背景技术
鞋是人们日常生活的必需品,鞋材良好的抑菌、杀菌性能将对保证鞋的防臭性能有着至关重要的作用,因此开发鞋材用抗菌防臭整理剂有深远的研究意义和广阔的市场前景。
PET非织造布具有很多优良的物理机械性能,被广泛应用于服装、医疗、包装等民用方面及工业上。同时由于他具有一定的生物相容性和良好的介电性能,在高科技领域也占有重要的位置。但是PET的疏水性表面不易被水润湿,粘结性差,因而常采用冷等离子体、电子束、紫外辐照等技术对其进行表面改性,以提高其应用性能,拓展应用范围。本发明以此为出发点,本着绿色环保的原则,通过低温等离子体诱发PET非织造布接枝丙烯酸,然后进一步接枝壳聚糖,来提高PET非织造布的亲水性并赋予其抗菌性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种鞋衬材料用抗污抗菌防臭非织造布的制作方法,依照该方法制作的鞋衬材料具有优异的抗污性能和抗菌防臭性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种鞋衬材料用抗污抗菌防臭非织造布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)PET非织造布的洗涤:
将PET非织造布分别放入水、丙酮、乙醇中,超声洗涤15-30min除杂,然后用去离子水反复冲洗,再放入40-45℃烘箱中过夜干燥,待用;
(2)PET非织造布接枝壳聚糖的表面抗菌改性:
将壳聚糖溶液溶解于质量分数为10-20%的柠檬酸溶液中,配制成浓度为0.5-1%的壳聚糖溶液,将接枝丙烯酸单体的非织造布浸入其中,浴比为1:35-45,在3-5℃下反应23-25h,得到表面接枝壳聚糖抗菌改性的非织造布;
(3)抗污抗菌双功能非织造布的制作:
将多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性的非织造布放入1mg/mL的端氨基聚乙二醇的PBS缓冲溶液中,在50-53℃下反应10-12h后,用去离子水冲洗,室温下真空干燥,再将其浸入4-6%碘的乙醇溶液中,在36-38℃反应24-25h,用正庚烷冲洗,室温晾干,制得碘-聚乙二醇改性的非织造布。
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)中所得改性非织造布复配使用,制成双层的抗污抗菌防臭鞋衬材料。
进一步的,步骤(2)中氧等离子体诱发接枝丙烯酸:将洗涤后的PET非织造布用冷等离子体改性设备进行处理,反应在真空条件下进行,以氧气为反应性气体,在30Pa、40W的条件下等离子体处理2-3min后,取出,再放入浓度为35-45%的丙烯酸单体溶液中,浴比为1:35-45,通入氮气除氧,在70-73℃水浴中反应1-2h后,取出,用蒸馏水洗涤,然后烘干,制得接枝丙烯酸单体的非织造布。
进一步的,步骤(3)中非织造布的多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性方法:将多巴胺、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮分别溶解到PBS缓冲溶液中,制成1-3mg/mL的多巴胺溶液、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮溶液,将两者混合均匀,将洗涤后的PET非织造布浸入其中,质量比为1:1,在36-38℃下反应24-25h后,用去离子水冲洗,室温下真空干燥,制得多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性的非织造布。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
(1)选择氧气为反应性气体,对PET非织造布进行低温等离子体表面改性,等离子体处理使PET非织造织物表面发生物理刻蚀,随着等离子体处理条件的加强,纤维表层甚至被剥落,处理后材料表面引入了少量羧基和氨基;利用等离子体诱发PET非织造布接枝丙烯酸单体,以提高其润湿效果的时效性;然后利用丙烯酸单体上羧基和壳聚糖大分子上氨基的反应,进一步在PET非织造布表面固定壳聚糖大分子,使其具有良好的抗菌性能。
(2)将多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮共沉积在PET非织造布表面,由于多巴胺具有优异的生物粘附性,能与聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮形成很强的氢键结合,因此形成的涂层牢固性好;随后,利用端氨基聚乙二醇与多巴胺发生席夫碱或迈克尔加成反应,将抗污聚乙二醇基团引入到涂层表面,赋予了涂层优异的抗细菌粘附性能,赋予非织造布抗污性能;利用涂层内聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮与碘络合,形成聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮-碘络合物,从而引入碘杀菌基团,获得更优异的抗菌性能,构建了具有抗污抗菌协同作用的非织造布表面。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种鞋衬材料用抗污抗菌防臭非织造布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)PET非织造布的洗涤:
将PET非织造布分别放入水、丙酮、乙醇中,超声洗涤15min除杂,然后用去离子水反复冲洗,再放入40-45℃烘箱中过夜干燥,待用;
(2)PET非织造布接枝壳聚糖的表面抗菌改性:
将壳聚糖溶液溶解于质量分数为10%的柠檬酸溶液中,配制成浓度为0.5%的壳聚糖溶液,将接枝丙烯酸单体的非织造布浸入其中,浴比为1:35,在3-5℃下反应23h,得到表面接枝壳聚糖抗菌改性的非织造布;
(3)抗污抗菌双功能非织造布的制作:
将多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性的非织造布放入1mg/mL的端氨基聚乙二醇的PBS缓冲溶液中,在50-53℃下反应10h后,用去离子水冲洗,室温下真空干燥,再将其浸入4%碘的乙醇溶液中,在36-38℃反应24h,用正庚烷冲洗,室温晾干,制得碘-聚乙二醇改性的非织造布。
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)中所得改性非织造布复配使用,制成双层的抗污抗菌防臭鞋衬材料。
进一步的,步骤(2)中氧等离子体诱发接枝丙烯酸:将洗涤后的PET非织造布用冷等离子体改性设备进行处理,反应在真空条件下进行,以氧气为反应性气体,在30Pa、40W的条件下等离子体处理2min后,取出,再放入浓度为35%的丙烯酸单体溶液中,浴比为1:35,通入氮气除氧,在70-73℃水浴中反应1h后,取出,用蒸馏水洗涤,然后烘干,制得接枝丙烯酸单体的非织造布。

将壳聚糖溶液溶解于质量分数为20%的柠檬酸溶液中,配制成浓度为1%的壳聚糖溶液,将接枝丙烯酸单体的非织造布浸入其中,浴比为1:45,在3-5℃下反应25h,得到表面接枝壳聚糖抗菌改性的非织造布;
(3)抗污抗菌双功能非织造布的制作:
将多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性的非织造布放入1mg/mL的端氨基聚乙二醇的PBS缓冲溶液中,在50-53℃下反应12h后,用去离子水冲洗,室温下真空干燥,再将其浸入6%碘的乙醇溶液中,在36-38℃反应25h,用正庚烷冲洗,室温晾干,制得碘-聚乙二醇改性的非织造布。
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)中所得改性非织造布复配使用,制成双层的抗污抗菌防臭鞋衬材料。

进一步的,步骤(3)中非织造布的多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性方法:将多巴胺、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮分别溶解到PBS缓冲溶液中,制成3mg/mL的多巴胺溶液、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮溶液,将两者混合均匀,将洗涤后的PET非织造布浸入其中,质量比为1:1,在36-38℃下反应25h后,用去离子水冲洗,室温下真空干燥,制得多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性的非织造布。
按照本发明方法制作的鞋衬底材料具有优异的抗污性能和抗菌防臭性能,以未经任何改性处理的PET非织造布为空白对照组,本发明制得的改性PET非织造布鞋衬材料的断裂强力平均提高50%,透气率平均增加了51%,抑菌率平均达到99.99%,是一种性能优异的鞋衬材料,穿着舒适透气,抗菌防臭。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋衬材料用抗污抗菌防臭非织造布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中氧等离子体诱发接枝丙烯酸:
将洗涤后的PET非织造布用冷等离子体改性设备进行处理,反应在真空条件下进行,以氧气为反应性气体,在30Pa、40W的条件下等离子体处理2-3min后,取出,再放入浓度为35-45%的丙烯酸单体溶液中,浴比为1:35-45,通入氮气除氧,在70-73℃水浴中反应1-2h后,取出,用蒸馏水洗涤,然后烘干,制得接枝丙烯酸单体的非织造布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鞋衬材料用抗污抗菌防臭非织造布的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中非织造布的多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性方法:
将多巴胺、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮分别溶解到PBS缓冲溶液中,制成1-3mg/mL的多巴胺溶液、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮溶液,将两者混合均匀,将洗涤后的PET非织造布浸入其中,质量比为1:1,在36-38℃下反应24-25h后,用去离子水冲洗,室温下真空干燥,制得多巴胺-聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮改性的非织造布。
