Opening device for the external packaging of containers according to claim 1, characterised in that said film cutting means (200) comprise: four-axis robot with locate a cutting knife (211) on the four-axis robot, be used for following the circumference direction of bottle package material (100) carries out continuous cutting to packaging film (120).
3. Opening device for the external packaging of containers according to claim 2, characterised in that said film cutting means comprise: three cutters are used for respectively cutting the packaging films on the three side wall surfaces of the bottle packaging material (100).
4. Opening device for the external packaging of containers according to claim 3, characterised in that said film cutting means (200) further comprise:
a longitudinal bag moving mechanism for moving the bottle packing material (100) longitudinally;
a driving cylinder;
the three cutters comprise two longitudinal fixed cutters (221) and a transverse moving cutter (222), the two longitudinal fixed cutters (221) are respectively fixed on two sides of the longitudinal moving mechanism and used for longitudinally cutting the packaging films (120) on two opposite sides of the bottle packaging material (100) at the same time, and the transverse moving cutter (222) is in driving connection with the driving cylinder and used for cutting one side, opposite to the connecting side (130), of the packaging film.

The opening apparatus for outer packaging of containers according to claim 4, wherein said longitudinal transfer mechanism comprises: the device comprises a conveying net belt for conveying the bottle packing materials and a blocking cylinder for blocking the bottle packing materials from moving, or a flat plate and a bottle pushing cylinder for pushing the bottle packing materials to move.
6. Opening device for the external packaging of containers according to claim 1, characterised in that said overturning film means (300) comprise:
a translating electric cylinder (310);
the lifting electric cylinder (320) is arranged on the translation electric cylinder (310) and can move longitudinally along the translation electric cylinder (310);
and the film clamping mechanism (330) is arranged at the bottom of the lifting electric cylinder (320), can vertically move along the lifting electric cylinder (320), and is used for clamping one side of the top film opposite to the connecting edge (130).
7. The opening device for the external packaging of containers according to claim 6, wherein said film clamping mechanism (330) comprises:
the guide rail mounting plate (331) is arranged at the bottom of the lifting electric cylinder (320) and can vertically move along the lifting electric cylinder (320);
a linear guide (332) which is provided on the guide mounting plate (331) and is movable laterally along the guide mounting plate (331);
a plurality of chuck mounting plates (333) fixed on the linear guide rail (332) at equal intervals;
the film clamping device comprises a film clamping cylinder (334) and film clamping chucks (335), wherein the film clamping cylinders (334) and the film clamping chucks (335) are respectively arranged on two sides of each chuck mounting plate (333), the fixed clamps of the film clamping chucks (335) are fixed at the bottoms of the chuck mounting plates (333), the movable clamps of the film clamping chucks (335) are hinged to the fixed clamps, and the movable clamps are connected with the movable ends of the film clamping cylinders (334).
8. The opening device for the outer package of containers according to claim 6, wherein the film clamping mechanism (330) is a vacuum cup.
9. An opening method for an overwrapping of containers according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
s1, cutting the packaging film (120) on the three side walls of the packaging material by a film cutting device (200) to ensure that the top film and the bottom film of the packaging film (120) are only kept connected at a connecting edge (130) on the uncut side of the packaging material;
and S2, clamping one side of the top film opposite to the connecting edge (130) by using a turning film device (300), and turning the top film upwards around the connecting edge (130) to open.
10. The opening method for the container exterior package according to claim 9, wherein the method of cutting the packaging film on the three side peripheral surfaces of the bottle wrapper in step S1 comprises:
continuously cutting the packaging film (120) along the circumferential direction of the packaging material (100) by a cutter (211),
or the three cutters respectively cut the packaging films (120) on the three side wall surfaces of the bottle packaging material (100).
11. The method for opening an outer package for containers according to claim 9, wherein in step S1,
the container bottle (110) is provided with a bottle neck, and the cutting position of the packaging film by the film cutting device (200) corresponds to the position of the bottle neck.
12. The opening method for an outer package of containers according to claim 9, wherein the step S2 of clamping the opening edge (140) of the top film to flip open upward around the connecting edge (130) comprises:
at least two ends and the middle position of the uncovering edge (140) are clamped, the uncovering edge is lifted upwards for a certain height and then moves towards one side where the connecting edge (130) is located, and the top film is turned.
