Abstract
本发明公开了一种婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备织造原料,b)前处理,c)经编织造,d)染色,e)整理定型,所述织造原料为抗菌纤维,羊毛纤维和纯棉棉布混合制备而成。通过上述方式,发明操作操作工艺简单,所制备的原料采用抗菌纤维,羊毛纤维和纯棉棉布混合熔融,使面料更加柔软,能够大幅度增强面料的抗菌和保暖效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对无菌环保产品产品的需求也在不断增加,人们对纺织品的要求也越来越高,特别是对婴幼儿内衣面料,和穿着衣服使用的面料要求不仅舒适柔软,还要抗菌保暖,但现有面料中大部分采用的是天然纤维和棉纤维,虽然有一定柔软度,但是功能性单一,很难同时符合上述要求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种柔软,抗菌,保暖性强的婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,该制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备织造原料,b)前处理,c)经编织造,d)染色,e)整理定型,所述织造原料为抗菌纤维,羊毛纤维和纯棉棉布混合制备而成。
发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤a)中,制备织造原料的方法为:向纯棉棉布中加入按照重量比配比:羊毛纤维的含量占70-80%,抗菌纤维的含量占20-30%。通过熔融复合纺丝。
发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌纤维成分包括:聚丙烯酸钠,胡萝卜素,甲壳纤维素,石墨粉粒。
发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤b)中,前处理工艺配方比为:柠檬提取液0.2-0.5%,玉米油0.5-0.9%,精炼蛋白乳剂1.5 g /L,温度80℃,时间为45min。
发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤c)中,选用12.5tex真丝纱线,5.5tex×2尼龙丝纱线,上机车,车速400m/min,采用机器双面编织造。
发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤d)中,染色工艺配方比为:丙酸乙酯10%,促染剂25%,硼酸锌8%,有机硅树脂5%,润滑剂15%,水17%,染色温度为35℃,时间50min。
发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤e)中,定型工序为:退毛,烘干,熨光,成品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,操作
操作工艺简单,所制备的原料采用抗菌纤维,羊毛纤维和纯棉棉布混合熔融,使面料更加柔软,能够大幅度增强面料的抗菌和保暖效果。

实施例1
a)制备织造原料,向纯棉棉布中加入按照重量比配比:羊毛纤维的含量占70%,抗菌纤维的含量占20%。通过熔融复合纺丝,所述抗菌纤维成分包括:聚丙烯酸钠,胡萝卜素,甲壳纤维素,石墨粉粒。
b)前处理,前处理工艺配方比为:柠檬提取液0.2%,玉米油0.5%,精炼蛋白乳剂1.5g /L,温度80℃,时间为45min。
c)经编织造,选用12.5tex真丝纱线,5.5tex×2尼龙丝纱线,上机车,车速400m/min,采用机器双面编织造。
d)染色,染色工艺配方比为:丙酸乙酯10%,促染剂25%,硼酸锌8%,有机硅树脂5%,润滑剂15%,水17%,染色温度为35℃,时间50min。
e)整理定型,定型工序为:退毛,烘干,熨光,成品。
实施例2

d)染色,染色工艺配方比为:丙酸乙酯10%,促染剂25%,硼酸锌8%,有机硅树脂5%,润滑剂15%,水17%,染色温度为35℃,时间50min。
e)整理定型,定型工序为:退毛,烘干,熨光,成品。
实施例3

b)前处理,前处理工艺配方比为:柠檬提取液0.3,玉米油0.7,精炼蛋白乳剂1.5 g/L,温度80℃,时间为45min。
c)经编织造,选用12.5tex真丝纱线,5.5tex×2尼龙丝纱线,上机车,车速400m/min,采用机器双面编织造。
d)染色,染色工艺配方比为:丙酸乙酯10%,促染剂25%,硼酸锌8%,有机硅树脂5%,润滑剂15%,水17%,染色温度为35℃,时间50min。
e)整理定型,定型工序为:退毛,烘干,熨光,成品。

1.一种婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,该制备方法包括如下步骤:a)制备织造原料,b)前处理,c)经编织造, d)染色,e)整理定型,所述织造原料为抗菌纤维,羊毛纤维和纯棉棉布混合制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤a)中,制备织造原料的方法为:向纯棉棉布中加入按照重量比配比:羊毛纤维的含量占70-80%,抗菌纤维的含量占20-30%,通过熔融复合纺丝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维成分包括:聚丙烯酸钠,胡萝卜素,甲壳纤维素,石墨粉粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤b)中,前处理工艺配方比为:柠檬提取液0.2-0.5%,玉米油0.5-0.9%,精炼蛋白乳剂1.5 g /L,温度80℃,时间为45min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤c)中,选用12.5tex真丝纱线,5.5tex×2尼龙丝纱线,上机车,车速400m/min,采用机器双面编织造。
6.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d)中,染色工艺配方比为:丙酸乙酯10%,促染剂25%,硼酸锌8%,有机硅树脂5%,润滑剂15%,水17%,染色温度为35℃,时间50min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的婴幼儿抗菌保暖内衣面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤e)中,定型工序为:退毛,烘干,熨光,成品。
