligent storage, and the packing material units in the box type storage and the single-product storage can be traced and managed;
the information marking system can mark and mark box type packing material units and single packing material units or collect data information, and stores and distributes the data information to each warehouse for calling;
the upper computer is used for sending work order information to the box type storage and/or the single-item storage;
the sorting system can divide a single box type packing material unit into a plurality of single packing material units or pack the single packing material units into the single box type packing material unit;
the material transportation system can supplement box type packing material units or single-item packing material units from an external goods area to the corresponding storage in real time, and can supplement the single-item packing material units from the box type storage to the single-item storage in real time;

when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is less than that of the single box-type packing material units, the single storage and independent shipment meets the work order requirement;
when the number of the single packing material units corresponding to the work order information is more than that of the single packing material units included in a single box type packing material unit, the box type storage and the single product storage are combined to discharge the goods, and the classes and the number corresponding to the collection of the single packing material units included in the box type packing material units discharged from the box type storage and the single packing material units discharged from the single product storage meet the work order requirement;
and M3, outputting the corresponding packing material units through a material transportation system, and then carrying out information marking or data information acquisition through an information marking system.
7. A method for storing and discharging materials, which applies the management method of claim 6 and is characterized by comprising the following steps,
n1. stacking the single packaged material units in the cargo area;

n7. outputting the corresponding packing material units via a material transportation system, and performing information marking or data information collection via an information marking system;
n8. when the box type packing material units in the box type storage are lack, the data information is fed back to the upper computer, the upper computer sends an instruction to the tray storage, the tray storage sorting machine sorts the tray packing material units into box type packing material units, and the box type packing material units are conveyed into the box type storage through the material conveying system;
n9. when the single-item packing material unit in the single-item storage is short, the data information is fed back to the upper computer, the upper computer sends out an instruction to the tray storage or the box type storage, and the sorting machine in the tray storage or the box type storage sorts the tray packing material unit or the box type packing material unit into the single-item packing material unit and conveys the single-item packing material unit into the single-item storage through the material conveying system.
