The functional Test after the assembly of the PCBA circuit board is FCT (Function Test), which aims to grab out a board which is not assembled well, and through a full-Function Test when the circuit board is assembled into a whole machine, grab out a circuit assembly board which is possible to be defective before the circuit assembly board is assembled into the whole machine, so that the defect is not found after the circuit assembly board is assembled into the whole machine, and the work time waste and the material loss are caused by the fact that all the circuit assembly boards are disassembled and recombined. in the ICT detection step, the photoelectric switch component senses the arrival position of the PCBA to be detected, signals are transmitted to the electric control system, the ICT conveying component stops conveying, the guide rod cylinder on the lower side of the left and right width adjusting base descends, the PCBA to be detected falls to a test board of the ICT test component, the telescopic cylinder of the ICT pressing component retracts to drive the lower pressing plate to press downwards, four lower pressing columns on the lower pressing plate press the four corners of the PCBA to be detected, the PCBA is pressed on the test board of the ICT test component, the test probes contact the test points of the PCBA to be detected to detect the open circuit, short circuit and welding conditions of all parts of the PCBA, if the detection is qualified, the left jacking cylinder and the right jacking cylinder of the ICT pressing component ascend back to drive the ICT pressing component to reset, the guide rod cylinders on the lower sides of the left and right width-adjusting bases ascend back to drive the ICT conveying component to reset, and the ICT conveying component drives the PCBA board qualified in preliminary detection to move to the position of the transmission component; if the detection is unqualified, the buzzer sends out a 'drop-drop' sound, meanwhile, the warning lamp is turned on, the yellow lamp flickers, when an operator opens an ICT split door, the ICT pressing component resets, the operator takes away unqualified products, the ICT conveying component resets, the buzzer stops sounding, the warning lamp flickers in a customized mode, after the operator closes the ICT split door, the warning lamp restores to a green light, and the ICT testing component performs next-layer detection; in the switching step, the positions of the front guide rail and the rear guide rail are adjusted in advance, and the transmission component is transferred to drive the PCBA qualified in initial detection to move to the FCT detection chamber; in the FCT detection step, the photoelectric switch component senses that the PCBA qualified for initial inspection reaches the position, a signal is transmitted to the electric control system, the FCT conveying component stops conveying, the guide rod air cylinders on the lower sides of the left and right width-adjusting bases descend, the PCBA qualified for initial inspection falls to a test board of the FCT test component, the telescopic air cylinders of the FCT pressing component retract to drive the pressing plate to press downwards, four pressing columns on the pressing plate press the four corners of the PCBA, the PCBA is pressed on the test board of the FCT test component, test probes in a needle board box of the FCT test component contact the test points of the PCBA, the PCBA is simulated into a whole connecting machine, the testing is carried out on the touch display screen, if the testing is qualified, the left jacking cylinder and the right jacking cylinder of the FCT pressing component ascend back to drive the FCT pressing component to reset, the guide rod cylinder on the lower side of the left widening base and the right widening base ascend back to drive the FCT conveying component to reset, and the FCT conveying component drives the qualified PCBA board to move to the position of the discharging conveying transmission component; if the detection is unqualified, the buzzer sends out a 'dripping-dripping' sound, meanwhile, the warning lamp is turned on, the yellow lamp is turned on for a long time, when an operator opens the FCT split door, the FCT pressing assembly resets, the operator takes out the unqualified product, the FCT conveying assembly resets, the buzzer stops sounding, the warning lamp flashes in a customized mode, after the operator closes the FCT split door, the warning lamp returns to a green lamp, and the FCT testing component performs next-layer detection; in the roll-out step, the positions of the front and rear guide rails are adjusted in advance, and the discharge conveying transmission component drives the qualified PCBA to move to the automatic plate-discharging mechanism; in the lower plate step, the blowing tray and the conveyer belt parallel and level of sending the board component, when qualified PCBA board got into the conveyer belt, the conveyer belt drove qualified PCBA board and moved into the blowing tray, and after the blowing tray was filled up the PCBA board, the screw rod lift whereabouts, the production line of flowing out, the staff of being convenient for takies away. The automatic feeding device is simple in structure, convenient to use, capable of achieving full automation, capable of continuously working, saving labor, meeting production requirements, improving production efficiency and having good market application value.

the automatic testing mechanism comprises an ICT testing component and an FCT testing component, the ICT testing component is used for testing PCBA boards to be tested firstly, the PCBA boards qualified through detection of the ICT testing component are conveyed to the working position of the FCT testing component, the FCT testing component is used for detecting the PCBA boards, the PCBA boards qualified through secondary detection are conveyed to the discharging conveying transmission component, the PCBA boards qualified through detection are conveyed to the lower plate transmission component of the automatic lower plate mechanism through the discharging conveying transmission component, and the PCBA boards qualified through detection are collected by the automatic lower plate mechanism;

the ICT detection chamber is communicated with the FCT detection chamber, and a transfer transmission component is arranged at the communication position of the ICT detection chamber and the FCT detection chamber;
an ICT split door is arranged on the front side of the ICT detection chamber, and a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sealing plate is embedded in a door frame of the ICT split door;
an FCT split door is arranged on the front side of the FCT detection chamber, and a PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sealing plate is embedded in a door frame of a door body of the FCT split door; and a control panel is embedded in the other door body of the FCT split door, and a plurality of control buttons are arranged on the lower side of the control panel.

The automatic testing system for the PCBA board multi-energy type of the LED display screen as recited in claim 1, wherein a front conveying component is arranged in the front guide rail, the front conveying component comprises a servo motor, a synchronous wheel, a driven wheel and a synchronous belt, a main shaft of the servo motor is meshed with the synchronous wheel, the synchronous wheel is linked with the driven wheel through the synchronous belt, and the front conveying component is parallel to the front guide rail; the servo motor is fixed on the left front guide rail fixing seat or the right front guide rail fixing seat;
and a rear conveying component is arranged in the rear guide rail, and the rear conveying component and the front conveying component have the same structure.
