The server marks the insurance policy corresponding to the insurance policy information acquired according to the insurance policy reduction request information as a clearing state, modifies the insurance policy of the additional insurance in the insurance policy according to the reduction insurance fee of the additional insurance, and modifies the insurance policy of the main insurance in the insurance policy according to the reduction insurance fee of the main insurance policy so that the terminal can display the updated insurance policy information.
It may be appreciated that, when the policy and amount reduction request information includes the terminal identifier, after updating the policy and amount of the main risk and the additional risk in the policy information, the server may feed back a notification message of success of policy and amount reduction to the terminal according to the terminal identifier, so as to notify the terminal to download and display the updated policy information again.
According to the embodiment of the invention, when the payment and the insurance are stopped under the payment period, the insurance policy is maintained in an effective state in the insurance period in a manner of reducing the insurance amount of the main insurance and the insurance amount of the additional insurance, and the additional insurance is reduced to be larger than the insurance amount of the main insurance because the additional insurance is reduced to be larger than the insurance amount of the main insurance, instead of reducing the insurance amount of the additional insurance to be the insurance amount of the main insurance, so that the insurance reduction amplitude of the additional insurance is reduced, the rights and interests of customers can be better ensured to reduce customer complaints, and the aim of reducing the pressure of a server for processing customer complaint information is fulfilled.
When the acquired reduction insurance amount matched with the additional insurance mark is larger than the determined reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance, the difference is returned to the client, so that the premium difference of the additional insurance lost by the client due to reduction of the premium can be reduced, the client satisfaction degree is improved, the client complaint is further reduced, and the pressure of the server for processing the client complaint information is further reduced.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a server according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the server includes units for executing steps in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 1 to fig. 4. Refer specifically to the related descriptions in the respective embodiments of fig. 1 to fig. 4. For convenience of explanation, only the portions related to the present embodiment are shown. Referring to fig. 5, the service 5 includes:
a request information obtaining unit 510, configured to obtain a guard reduction request information sent by a terminal; the insurance amount reduction request information is used for maintaining the insurance policy in an effective state in the insurance period in a manner of reducing the insurance amount of the main insurance and the insurance amount of the additional insurance when the insurance amount reduction request information is used for requesting that the payment period is not full and the insurance is stopped; the amount reduction request information comprises a unique identifier of a policy;
a policy information obtaining unit 520, configured to obtain policy information of the policy according to the unique identifier of the policy in the policy reduction request information; the insurance policy information comprises a main insurance identifier, an additional insurance identifier, an initial insurance amount of the main insurance and an initial insurance amount of the additional insurance;
a determining unit 530, configured to determine, according to the initial policy of the main risk and the initial policy of the additional risk in the policy information, a reduced policy of the main risk and a reduced policy of the additional risk; the reduced insurance amount refers to insurance amount after being reduced on the basis of initial insurance amount, and the reduced insurance amount of the additional insurance is larger than the reduced insurance amount of the main insurance;
and an updating unit 540, configured to update policy information of the policy according to the reduced policy of the main risk and the reduced policy of the additional risk.
Further, the determining unit 530 includes:
the calculating unit is used for calculating the quotient of the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance and the initial insurance amount of the main insurance in the insurance policy information to obtain an insurance amount reduction proportion;
the acquiring unit is used for acquiring the subduction insurance matched with the main insurance identifier according to a preset corresponding relation between the risk identifier and the subduction insurance to acquire the subduction insurance of the main insurance;
and the insurance amount determining unit is used for determining the reduced insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the insurance amount reduction proportion and the reduced insurance amount of the main insurance.
Further, the reduction and insurance determination unit is specifically configured to: and calculating the product of the insurance reduction proportion and the main insurance reduction insurance to obtain the additional insurance reduction insurance.
Further, the reduction and insurance determination unit is specifically configured to:
determining the maximum reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance and the minimum reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the insurance reduction proportion and the main insurance reduction insurance; wherein the minimum subduction of the additional risk is greater than or equal to the subduction of the main risk;
and determining the subduction insurance of the additional risk according to the maximum subduction insurance of the additional risk and the minimum subduction insurance of the additional risk.
Optionally, the server 5 may further include:
the matching unit is used for acquiring the reduction insurance matched with the additional risk identifier according to a preset corresponding relation between the risk identifier and the reduction insurance;
a refund unit configured to calculate a difference between the matched reduced insurance and the reduced insurance of the additional insurance and return the difference to a payment account when the matched reduced insurance is greater than the reduced insurance of the additional insurance; the payment account is obtained according to a payment record associated with the unique identifier of the policy.
Optionally, the policy information further includes customer information, where the customer information includes age and occupation; the determining unit 530 includes:
an reduction coefficient determining unit for determining a reduction coefficient according to the client information;
and the subduction insurance calculation unit is used for calculating subduction insurance of the main insurance and subduction insurance of the additional insurance according to the subduction coefficient, the initial insurance of the main insurance and the initial insurance of the additional insurance.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a server according to another embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 4, the server 6 of this embodiment includes: a processor 60, a memory 61 and a computer program 62, e.g. a control program of a server, stored in said memory 61 and being executable on said processor 60. The steps in the processing method embodiments of the respective policies described above are implemented when the processor 60 executes the computer program 62, for example, S101 to S104 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor 60 may perform the functions of the units in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 5, for example, the functions of the units 510 to 540 shown in fig. 5, when executing the computer program 62.
Illustratively, the computer program 62 may be partitioned into one or more units that are stored in the memory 61 and executed by the processor 60 to complete the present invention. The one or more elements may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing a specific function describing the execution of the computer program 62 in the server 6. For example, the computer program 62 may be divided into a request information acquisition unit, a policy information acquisition unit, a determination unit, an update unit, a matching unit, a refund unit, and the like, each unit functioning specifically as described above.
The server may include, but is not limited to, a processor 60, a memory 61. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 6 is merely an example of server 6 and is not limiting of server 6, and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or different components, e.g., the server may also include input and output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The processor 60 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), other general purpose processors, digital signal processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), off-the-shelf programmable gate arrays (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic devices, discrete gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 61 may be an internal storage unit of the server 6, such as a hard disk or a memory of the server 6. The memory 61 may be an external storage device of the server 6, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the server 6. Further, the memory 61 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the server 6. The memory 61 is used for storing the computer program and other programs and data required by the server. The memory 61 may also be used for temporarily storing data that has been output or is to be output.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, and are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

Claims (7)

1. A method for processing a policy, comprising:
acquiring the amount reduction request information sent by the terminal; the insurance amount reduction request information is used for maintaining the insurance policy in an effective state in the insurance period in a manner of reducing the insurance amount of the main insurance and the insurance amount of the additional insurance when the insurance amount reduction request information is used for requesting that the payment period is not full and the insurance is stopped; the amount reduction request information comprises a unique identifier of a policy;
acquiring the policy information of the policy according to the unique identifier of the policy in the policy reduction request information; the insurance policy information comprises a main insurance identifier, an additional insurance identifier, an initial insurance amount of the main insurance and an initial insurance amount of the additional insurance, wherein the initial insurance amount of the main insurance is greater than or equal to the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance;
determining the reduction insurance amount of the main insurance and the reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the initial insurance amount of the main insurance and the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance in the insurance policy information; the reduced insurance amount refers to insurance amount after being reduced on the basis of initial insurance amount, and the reduced insurance amount of the additional insurance is larger than the reduced insurance amount of the main insurance;
updating the policy information of the policy according to the reduced insurance amount of the main insurance and the reduced insurance amount of the additional insurance;
the determining the reduction insurance amount of the main insurance and the reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the initial insurance amount of the main insurance and the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance in the policy information includes:
calculating the quotient of the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance and the initial insurance amount of the main insurance in the insurance policy information to obtain an insurance amount reduction proportion;
acquiring the subduction insurance matched with the main insurance identifier according to a preset corresponding relation between the risk identifier and the subduction insurance, and acquiring the subduction insurance of the main insurance;
determining the additional risk reduction insurance according to the insurance reduction proportion and the main risk reduction insurance;
the determining the additional risk reduction amount according to the amount reduction ratio and the main risk reduction amount comprises:
determining the maximum reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance and the minimum reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the insurance reduction proportion and the main insurance reduction insurance; wherein the minimum subduction of the additional risk is greater than or equal to the subduction of the main risk;
and determining the subduction insurance of the additional risk according to the maximum subduction insurance of the additional risk and the minimum subduction insurance of the additional risk.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the additional risk reduction amount according to the amount reduction ratio and the main risk reduction amount comprises:
and calculating the product of the insurance reduction proportion and the main insurance reduction insurance to obtain the additional insurance reduction insurance.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein after the determining of the additional risk reduction amount according to the amount reduction ratio and the main risk reduction amount, further comprising:
acquiring the reduction insurance matched with the additional risk identifier according to a preset corresponding relation between the risk identifier and the reduction insurance;
when the matched subduction amount is larger than the subduction amount of the additional risk, calculating a difference between the matched subduction amount and the subduction amount of the additional risk, and returning the difference to the payment account; the payment account is obtained according to a payment record associated with the unique identifier of the policy.
4. The method for processing a policy according to claim 1, wherein said policy information further includes customer information including age, occupation;
the determining the reduction insurance amount of the main insurance and the reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the initial insurance amount of the main insurance and the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance in the policy information includes:
determining an abatement coefficient from the customer information;
and calculating the subduction insurance of the main insurance and the subduction insurance of the additional insurance according to the subduction coefficient, the initial insurance of the main insurance and the initial insurance of the additional insurance.
5. A server comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of when executing the computer program:
acquiring the amount reduction request information sent by the terminal; the insurance amount reduction request information is used for maintaining the insurance policy in an effective state in the insurance period in a manner of reducing the insurance amount of the main insurance and the insurance amount of the additional insurance when the insurance amount reduction request information is used for requesting that the payment period is not full and the insurance is stopped; the amount reduction request information comprises a unique identifier of a policy;
acquiring the policy information of the policy according to the unique identifier of the policy in the policy reduction request information; the insurance policy information comprises a main insurance identifier, an additional insurance identifier, an initial insurance amount of the main insurance and an initial insurance amount of the additional insurance, wherein the initial insurance amount of the main insurance is greater than or equal to the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance;
determining the reduction insurance amount of the main insurance and the reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the initial insurance amount of the main insurance and the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance in the insurance policy information; the reduced insurance amount refers to insurance amount after being reduced on the basis of initial insurance amount, and the reduced insurance amount of the additional insurance is larger than the reduced insurance amount of the main insurance;
updating the policy information of the policy according to the reduced insurance amount of the main insurance and the reduced insurance amount of the additional insurance;
the determining the reduction insurance amount of the main insurance and the reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the initial insurance amount of the main insurance and the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance in the policy information includes:
calculating the quotient of the initial insurance amount of the additional insurance and the initial insurance amount of the main insurance in the insurance policy information to obtain an insurance amount reduction proportion;
acquiring the subduction insurance matched with the main insurance identifier according to a preset corresponding relation between the risk identifier and the subduction insurance, and acquiring the subduction insurance of the main insurance;
determining the additional risk reduction insurance according to the insurance reduction proportion and the main risk reduction insurance;
the determining the additional risk reduction amount according to the amount reduction ratio and the main risk reduction amount comprises:
determining the maximum reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance and the minimum reduction insurance amount of the additional insurance according to the insurance reduction proportion and the main insurance reduction insurance; wherein the minimum subduction of the additional risk is greater than or equal to the subduction of the main risk;
and determining the subduction insurance of the additional risk according to the maximum subduction insurance of the additional risk and the minimum subduction insurance of the additional risk.
6. The server of claim 5, wherein after the determining the additional risk amount based on the rate of reduction of the risk amount and the amount of reduction of the main risk amount, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
acquiring the reduction insurance matched with the additional risk identifier according to a preset corresponding relation between the risk identifier and the reduction insurance;
when the matched subduction amount is larger than the subduction amount of the additional risk, calculating a difference between the matched subduction amount and the subduction amount of the additional risk, and returning the difference to the payment account; the payment account is obtained according to a payment record associated with the unique identifier of the policy.
7. A computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
