Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of building energy conservation, and particularly relates to a greening phase change box which comprises a flower disc, a tray and an energy storage disc which are connected up and down, wherein phase change materials are paved in the flower disc, the tray and the energy storage disc; special planting soil can be laid on the phase-change material of the flowerpot, perennial herbaceous flowers and plants of Crassulaceae or Araceae such as the Rohdea japonica can be planted to green the roof environment, and the phase-change material in the flowerpot can also play a role in storing water to promote the growth of roots and stems of fabrics; a plurality of greening phase change boxes are spliced and combined according to the roof design to form a lightweight planted roof heat insulation system.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of building energy conservation, and particularly relates to a greening phase change box.
Background
Due to the rapid development of the urban industry and the traffic, the discharge of various dust and waste gases, further aggravation of environmental pollution, relative increase of building density and relative scarcity of green lands, the physical and mental health of people is affected. The development of real estate further aggravates the reduction of urban green land, increases heat island effect and air pollution, increases greening rate and beautifies environment, and roof greening plays an important role in controlling haze, releasing oxygen, removing dust and reducing noise, and particularly under the condition that the national strongly recommends sponge city green buildings, most cities throughout the country stipulate that the roof greening rate is not less than one third of the roof area.
At present, people make more efforts to solve the roof greening problem in China, one part of people use concrete, extruded plates and the like to make a sandwich template, one part of people use steel frames to make flower stands, and the other part of people use plastics to make planting plates and the like.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a greening phase-change box, which increases the greening area of a roof without changing the original roof structure, is simple and easy to operate, and has the advantage of improving the heat preservation and insulation performance of the roof.
The invention provides a greening phase change box, which comprises a flower disc, a tray and an energy storage disc which are vertically assembled, wherein phase change materials are paved in the flower disc, the tray and the energy storage disc.
Further, the phase change material comprises one or more of a ternary fatty acid/expanded graphite composite shape-stabilized phase change material, a gypsum carrier shape-stabilized phase change material, an expanded perlite-paraffin shape-stabilized phase change material and a graphene modified acrylic fiber temperature-regulating fiber.

By the scheme, the invention at least has the following advantages: according to the invention, phase-change materials are laid in the flowerpot, the tray and the energy storage disc, and when the external temperature changes, the heat insulation effect on the roof is achieved by absorbing or releasing heat through the phase-change materials; special planting soil can be laid on the phase-change material of the flowerpot, perennial herbaceous flowers and plants of Crassulaceae or Araceae such as the Rohdea japonica can be planted to green the roof environment, and the phase-change material in the flowerpot can also play a role in storing water to promote the growth of roots and stems of fabrics; the plurality of greening phase change boxes are spliced and combined according to the roof design to form a lightweight planted roof heat insulation system; the greening phase change boxes can be combined at will, are free from directional limitation, are universal in flow guiding and easy to pave; the structure is simple, the flower disc and the energy storage disc are separated, the grass cultivation and transportation are convenient, and the cost is saved; the heat absorption, heat insulation, heat storage, heat preservation and other thermal capabilities of greening are integrated, the roof is manufactured in a light weight mode, the load of a roof is reduced, the universality is enhanced, a roof heat preservation layer can be omitted, a new idea is developed for energy-saving reconstruction of an old roof, the thermal performance is improved, and the removability of roof leakage repair is facilitated; the process is simple, no wet operation is performed, the system procedures are few, the construction is convenient, the construction period can be shortened, and the labor intensity is reduced; the special characteristics of heat preservation, heat insulation, heat storage, small temperature gradient, good protection to flowers and plants, easy renovation, good vapor permeability and the like expand the application range of greening planting.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a greening phase-change box is made of plastic and comprises a flower disc 1, a tray 2 and an energy storage disc 3 which are assembled up and down. Phase-change materials are paved in the flower disc 1, the tray 2 and the energy storage disc 3. In the present embodiment, the faceplate 1, the tray 2 and the energy storage plate 3 are rectangular.
The bottom of the flower disc 1 is provided with a plurality of drainage holes 4, and the side walls of the drainage holes 4 extend downwards and form an extending discharge spout 5 with a large top and a small bottom. The upper end face of the bottom of the flower disc 1 is provided with a first stiffening rib 6, the first stiffening rib 6 is a long-strip-shaped rib with the height of 2-4 mm, and the direction guide water drainage hole 4 plays a role in erecting a flower and grass root blanket, so that root respiration and rainwater collection and inflow holes are facilitated. Four corners of the lower end surface of the bottom of the flower disc 1 are provided with support legs 7.
The bottom of the energy storage disc 3 is provided with a plurality of drainage through top columns 8, the extension discharge spouts 5 are inserted into the drainage through top columns 8, the outer sides of the extension discharge spouts 5 are coated with bonding glue, so that the extension discharge spouts 5 and the drainage through top columns 8 are bonded with each other, accumulated water in the flower disc 1 can flow into the drainage through top columns 8 through the drainage holes 4, and then the greening phase change box is discharged. Four angles of the side wall of the energy storage disc 3 are provided with mounting holes 9, and the support legs 7 of the flower disc 1 are inserted in the mounting holes 9, so that the upper and lower parts are fixed in position when being conveniently combined or disassembled for transportation, flowers and plants are protected, and the loading space is saved. The lower end face of the bottom of the energy storage disc 3 is provided with a second stiffening rib 10 to strengthen the strength of the energy storage disc 3. The lower end face of the bottom of the energy storage disc 3 is provided with a plurality of bottom feet 11 for supporting the greening phase change box. The connection part of the faceplate 1 and the energy storage box is provided with a skirt hoop 12 for clamping the faceplate 1 and the energy storage box, and the skirt hoop 12 is internally provided with bonding glue.
The tray 2 is provided with a plurality of through holes 13, and the through holes 13 are sleeved on the water drainage through sky column 8. A limiting block 14 is arranged on the drainage through-sky column 8 and on the inner side of the side wall of the energy storage disc 3, and the tray 2 is clamped on the limiting block 14 to prevent the tray 2 from sliding downwards.
In this embodiment, the energy storage tray 3 is filled with gypsum carrier shaping phase change material, a layer of fabric woven by graphene modified acrylic fiber temperature-regulating fiber is laid in the tray 2 and the flower tray 1, planting soil with the thickness of 40mm is laid on the fabric woven by the graphene modified acrylic fiber temperature-regulating fiber according to the characteristics of flowers and plants, and flowers and plants, preferably domesticated ten thousand-year-old grass are planted on the planting soil, and the grass has good cold and summer heat resistance and drought resistance, is evergreen in four seasons, has the final length and the height fixed by about 200mm, and is almost free of manual maintenance.

Example 2
The greening phase-change box is applied to a newly-built roof, on a cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab, the rapid-hardening light foam concrete is used for making a slope, a waterproof layer and a 40-thick reinforced fine stone concrete protective layer are made, a greening light concrete module garden path is paved according to the design, and the greening phase-change box is paved, so that the roof greening is completed.
Example 3
The greening phase-change box is applied to an old roof, a waterproof sealing layer is preferably made on an unpopular roof, and the greening phase-change box is laid according to design to complete roof greening. And (4) directly paving a greening phase change box on the roof of the people, so as to complete roof greening.

3. The greening phase-change box of claim 2, wherein: the water drainage open-top column and the inner side of the side wall of the energy storage disc are provided with limit blocks, and the tray is clamped on the limit blocks.
4. The greening phase-change box of claim 3, wherein: the upper end face of the bottom of the faceplate is provided with a first stiffening rib.
5. The greening phase-change box of claim 4, wherein: and a second stiffening rib is arranged on the lower end face of the bottom of the energy storage disc.
