本发明涉及合成树脂制的调湿容器。
背景技术
以往,在收容各种内容物的容器中,为了保护内容物免受湿气影响,使用如下结构的容器:在将内容物收容在容器的收容室中的状态下进行密封,在使用时开封并取出内容物。但是,在从将内容物密封在容器的收容室中起到用户将容器主体开封为止的期间,存在内容物的品质因收容室内的湿气而变差的情况。因此,例如在专利文献1中,提出了在容器主体的壁部具备含有吸湿性的无机填料(吸湿剂)的吸湿层的调湿容器。
另外,在专利文献2中,提出了将配置于最内层和最外层之间的吸湿层以多层的方式构成的调湿容器。具体来说,由位于内侧的第一吸湿层(第一树脂组成物层)和配置于第一吸湿层的外侧的第二吸湿层(第二树脂组成物层)来构成最内层和最外层之间的吸湿层。通过构成为这样的结构,来自外部空气的湿气被位于外侧的第二吸湿层吸收,因此难以到达第一吸湿层。由此,因为能够使收容室内的湿气集中地被吸收于第一吸湿层,所以能够提高收容室内的吸湿性能。

这样的调湿容器例如能够通过如下方式形成:将多个树脂层叠并共同挤出为筒状而形成层叠型坯,并利用吹塑成型模具将该层叠型坯吹塑成型。吹塑成型模具例如形成为如下结构:其整体沿着包含容器中心轴线的垂直的单个分型面而被分型成两部分,在成为容器的底部的位置具备模具的夹断部(沿着分型面设置切断刃的部分)。另外,在作为产品的容器的底部,在与模具的分型面对应的分模线上,通过用吹塑成型模具的夹断部将层叠型坯挤压为扁平状并咬断,从而形成脊状的夹断部(也称为底部密封部)。
在利用这样的吹塑成型来将上述那样在最内层和最外层之间具有吸湿层的吸湿容器成型的情况下,存在如下问题:由于形成于容器的底部的夹断部的厚度变薄,所以底部的强度下降,容易以该夹断部为起点在底部发生破裂。
因此,本发明的目的在于,提供一种在最内层和最外层之间具备含有吸湿性无机填料的吸湿层并在底部具有夹断部的吸湿容器中,提高底部的强度的吸湿容器。
技术方案
本发明是为了解决上述课题而做出的,本发明的调湿容器的特征在于,是一种合成树脂制的调湿容器,具有收容内容物的收容室,并且在底部具有夹断部,所述调湿容器的壁部具备:
最内层,其划分出所述收容室;
最外层,其配置于所述最内层的外侧;以及
吸湿层,其配置于所述最内层和所述最外层之间,并含有吸湿性无机填料,
所述最内层由MFR小于2.0的材料形成。
另外,在本发明的调湿容器中,优选地,所述夹断部的厚度为350μm以上。
另外,在本发明的调湿容器中,优选地,所述最内层由聚乙烯形成。
另外,在本发明的调湿容器中,优选地,所述夹断部处的所述最内层的层厚是所述壁部的厚度的4%以上。
另外,在本发明的调湿容器中,优选地,所述吸湿层具有:
第一吸湿层,其含有氧化钙;
第二吸湿层,其配置于所述第一吸湿层的外侧,并含有硫酸镁。
另外,在本发明的调湿容器中,优选地,在所述第一吸湿层和所述第二吸湿层之间配置有不含有吸湿性无机填料的中间层。
发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供一种在最内层和最外层之间具备含有吸湿性无机填料的吸湿层且在底部具有夹断部的吸湿容器中,提高底部的强度的吸湿容器。

以下,参照附图来说明本发明的一个实施方式。本实施方式的调湿容器1能够形成为例如图1所示那样的具有口部2、主体部3和底部4的有底筒状。在图示例中,在口部2设有用于将盖体(省略图示)螺纹固定的外螺纹2a,但并不限定于此,例如也可以形成为设置与盖体咬边卡合的凹凸,并通过封盖等进行安装的结构。
另外,调湿容器1具有收容内容物的收容室S。构成口部2、主体部3和底部4的壁部10具备:划分出收容室S的最内层11、从收容室S的相反侧围绕最内层11的第一吸湿层12、从收容室S的相反侧围绕第一吸湿层12的中间层15、从收容室S的相反侧围绕中间层15的第二吸湿层13、以及从收容室S的相反侧围绕第二吸湿层13的最外层14。
最内层11和最外层14分别由不含有吸湿性无机填料(吸湿剂)的、例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯或环状烯烃等烯烃类树脂构成。作为聚乙烯的具体例,有直链状低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)等。
这里,最内层11由MFR(熔体质量流动速率)小于2.0(g/10分)的材料形成。关于MFR,在是聚乙烯树脂(PE)的情况下,能够利用以JIS K6922为标准的方法进行测定,在是聚丙烯树脂(PP)的情况下,能够利用以JIS K6921为标准的方法进行测定,在除此以外的情况下,能够利用以JIS K7210为标准的方法进行测定。
第一吸湿层12和第二吸湿层13分别由混合有吸湿性无机填料(吸湿剂)的、例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯或环状烯烃等烯烃类树脂构成。作为吸湿性无机填料,例如可以列举氧化钙、分子筛、硫酸镁、硅胶、氯化钙和氧化硅-氧化铝凝胶之中的一个或多个的混合物。
其中,分子筛为结晶性沸石,用下面的通式(1)来表示。

作为第一吸湿层12中包含的吸湿性无机填料,例如列举氧化钙等,作为第二吸湿层13中包含的吸湿性无机填料,例如列举硫酸镁等。在本例中,在第一吸湿层12中混合有60%重量的氧化钙,在第二吸湿层13中混合有12%重量的硫酸镁。此外,关于添加吸湿性无机填料的树脂,只要是PP、PE(LDPE、LLDPE、MDPE、HDPE等)、COC以及COP等烯烃类树脂即可,能够在考虑其物性的基础上适当地进行选择。
在本实施方式中,在第一吸湿层12和第二吸湿层13之间存在中间层15,所述中间层15由不含有吸湿性无机填料的烯烃类树脂构成。中间层15与最内层11、第一吸湿层12、第二吸湿层13以及最外层14同样地形成为有底筒状。中间层15的厚度比第一吸湿层12和第二吸湿层13各自的厚度薄。此外,中间层15的厚度例如为30μm~100μm。另外,在本实施方式的调湿容器1中,中间层15的厚度最薄,其次按照最内层11、最外层14、第一吸湿层12的顺序变厚,第二吸湿层13的厚度最厚。
关于调湿容器1,例如,最外层14和中间层15由高密度聚乙烯构成,最内层11由低密度聚乙烯构成,第一吸湿层12由混合有60%重量的氧化钙的聚乙烯和聚乙烯再生树脂形成,第二吸湿层13由混合有12%重量的硫酸镁的聚乙烯形成。在该结构中,例如能够将各层在主体部3的平均厚度设定为:最内层11是中间层15的2倍左右,最外层14是中间层15的3倍左右,第一吸湿层12是中间层15的4倍左右,第二吸湿层13是中间层15的10倍左右。
如图1中虚线所示,底部4具有使中央部朝向内侧弯曲的形状。另外,在底部4的中央设有脊状的夹断部5,所述夹断部5是通过用吹塑成型的分型模具夹入层叠型坯并将其压溃,且切掉其前端而形成的。在本例中,夹断部5在底部4的中央形成为直线状,但不限定于此,也可以是在延伸方向上具有弯曲部或转折部的结构。
上述结构的调湿容器1的成型省略图示,例如,将构成各层的树脂从多层挤出成型用模具一起挤出从而对层叠型坯进行挤出成型,并使用位于模具的下方的吹塑成型模具对其进行吹塑成型。吹塑成型模具例如是用包含调湿容器1的中心轴线的垂直的分型面将整体分型成两部分的结构。另外,在分型面设置有具有切断刃的模具的夹断部。
如上述说明,在本实施方式的调湿容器1中,通过使最内层11的MFR[g/10分]小于2.0,从而能够抑制夹断部5的厚度变得过薄的情况。由此,确保底部4的强度,能够防止调湿容器1的底部破裂等。
此外,从更加可靠地确保底部4的强度的观点出发,本例中的最内层11的MFR优选为0.3~1.3。另外,同样地,最外层14的MFR优选为0.3~0.6,第一吸湿层12的MFR优选为0.5~1.5,第二吸湿层13的MFR优选为0.3~0.6,中间层15的MFR优选为0.3~0.6。
另外,图2所示的夹断部5的厚度T优选为350μm以上,由此,能够更加可靠地确保底部4的强度。
另外,最内层11优选由聚乙烯形成,由此,能够更加可靠地确保底部4的强度。
另外,夹断部5处的最内层11的层厚优选为壁部10的厚度(在本例中是将最内层11、第一吸湿层12、第二吸湿层13、最外层14以及中间层15的层厚合起来的整体的厚度)的4%以上,由此,能够更加可靠地确保底部4的强度。
另外,在本例的调湿容器1中,通过在最内层11和最外层14之间具有含有吸湿性无机填料(氧化钙)的第一吸湿层12、以及配置于第一吸湿层12的外侧且含有吸湿性无机填料(硫酸镁)的第二吸湿层13,从而能够利用第一吸湿层12吸收收容室S内的湿气,并且利用第二吸湿层13吸收外部空气的湿气。由此,能够抑制因收容室S内的湿气而造成的内容物的品质的恶化,并且使第一吸湿层12难以吸收外部空气的湿气,将调湿容器1的收容室S内的湿气集中而使其被第一吸湿层12吸收,能够容易地将收容室S的湿度保持得低。
此外,在本例的调湿容器1中,通过在第一吸湿层12和第二吸湿层13之间配置不含有吸湿性无机填料的中间层15,从而能够利用中间层15防止被第一吸湿层12和第二吸湿层13之中的任一方吸收的湿气向另一方转移的情况。由此,能够更加可靠地实现使外部空气的湿气被第二吸湿层13吸收且使收容室S的湿气被第一吸湿层12吸收的方案。
另外,通过利用烯烃类树脂形成最内层11、第一吸湿层12、中间层15、第二吸湿层13和最外层14,从而能够容易且可靠地实现将这些各层牢固地接合。
此外,本发明的技术范围不限定于上述实施方式,在不脱离本发明的主旨的范围内能够追加各种变更。例如,在上述实施方式中,在最内层11和最外层14之间配置第一吸湿层12、第二吸湿层13和中间层15这三层,但不限定于此,只要至少包含含有吸湿性无机填料的一层,则也可以是在最内层11和最外层14之间仅具有1层、或2层或4层以上的层结构。此外,构成壁部10的各层的材料、厚度、密度等能够适当地变更。
实施例
以下,对本发明的实施例进行说明。
形成遵照本发明的实施例1~5的调湿容器和仅最内层的结构不同的比较例1~3的调湿容器,并进行用于确认本发明的效果的试验。实施例和比较例的调湿容器为图1所示的形状,重量为约14g,收容室的容积为100ml,能够将营养品等药片作为内容物收容在收容室中。实施例和比较例的第一吸湿层、第二吸湿层、最外层、中间层各自的材料和MFR如表1所示。

实施例和比较例各自的最内层的材料、MFR(g/10分)如表2所示。在表2中表示对最内层的材料、MFR不同的实施例1~5、比较例1~3的调湿容器进行吹塑成型,并对夹断部的厚度和底部的强度进行测定的结果。此外,底部的强度按照如下方法进行评价:使用AUTOGRAPH(岛津制作所制的AG-2000D),利用前端圆形的工具以下降速度300(mm/分)将夹断部压入,如果底部发生破裂时为160N以上则标记为“○”,如果底部发生破裂时小于160N则标记为“×”。另外,图2(a)表示实施例1的底部剖面,图2(b)表示实施例5的底部剖面,图2(c)表示比较例2的底部剖面。

如表2所示,实施例1~5与比较例1~3相比夹断部的厚度变厚,底部的强度变高。

Claims (3)

1.一种调湿容器,其特征在于,是合成树脂制,具有收容内容物的收容室,并且在底部具有夹断部,所述调湿容器的壁部具备:
最内层,其划分出所述收容室;
最外层,其配置于所述最内层的外侧;以及
吸湿层,其配置于所述最内层和所述最外层之间,并含有吸湿性无机填料,
所述最内层由MFR是0.3~1.3的材料形成,
所述最内层的厚度分别小于所述最外层的厚度以及所述吸湿层的厚度,
所述夹断部处的所述最内层的层厚是所述壁部的厚度的4%以上,
所述吸湿层具有:
第一吸湿层,其含有氧化钙;以及
第二吸湿层,其配置于所述第一吸湿层的外侧,并含有硫酸镁,
在所述第一吸湿层和所述第二吸湿层之间配置有不含有吸湿性无机填料的中间层,
所述最外层的MFR是0.3~0.6,所述第一吸湿层的MFR是0.5~1.5,所述第二吸湿层的MFR是0.3~0.6,所述中间层的MFR是0.3~0.6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调湿容器,其特征在于,
所述夹断部的厚度是350μm以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的调湿容器,其特征在于,
所述最内层由聚乙烯形成。
