Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,该环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板是通过连续式聚氨酯夹芯板生产工艺生产出的聚氨酯彩钢板,所述聚氨酯彩钢板包括面板、夹芯层、底板,所述夹芯层由一种组合聚醚和异氰酸酯反应制得,其中组合聚醚包括:20~35份聚醚多元醇A,30~45份聚醚多元醇B,5~20份聚醚多元出C,5~15份聚醚多元醇D,5~10份聚醚多元醇E,1.5~3.0份泡沫稳定剂;0.8~1.5份催化剂a,1.3~2.0份催化剂b,1.0~1.6份催化剂c,11~20份发泡剂,1.8~2.2份水。本发明环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板采用以环戊烷为主的发泡体系,节能环保,所得板材密度较低、泡孔均匀、尺寸稳定性好、导热系数低,保温性能优异。

Description

一种环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,属于聚氨酯板材领域。
背景技术
金属聚氨酯夹芯板是由两层防水彩色涂层钢板或其他金属做面板,中间注入聚氨酯硬质泡沫液体,再固化加压成型。聚氨酯材料优越的粘结性能使泡沫和金属面板之间形成一个牢固的整体,从而不再需要其他粘结材料。加之金属面板可以辊压出不同的波形,从而使其整体刚度强,承载力高,可用于建筑行业的屋顶和墙体,满足了建筑物表面物理性能和静力学要求,是现代经济领域里,一种不可替代的经济、理想的建筑材料。现在的连续式聚氨酯夹芯板芯层密度大多都在35~45kg/m3之间,由于一般的连续线生产投资额较大,如何在保证板材质量的同时降低板材的密度,从而节约生产成本,将是一个亟待解决的问题
目前,关于聚氨酯夹芯板材所使用的主要发泡剂是HCFC-141b、环戊烷、水,其中HCFC-141b仍然占有很大一部分市场。由于环境问题越来越突出,HCFC-141b发泡体系正面临全面替代,又因为全水发泡体系质量欠佳,世界上替代氟氯烃发泡剂的技术路线之一就是使用环戊烷,欧洲的聚氨酯制造商已经在使用环戊烷发泡体系。环戊烷具有许多优点:首先是价廉,在所有的氟氯烃替代物中它的单位替代成本最小;其次是环境效应最好,环戊烷的臭氧消耗潜力(ODP)为零。此外,环戊烷使用中而临的主要问题—安全问题也已经得到了很好的解决,中国也已决定采用环戊烷作为氟氯烃发泡剂的替代品。
基于此,有必要提供一种环保型的低密度聚氨酯夹芯板来满足市场需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种以环戊烷为主的发泡体系的组合聚醚及其制得的聚氨酯夹芯板。本发明所提供的组合聚醚可用于聚氨酯夹芯板的连续式生产中,制得的聚氨酯夹芯板发泡均匀、无开裂、整体密度低、尺寸稳定性好、保温性能良好。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,是通过连续式聚氨酯夹芯板生产工艺生产出的聚氨酯彩钢板,所述聚氨酯彩钢板包括面板、夹芯层、底板,所述夹芯层由一种组合聚醚和异氰酸酯反应制得,所述组合聚醚包含聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、发泡剂、水。所述聚醚多元醇包含聚醚多元醇A 20~35份,聚醚多元醇B 30~45份,聚醚多元醇C 5~20份,聚醚多元醇D 5~15份,聚醚多元醇E 5~10份;所述泡沫稳定剂用量为1.5~3.0份;所述催化剂包含催化剂a 0.8~1.5份,催化剂b 1.3~2.0份,催化剂c 1.0~1.6份,所述发泡剂用量为12~20份;所述水用量为1.8~2.2份;
所述聚醚多元醇A是以山梨醇和棕榈油为起始剂,羟值为435~465 mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为1500~3000mPa•s;所述聚醚多元醇B是以二甘醇和蔗糖为起始剂,官能度为6,羟值为418~435mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为5000~6500mPa•s;所述聚醚多元醇C是以甘油为起始剂,官能度为3,羟值为520~560mgKOH/g;所述聚醚多元醇D满足如下指标:羟值为480~520mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为6500~8000mPa•s;所述聚醚多元醇E是以丙二醇和蔗糖为起始剂,官能度为4,羟值为437~457mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为2100~2500mPa•s;
所述催化剂a为发泡催化剂,所述催化剂b为胺类凝胶催化剂,所述催化剂c为三聚催化剂。
所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板的面层材料的底板为彩钢板,面板选自彩钢板、铝箔、玻阡毡等中的一种。
所述异氰酸酯为多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,优选自巴斯夫(BASF)公司的异氰酸酯M20s。
所述的泡沫稳定剂为聚氨酯硬泡常用的有机硅表面活性剂,优选自AK8805、L-6988、B8532等中的一种。
所述起发催化剂为五甲基二乙烯三胺;所述胺类纤维催化剂为N,N-二甲基环己胺;所述三聚催化剂为N,N',N''-三(二甲氨基丙基)~六氢化三嗪、2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚、辛酸钾、醋酸钾中的一种或多种。
所述发泡剂为环保型发泡剂,选自环戊烷、环戊烷和HFC-245fa、环戊烷和HFC-365mf中的一种。
所述水为去离子水。
所述组合聚醚与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯反应制得的聚氨酯自由泡反应参数如下:起发时间:6~9s;拉丝时间:38~43s;不粘时间:53~58s;自由泡密度:23.5~24.5kg/m3;聚氨酯夹芯板整体密度:28~32kg/m3
所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
a)组合聚醚的配制:将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、发泡剂、水按照配方比例加入到反应釜中,保温搅拌均匀,得到组合聚醚;
b) 将组合聚醚与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯按照100:(130~150)的比例混合搅拌,按照聚氨酯夹芯板的连续生产工艺进行发泡,成型,熟化,切割制得环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板。
组合聚醚与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯的温度控制在18~30℃,层压机的温度控制在40~60℃,切割后常温熟化24h以上。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用以环戊烷为主体的发泡体系,其DOP值为0,是一种环境友好型的聚氨酯夹芯板,符合当下市场需求。
2、本发明环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板在保证了板材的压缩强度、导热系数和尺寸稳定性的前提下具有更低的芯层密度,直接降低了聚氨酯夹芯板的生产成本,大大提高了该产品的市场竞争力。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而以下实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明的限定。

实施例1~4
表1为实施例1~4的组合聚醚配方表。各实例中,将除异氰酸酯外的其他组分加入连续式聚氨酯夹芯板生产装置反应釜中保温搅拌混合均匀,即得甲组份,异氰酸酯作为乙组分。按照表2中各项工艺指标进行聚氨酯夹芯板的连续生产。

将熟化好的聚氨酯夹芯板去皮,去芯层泡沫进行各项性能测试,测试结果见表4

本发明中环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板的芯层密度按GB/T 6343-2009《泡沫塑料及橡胶表观密度的测定》进行测定;导热系数按GB/T 10294-2008《绝热材料稳态热阻及有关特性的测定 防护热板法》进行测定,测试平均温度为23±2℃;压缩强度按GB/T 8813-2008《硬质泡沫塑料 压缩性能的测定》进行测定。

1.一种环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,是通过连续式聚氨酯夹芯板生产工艺生产出的聚氨酯彩钢板,所述聚氨酯彩钢板包括面板、夹芯层、底板,所述夹芯层由一种组合聚醚和异氰酸酯反应制得,所述组合聚醚包含聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、发泡剂、水,所述聚醚多元醇包含聚醚多元醇A 20~35份,聚醚多元醇B 30~45份,聚醚多元醇C 5~20份,聚醚多元醇D 5~15份,聚醚多元醇E 5~10份;所述泡沫稳定剂用量为1.5~3.0份;所述催化剂包含催化剂a 0.8~1.5份,催化剂b 1.3~2.0份,催化剂c 1.0~1.6份,所述发泡剂用量为11~20份;所述水用量为1.8~2.2份;
所述聚醚多元醇A是以山梨醇和棕榈油为起始剂,羟值为435~465 mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为1500~3000mPa•s;所述聚醚多元醇B是以二甘醇和蔗糖为起始剂,官能度为6,羟值为418~435mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为5000~6500mPa•s;所述聚醚多元醇C是以甘油为起始剂,官能度为3,羟值为520~560mgKOH/g;所述聚醚多元醇D满足如下指标:羟值为480~520mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为6500~8000mPa•s;所述聚醚多元醇E是以丙二醇和蔗糖为起始剂,官能度为4,羟值为437~457mgKOH/g,25℃下的粘度为2100~2500mPa•s;
所述催化剂a为发泡催化剂,所述催化剂b为胺类凝胶催化剂,所述催化剂c为三聚催化剂。
2.根据权利要求书1所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,所述底板为彩钢板,面板选自彩钢板、铝箔、玻阡毡等中的一种。
3.根据权利要求书1所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯为多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯,优选自巴斯夫(BASF)公司的异氰酸酯M20s。
4.根据权利要求书1所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,所述的泡沫稳定剂为聚氨酯硬泡常用的有机硅表面活性剂,优选自AK8805、L-6988、B8532等中的一种。
5.根据权利要求书1所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,所述发泡催化剂为五甲基二乙烯三胺(PC-5);所述胺类凝胶催化剂为N,N-二甲基环己胺(PC-8);所述三聚催化剂为N,N',N''-三(二甲氨基丙基)~六氢化三嗪(PC-41)、2,4,6-三(二甲氨基甲基)苯酚(DMP-30)、辛酸钾、醋酸钾中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求书1所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为环保型发泡剂,选自环戊烷、环戊烷和HFC-245fa、环戊烷和HFC-365mfc中的一种。
7.根据权利要求书1所述一种环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,所述水为去离子水。
8.根据权利要求书1所述一种环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板,其特征在于,所述组合聚醚与多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯反应制得的聚氨酯自由泡反应参数如下:起发时间:6~9s;拉丝时间:35~40s;不粘时间:53~58s;自由泡密度:23.5~24.5kg/m3 ;聚氨酯夹芯板整体密度:28~32kg/m3
9.根据权利要求书1~7所述环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板的生产工艺,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
组合聚醚的配制:将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、催化剂、发泡剂、水按照配方比例加入到反应釜中,保温搅拌均匀,得到组合聚醚;
将组合聚醚与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯按照100:(130~150)的比例,按照聚氨酯夹芯板的连续生产工艺进行发泡,成型,熟化,切割制得环保型低密度聚氨酯夹芯板;
组合聚醚与多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯的温度控制在18~30℃,层压机的温度控制在40~60℃,切割后常温熟化24h以上。
