Background
With the continuous reduction of domestic surface mine resources, the underground deep mining is gradually and comprehensively shifted, and the mineral resources in China will be mainly mined underground and deep in large scale in the future. Shovel loading and transportation are key links of efficient mining of underground metal mines in large-scale mining, and the quality of equipment performance directly influences mining production efficiency. As is known, the traditional engineering machinery has high emission, high energy consumption and serious pollution, and the engineering machinery plays a great role in exploitation along with the rapid increase of sales income in the engineering machinery industry in China, so that under the condition of increasing the engineering machinery, the energy conservation and emission reduction are more needed to be considered, the environment is protected, the energy utilization rate is improved, and the environmental pollution is reduced. The industrial development brings about increasingly serious problems of energy shortage and global environmental pollution, strict emission regulations and high fuel price, and the problems of high oil consumption, enlarged emission and the like of the existing products are caused to be solved by mining equipment.
The traditional diesel scraper has the problems of environmental pollution caused by exhaust gas, health hazard, high failure rate, difficult maintenance and the like; the transmission system of the hybrid power underground scraper still has the problem of environmental pollution; the flexibility and maneuverability of a cable-wound electric scooptram is limited. Compared with the three shovels, the overhead wire type pure electric underground shovels thoroughly solve the problems of high oil consumption, low efficiency, serious pollution, large noise and discontinuous work, thoroughly break through the technology that the mine shovels are completely driven to work by pure electric, and promote the development of new energy technology.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the overhead line rod of the overhead line type pure electric underground scraper overhead line system, breaks through the key technology that the scraper of the mining machinery is driven by new energy pure electric and continuously works, solves the problems of high oil consumption, high pollution and low efficiency of the conventional scraper, and provides support for constructing an overhead line system platform of the pure electric scraper.
The invention is designed according to the actual mining roadway size of the mine and the body size of the scraper, and aims at meeting the wire-lifting requirement of the pure electric scraper. The overhead line pole comprises a bent connecting rod, a first fixing bolt hole, an upper main body pole, a second fixing bolt hole, a lower main body pole, a fixing nut, a base, an overhead line hook and an overhead line cross beam, wherein the base of the overhead line pole is matched with a pole seat of the lower main body pole, the base of the overhead line pole and the pole seat of the lower main body pole are fixed through the fixing nut so as to adapt to the requirements of different heights, and the upper main body pole is nested in the lower main body pole and can stretch and retract and is fixed through the first fixing bolt hole and the second fixing bolt hole so as to adapt to the requirements of different heights; the bending connecting rod is connected to the upper main body rod, the bending connecting rod is connected with the overhead line beam, the overhead line beam horizontally extends out, and overhead line hooks are arranged on the overhead line beam.
The lower part of the base is cylindrical, and the upper part of the base is square and is provided with four threaded holes.
One end of the overhead line beam is designed into a cone shape, the other end of the overhead line beam is designed into a cylinder shape, and the cylindrical part is provided with an overhead line hook.
The overhead line hooks are designed into different distances to adapt to overhead lines of different types of scraper and different roadways.
The radian of the bent connecting rod is 90 degrees.
The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) The invention provides a special overhead line pole for an overhead line type pure electric underground scraper overhead line system, which is used for mining and erecting electric wires so as to continuously supply power to a scraper to realize pure electric operation and improve the working efficiency;
(2) The design of the overhead line pole enables the overhead line system powered by the mine scraper to realize technical and feasibility breakthroughs, thereby breaking through the problem of insufficient and sustainable power of the new energy mine scraper, realizing pure electric power for continuous power supply of the scraper, saving energy and protecting environment, and providing breakthrough support for realizing pure electric continuous driving of the new energy of the underground mine car.
(3) The special overhead line pole greatly reduces the limit of the capacity of the battery on the new energy scraper and the dependence on the high-quality high-capacity composite power supply, thereby greatly reducing the production cost of the new energy scraper, pushing the birth of the overhead line type pure electric scraper and providing support and guarantee for the pure electric continuous driving of mining machinery.

As shown in fig. 1, the overhead line pole comprises a bent connecting rod 1, a first fixing bolt hole 2, an upper main body pole 3, a second fixing bolt hole 4, a lower main body pole 5, a fixing nut 6, a base 7, an overhead line hook 8 and an overhead line cross beam 9, wherein the base 7 of the overhead line pole is matched with a pole seat of the lower main body pole 5, the two are fixed through the fixing nut 6, the upper main body pole 3 is nested in the lower main body pole 5, and can stretch and retract and be fixed through the first fixing bolt hole 2 and the second fixing bolt hole 4 to adapt to the requirements of different heights; the bending connecting rod 1 is connected to the upper main body rod 3, the bending connecting rod 1 is connected with the overhead line beam 9, the overhead line beam 9 horizontally extends out, and an overhead line hook 8 is arranged on the overhead line beam 9.
The specific implementation process is as follows:
(1) The general shape and the size of the overhead line pole are conceived by combining the development status of the existing new energy scraper and the shape and the size of the mine tunnel. The design of the overhead line pole not only accords with factors such as geological variability of mine underground roadways, roadway size, size of a scraper and the like, but also accords with the production process, meets the processing requirements, has low cost and the like;
(2) After the size is preliminarily designed, a base is firstly drawn by using three-dimensional drawing software, the lower part of the base is cylindrical, and the upper part of the base is square and is provided with four threaded holes; then, a lower main body rod is designed, the size of the lower main body rod is matched with the upper part of the base, the upper main body rod can be nested in the lower main body rod, and a threaded hole is formed at the joint of the upper main body rod and the lower main body rod so as to be fixed when the height of the lower main body rod is telescopic; the overhead line crossbeam is designed into a cone shape on one section, is designed into a cylinder shape on the other section, is convenient for installing overhead line hooks in the cylinder shape, and the hooks are designed into different distances so as to adapt to overhead lines of different types of scraper and different roadways.
(3) Selecting standard component bolts; and (3) processing and manufacturing a wire pole main body, a bent connecting rod, a wire beam, a hook and a bolt by selecting Q235 steel pipes, selecting standard components, processing and producing according to design dimensions, and performing test verification on the manufactured wire pole main body, bent connecting rod, wire beam, hook and bolt.
