Abstract

本发明涉及一种全棉面料前处理工艺,该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB‑98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述第一次热水洗、第二次热水洗和第三次热水洗的温度均为90度,所述的一种全棉面料前处理工艺可提高半成品毛效且能较好的达到后道生产加工要求。

一种全棉面料前处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染领域,尤其涉及一种全棉面料前处理工艺。
背景技术
未经染整加工的织物统称为原布或坯布。印染前处理的目的为,在使坯布受损很小的条件下,除去织物上的各类杂质,使坯布成为洁白、柔软并有良好润湿性能的印染半制品。印染前处理是印染加工的准备工序,也称为练漂,对于棉以及棉型织物的前处理有准备、烧毛、退浆、煮练、漂白、丝光等工序。现有的一些印染工艺的前处理液,由于染料基团与纤维的偶合速率低,染料分子在纤维上的吸附率低、稳定性差,导致上染速度慢、上染不均匀,对纤维的膨化和均染效果差。
发明内容
针对现有技术上存在的不足,本发明提供一种可提高半成品毛效且能较好的达到后道生产加工要求的全棉面料前处理工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种全棉面料前处理工艺,该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB-98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述第一次热水洗、第二次热水洗和第三次热水洗的温度均为90度。
进一步地:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂50-70g/L、518螯合剂20-40g/L、渗透剂5-15g/L、亚硫酸钠20-30g/L及液碱25-60g/L。
进一步地:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂60g/L、518螯合剂30g/L、渗透剂10g/L、亚硫酸钠25g/L及液碱25-60g/L。
进一步地:所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶10-15g/L、稳定剂5-10g/L、螯合剂4-8g/L、精炼剂1-4g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
进一步地:所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶12.5g/L、稳定剂7.5g/L、螯合剂6g/L、精炼剂2.5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
进一步地:所述第一次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为90分钟。
进一步地:所述第二次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为45分钟。
相较于现有技术,本发明一种全棉面料前处理工艺至少存在以下优点:本发明的一种全棉面料前处理采用坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、煮练、氧漂、烘干、多次热水洗和多次汽蒸等工序,通过对工艺的改进和对工艺配方的调整,使得半成品的毛效优良、退浆干净,并且能较好的达到后道生产加工的要求,为后道的工序提供了保证。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明的一种全棉面料前处理工艺,该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB-98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述第一次热水洗、第二次热水洗和第三次热水洗的温度均为90度。
本发明的一种全棉面料前处理采用坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、煮练、氧漂、烘干、多次热水洗和多次汽蒸等工序,通过对工艺的改进和对工艺配方的调整,使得半成品的毛效优良、退浆干净,并且能较好的达到后道生产加工的要求,为后道的工序提供了保证。
以下通过具体的实施例来对本发明做进一步的描述。
实施例1:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂50g/L、518螯合剂20g/L、渗透剂5g/L、亚硫酸钠20g/L及液碱25g/L,所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶10g/L、稳定剂5g/L、螯合剂4g/L、精炼剂1g/L及双氧水氧漂2g/L,第一次汽蒸的温度为95度,汽蒸时间为80分钟,第二次汽蒸的温度为95度,汽蒸时间为40分钟。
实施例2:煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂70g/L、518螯合剂40g/L、渗透剂15g/L、亚硫酸钠30g/L及液碱60g/L,氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶15g/L、稳定剂10g/L、螯合剂8g/L、精炼剂4g/L及双氧水氧漂6g/L,第一次汽蒸的温度为105度,汽蒸时间为95分钟,第二次汽蒸的温度为105度,汽蒸时间为50分钟。
实施例3:煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂60g/L、518螯合剂30g/L、渗透剂10g/L、亚硫酸钠25g/L及液碱25-60g/L,氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶12.5g/L、稳定剂7.5g/L、螯合剂6g/L、精炼剂2.5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L,第一次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为90分钟,第二次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为45分钟。
本发明中的煮练的浸轧方式为一浸一轧,而氧漂的浸轧方式为二浸二轧,结合本发明的工艺步骤和配方,这样既能保证经过前处理工序后的半成品毛效优良,又可以使得布料退浆干净,让坯布得到较好的处理,使其更易上染,具有固色、防褪色的效果。本发明的面料采用的是60*60的全棉贡缎、40*40的全棉府绸、32*32/40D的全棉平布及50*50的全棉府绸。

1.一种全棉面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:该工艺包括坯布选用、坯布烧毛轧酶、堆置、第一次热水洗、煮练、第一次汽蒸、第二次热水洗、氧漂、第二次汽蒸、第三次热水洗及烘干,所述煮练采用980J精炼剂、518螯合剂、渗透剂、亚硫酸钠及液碱煮练,所述氧漂采用CB-98精练酶、稳定剂、螯合剂、精炼剂及双氧水氧漂,所述第一次热水洗、第二次热水洗和第三次热水洗的温度均为90度。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种全棉面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂50-70g/L、518螯合剂20-40g/L、渗透剂5-15g/L、亚硫酸钠20-30g/L及液碱25-60g/L。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种全棉面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述煮练步骤中工作液配方为980J精炼剂60g/L、518螯合剂30g/L、渗透剂10g/L、亚硫酸钠25g/L及液碱25-60g/L。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种全棉面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶10-15g/L、稳定剂5-10g/L、螯合剂4-8g/L、精炼剂1-4g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种全棉面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述氧漂步骤中工作液配方为CB-98精练酶12.5g/L、稳定剂7.5g/L、螯合剂6g/L、精炼剂2.5g/L及双氧水氧漂2-6g/L。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种全棉面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述第一次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为90分钟。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种全棉面料前处理工艺,其特征在于:所述第二次汽蒸的温度为101度,汽蒸时间为45分钟。
