Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液,所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水55‑59%、三乙醇胺12‑15%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.8‑2.3%、羧酸10‑13%、硼酸酯5‑8%、AMP‑95助剂0.2‑0.5%、PAG12‑16%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂>0.6%构成。同时公开了该金属加工切削液的制备方法。本发明的金属加工切削液具备水溶性,可以勾兑稀释使用,具有抗硬水的能力,作为金属切削、车削、剪切、研磨、防锈用的冷却润滑液。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于金属加工切削液技术领域,具体涉及一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液。
背景技术
传统的金属加工切削液,在稀释勾兑时对需要用到大量的水,对水质要求高,需要配合使用大型的软化水处理设备来持续供应含钙镁等金属离子少的水。因此,需要开发一种能够适应硬水条件的金属加工切削液。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液,所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水55-59%、三乙醇胺12-15%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.8-2.3%、羧酸10-13%、硼酸酯5-8%、AMP-95助剂0.2-0.5%、PAG12-16%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂>0.6%构成。
所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水55%、三乙醇胺14%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2.5%、羧酸10%、硼酸酯5%、AMP-95助剂0.5%、PAG12%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂1%构成。
一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌槽内放入蒸馏水,水温高于20℃,整个制备过程中保持搅拌槽内温度高于20℃;
2)投入EDTA-2Na并全部溶解,使得液体呈现澄清透明;
3)依次加入三乙醇胺、羧酸、硼酸酯,持续搅拌30分钟,直至液体呈现清澈透明;
4)加入AMP95、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂搅拌3分钟以上,液体呈现无色至微黄色;
5)再投入PAG搅拌20分钟,转速不超过1000rpm/min,即得抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液。
搅拌槽内温度始终保持30℃,投入PAG后搅拌转速控制在1000rpm/min。
本发明中,蒸馏水起溶剂作用;三乙醇胺能够起到防锈、润滑的作用,也是一种储备碱;乙二胺四乙酸二钠起到抗硬水的作用、羧酸起到防锈作用;硼酸酯起到防锈作用、AMP-95助剂作为高效储备碱,起到水质稳定作用;PAG起到润滑、成膜的作用;非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂起到杀菌的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的金属加工切削液具备水溶性,可以勾兑稀释使用,具有抗硬水的能力,作为金属切削、车削、剪切、研磨、防锈用的冷却润滑液。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液,所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水55%、三乙醇胺14%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2.5%、羧酸10%、硼酸酯5%、AMP-95助剂0.5%、PAG12%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂1%构成。
实施例2
一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液,所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水50%、三乙醇胺15%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.8%、羧酸13%、硼酸酯7.4%、AMP-95助剂0.2%、PAG12%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂0.6%构成。
实施例3
一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液,所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水58%、三乙醇胺12%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.8%、羧酸10%、硼酸酯5%、AMP-95助剂0.4%、PAG12%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂0.8%构成。
实施例4
一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌槽内放入蒸馏水,整个制备过程中搅拌槽内温度始终保持30℃;
2)投入EDTA-2Na并全部溶解,使得液体呈现澄清透明;
3)依次加入三乙醇胺、羧酸、硼酸酯,持续搅拌30分钟,直至液体呈现清澈透明;
4)加入AMP95、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂搅拌3分钟以上,液体呈现无色至微黄色;
5)再投入PAG搅拌20分钟,搅拌转速控制在1000rpm/min,即得抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液。

1.一种抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液,其特征在于,所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水55-59%、三乙醇胺12-15%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.8-2.3%、羧酸10-13%、硼酸酯5-8%、AMP-95助剂0.2-0.5%、PAG12-16%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂>0.6%构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液,其特征在于,所述金属加工切削液由重量组分蒸馏水55%、三乙醇胺14%、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2.5%、羧酸10%、硼酸酯5%、AMP-95助剂0.5%、PAG12%、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂1%构成。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)在搅拌槽内放入蒸馏水,水温高于20℃,整个制备过程中保持搅拌槽内温度高于20℃;
2)投入EDTA-2Na并全部溶解,使得液体呈现澄清透明;
3)依次加入三乙醇胺、羧酸、硼酸酯,持续搅拌30分钟,直至液体呈现清澈透明;
4)加入AMP95、非甲醛释放型复合杀菌剂搅拌3分钟以上,液体呈现无色至微黄色;
5)再投入PAG搅拌20分钟,转速不超过1000rpm/min,即得抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗硬水型不溶油全合成水溶性金属加工切削液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述搅拌槽内温度始终保持30℃,投入PAG后搅拌转速控制在1000rpm/min。
