本发明公开了一种涤纶织物的等离子体‑壳聚糖基载银‑纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,将涤纶织物浸入氢氧化钠溶液中,碱减量处理后干燥,再置于保鲜膜密封的丙酮溶液中浸泡,取出,在通风橱中晾干;将碱减量处理的涤纶织物放入真空反应室中,启动真空泵,调节真空反应室内真空度、输出功率和处理时间,开始等离子体处理;将有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂、亲水整理剂与壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液混匀,将等离子体处理的涤纶织物浸入其中,采用两浸两轧的方法进行抗菌亲水涂层整理,烘干、焙烘,冷水搓洗、晾干;将壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理的涤纶织物置于超声分散的纳米氧化钛整理液中,在涤纶高温高压染色机内处理,烘干、焙烘,水洗、烘干。

技术领域
本发明属于涤纶产品技术领域,具体涉及一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺。
背景技术
随着纺织科学技术的发展,针对不同的消费群体和使用环境,对衣物产品的舒适性提出了更高的要求。以棉纤维为代表的衣物产品具有良好的吸湿性,但在恶劣潮湿的环境中使用较长时间,容易滋生细菌,限制了其特殊环境中的使用。涤纶纤维具有优良的力学性能:强度高、弹性好、尺寸稳定性强,是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,但其吸湿性差,容易产生静电和污染物的现象,穿着有闷热感,舒适性差等不足限制了它的应用,因此开发适应特殊环境的舒适性涤纶衣物产品具有一定的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,依照该方法整理的涤纶织物具有优异的抗菌性能、抗静电性能和亲水性能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)涤纶织物碱减量处理:
将涤纶织物按浴比1:45-55浸入浓度为10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在78-82℃下碱减量处理60-65min后,在88-92℃下干燥4-6min,再置于保鲜膜密封的丙酮溶液中浸泡30-35min,取出,在通风橱中室温下晾干;
(2)等离子体处理方法:
将(1)中碱减量处理的涤纶织物放入真空反应室中,启动真空泵,调节真空反应室内真空度为20-25Pa、输出功率为95-105W、处理时间为1-2min,真空反应室内开始等离子体处理;
(3)涤纶织物的抗菌亲水整理:
将浓度为1-2%的有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂、浓度为8-10%的亲水整理剂与壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液混匀,将(2)中等离子体处理的涤纶织物浸入其中,采用两浸两轧的方法进行抗菌亲水涂层整理,在80-82℃下烘干2-3min,于158-160℃焙烘1-2min,冷水搓洗,晾干;
(4)高温高压-浴法对涤纶织物进行纳米氧化钛后整理:
配制浓度为45-50g/L的纳米氧化钛整理液(含有表面活性剂),超声分散20-25min,将壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理的涤纶织物置于纳米氧化钛整理液中,在涤纶高温高压染色机内于128-132℃处理55-65min,在98-102℃下烘干4-6min,在160-163℃下焙烘2-3min,水洗,烘干。
进一步的,步骤(3)中将1-2份壳聚糖1:45-55加入浓度为2%的乙酸溶液中,磁力搅拌20-24h完全溶解后,加入0.4-0.8份硝酸银,避光条件下磁力搅拌25-30min均匀分散,经紫外线照射得壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液;
有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂为AEM5700,亲水整理剂为SE,轧余率为140%。
进一步的,步骤(4)中壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理涤纶织物的工艺:向步骤(3)中所得抗菌亲水整理的涤纶织物中按浴比1:15-25加入复配浸渍液,在60-63℃下浸泡4-5min,二浸二轧,在78-80℃下预烘5-6min,在110-112℃下烘焙90-95s,在40-43℃下皂洗4-5min,洗涤并烘干;
皂洗的皂片含量为4-5g/L。
进一步的,浸渍液的配制:向壳聚糖中加入去离子水,在60-63℃恒温水浴中加热搅拌5-6h,得到浓度为1-2%的壳聚糖溶液,将其与浓度为5-6%的柠檬酸、浓度为3-4%的次磷酸钠复配得浸渍液。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
(1)碱减量处理能够去除涤纶织物表面油渍等杂质,且还能使涤纶织物表面粗糙,以便后续实验的进行;涤纶纤维表面较为光滑且活性基团较少,不利于壳聚糖整理液的结合,而等离子体技术能够对涤纶纤维表面刻蚀并引进大量的活性基团,等离子体处理对涤纶织物的亲水性和抗静电性具有改善作用,采用等离子体工艺对涤纶织物进行处理,将处理后的织物进行壳聚糖整理。
(2)涂层剂的组成为纳米银颗粒抗菌药物、壳聚糖药物缓释载体和乙酸溶剂,制得载银抗菌涂层溶液;采用有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂AEM5700对涤纶织物进行抗菌整理,同时采用亲水整理剂SE、载银抗菌涂层溶液进行复配,对涤纶织物进行抗菌亲水整理。
(3)为提高涤纶织物的抗菌性能,采用紫外光照还原的方法,制备了壳聚糖基载银复合抗菌整理剂,利用制得的纳米银溶液对涤纶织物进行抗菌整理,处理后纱线断裂强度和断裂伸长率较好,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径均有较大提升,具有较好的抑菌效果,能显著提升涤纶纱线的抗菌性能;
涤纶织物经等离子-壳聚糖整理,涤纶织物与壳聚糖之间形成了良好的结合,其服用舒适性有了较大的改善,且耐洗性能良好,等离子体-壳聚糖改善了涤纶织物的舒适性。
(4)用高温高压-浴法对涤纶织物进行纳米氧化钛后整理,得到的涤纶试样表面均匀地分布着较多的氧化钛颗粒,经过多次水洗后,整理织物仍然具有较好的抗菌效果,耐久性能强。

一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)涤纶织物碱减量处理:
将涤纶织物按浴比1:45浸入浓度为10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在78-82℃下碱减量处理60min后,在88-92℃下干燥4min,再置于保鲜膜密封的丙酮溶液中浸泡30min,取出,在通风橱中室温下晾干;
(2)等离子体处理方法:
将(1)中碱减量处理的涤纶织物放入真空反应室中,启动真空泵,调节真空反应室内真空度为20Pa、输出功率为95W、处理时间为1min,真空反应室内开始等离子体处理;
(3)涤纶织物的抗菌亲水整理:
将浓度为1%的有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂、浓度为8%的亲水整理剂与壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液混匀,将(2)中等离子体处理的涤纶织物浸入其中,采用两浸两轧的方法进行抗菌亲水涂层整理,在80-82℃下烘干2min,于158-160℃焙烘1min,冷水搓洗,晾干;
(4)高温高压-浴法对涤纶织物进行纳米氧化钛后整理:
配制浓度为45g/L的纳米氧化钛整理液(含有表面活性剂),超声分散20min,将壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理的涤纶织物置于纳米氧化钛整理液中,在涤纶高温高压染色机内于128-132℃处理55min,在98-102℃下烘干4min,在160-163℃下焙烘2min,水洗,烘干。
进一步的,步骤(3)中将1份壳聚糖1:45加入浓度为2%的乙酸溶液中,磁力搅拌20h完全溶解后,加入0.4份硝酸银,避光条件下磁力搅拌25min均匀分散,经紫外线照射得壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液;
有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂为AEM5700,亲水整理剂为SE,轧余率为140%。
进一步的,步骤(4)中壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理涤纶织物的工艺:向步骤(3)中所得抗菌亲水整理的涤纶织物中按浴比1:15加入复配浸渍液,在60-63℃下浸泡4min,二浸二轧,在78-80℃下预烘5min,在110-112℃下烘焙90s,在40-43℃下皂洗4min,洗涤并烘干;
皂洗的皂片含量为4g/L。
进一步的,浸渍液的配制:向壳聚糖中加入去离子水,在60-63℃恒温水浴中加热搅拌5h,得到浓度为1%的壳聚糖溶液,将其与浓度为5%的柠檬酸、浓度为3%的次磷酸钠复配得浸渍液。
实施例2
一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)涤纶织物碱减量处理:
将涤纶织物按浴比1:55浸入浓度为10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在78-82℃下碱减量处理65min后,在88-92℃下干燥6min,再置于保鲜膜密封的丙酮溶液中浸泡35min,取出,在通风橱中室温下晾干;
(2)等离子体处理方法:
将(1)中碱减量处理的涤纶织物放入真空反应室中,启动真空泵,调节真空反应室内真空度为25Pa、输出功率为105W、处理时间为2min,真空反应室内开始等离子体处理;
(3)涤纶织物的抗菌亲水整理:
将浓度为2%的有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂、浓度为10%的亲水整理剂与壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液混匀,将(2)中等离子体处理的涤纶织物浸入其中,采用两浸两轧的方法进行抗菌亲水涂层整理,在80-82℃下烘干3min,于158-160℃焙烘2min,冷水搓洗,晾干;
(4)高温高压-浴法对涤纶织物进行纳米氧化钛后整理:
配制浓度为50g/L的纳米氧化钛整理液(含有表面活性剂),超声分散25min,将壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理的涤纶织物置于纳米氧化钛整理液中,在涤纶高温高压染色机内于128-132℃处理65min,在98-102℃下烘干6min,在160-163℃下焙烘3min,水洗,烘干。
进一步的,步骤(3)中将2份壳聚糖1:55加入浓度为2%的乙酸溶液中,磁力搅拌24h完全溶解后,加入0.8份硝酸银,避光条件下磁力搅拌30min均匀分散,经紫外线照射得壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液;
有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂为AEM5700,亲水整理剂为SE,轧余率为140%。
进一步的,步骤(4)中壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理涤纶织物的工艺:向步骤(3)中所得抗菌亲水整理的涤纶织物中按浴比1:25加入复配浸渍液,在60-63℃下浸泡5min,二浸二轧,在78-80℃下预烘6min,在110-112℃下烘焙95s,在40-43℃下皂洗5min,洗涤并烘干;
皂洗的皂片含量为5g/L。
进一步的,浸渍液的配制:向壳聚糖中加入去离子水,在60-63℃恒温水浴中加热搅拌6h,得到浓度为2%的壳聚糖溶液,将其与浓度为6%的柠檬酸、浓度为4%的次磷酸钠复配得浸渍液。
按照本发明方法整理的涤纶织物具有优异的抗菌性能、抗静电性能和亲水性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率可达99%;织物经过多次洗涤后,仍然能保持优良的抗菌性能和抗静电性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率都在95%以上。
Claims (4)
1.涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)涤纶织物碱减量处理:
将涤纶织物按浴比1:45-55浸入浓度为10%的氢氧化钠溶液中,在78-82℃下碱减量处理60-65min后,在88-92℃下干燥4-6min,再置于保鲜膜密封的丙酮溶液中浸泡30-35min,取出,在通风橱中室温下晾干;
(2)等离子体处理方法:
将(1)中碱减量处理的涤纶织物放入真空反应室中,启动真空泵,调节真空反应室内真空度为20-25Pa、输出功率为95-105W、处理时间为1-2min,真空反应室内开始等离子体处理;
(3)涤纶织物的抗菌亲水整理:
将浓度为1-2%的有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂、浓度为8-10%的亲水整理剂与壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液混匀,将(2)中等离子体处理的涤纶织物浸入其中,采用两浸两轧的方法进行抗菌亲水涂层整理,在80-82℃下烘干2-3min,于158-160℃焙烘1-2min,冷水搓洗,晾干;
(4)高温高压-浴法对涤纶织物进行纳米氧化钛后整理:
配制浓度为45-50g/L的纳米氧化钛整理液(含有表面活性剂),超声分散20-25min,将壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理的涤纶织物置于纳米氧化钛整理液中,在涤纶高温高压染色机内于128-132℃处理55-65min,在98-102℃下烘干4-6min,在160-163℃下焙烘2-3min,水洗,烘干。
2.权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)中将1-2份壳聚糖1:45-55加入浓度为2%的乙酸溶液中,磁力搅拌20-24h完全溶解后,加入0.4-0.8份硝酸银,避光条件下磁力搅拌25-30min均匀分散,经紫外线照射得壳聚糖载银抗菌涂层溶液;
有机硅季铵盐抗菌整理剂为AEM5700,亲水整理剂为SE,轧余率为140%。
3.权利要求1所述的一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,其特征在于,步骤(4)中壳聚糖复配浸渍液整理涤纶织物的工艺:向权1步骤(3)中所得抗菌亲水整理的涤纶织物中按浴比1:15-25加入复配浸渍液,在60-63℃下浸泡4-5min,二浸二轧,在78-80℃下预烘5-6min,在110-112℃下烘焙90-95s,在40-43℃下皂洗4-5min,洗涤并烘干;
皂洗的皂片含量为4-5g/L。
4.权利要求3所述的一种涤纶织物的等离子体-壳聚糖基载银-纳米氧化钛的抗菌亲水整理工艺,其特征在于,浸渍液的配制:向壳聚糖中加入去离子水,在60-63℃恒温水浴中加热搅拌5-6h,得到浓度为1-2%的壳聚糖溶液,将其与浓度为5-6%的柠檬酸、浓度为3-4%的次磷酸钠复配得浸渍液。
