本发明公开了一种全棉提花布多色效果染色方法,包括如下步骤:烧毛:车速适宜,保证三正一反,毛羽干净和布面光洁;退浆:保障蒸箱温度98‑100℃,水洗温度85‑90℃,加入4‑6g/L耐碱精练剂,45‑55g/L烧碱;氧漂:保障蒸箱温度98‑100℃,水洗温度85‑90℃,加入7‑8g/L双氧水、1‑3g/L氧漂稳定剂、1‑3g/L螯和分散剂、1‑2g/L渗透剂JFC、10‑12g/L精练酶、2‑3g/L精练剂CPD。本发明可解决如何提高一种工艺效果较好的全棉提花布多色效果染色方法的技术问题。

本发明涉及一种全棉提花布多色效果染色方法。
背景技术
高档的全棉提花布一般需要进行多色处理,目前的多色处理工艺效果不是很好。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种全棉提花布多色效果染色方法,解决如何提高一种工艺效果较好的全棉提花布多色效果染色方法的技术问题。
全棉提花布多色效果染色方法,包括如下步骤:
a、烧毛:车速适宜,保证三正一反,毛羽干净和布面光洁;
b、退浆:保障蒸箱温度98-100℃,水洗温度85-90℃,加入4-6g/L耐碱精练剂,45-55g/L烧碱;
c、氧漂:保障蒸箱温度98-100℃,水洗温度85-90℃,加入7-8g/L双氧水、1-3g/L氧漂稳定剂、1-3g/L螯和分散剂、1-2g/L渗透剂JFC、10-12g/L精练酶、2-3g/L精练剂CPD;
d、丝光:保障水洗温度85-90℃,加入200-220g/L烧碱;
e、轧染不固色:保障蒸箱温度100-150℃,水洗温度30-55℃,车速30-50m/min,加入活性染料翠兰、红、黄达到布料颜色要求;
f、后整理:后整理温度120℃,车速50-60m/min,加入聚乙烯醇5g/L、油光剂10g/L、淀粉5g/L。
所述退浆中蒸箱温度99℃。
所述活性染料翠兰为ED-G翠兰,活性染料红为K-XF红,活性染料黄为K-XF 黄。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在轧染不固色步骤中加入了三种活性染料,不同染料的活性基的活性染料以及温度、水量等具有对织物的多色效果具有较大影响,结果表明不同活性基染料配伍性,实际中选择染料配伍性较差的几种染料,再加之水洗工艺的配合,尽可能颜色组织结构色相差别大,从而得到提花织物优越的多色效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
全棉提花布多色效果染色方法,包括如下步骤:
a、烧毛:车速适宜,保证三正一反,毛羽干净和布面光洁;
b、退浆:保障蒸箱温度98℃,水洗温度85℃,加入4g/L耐碱精练剂,45g/L烧碱;
c、氧漂:保障蒸箱温度98℃,水洗温度85℃,加入7g/L双氧水、1g/L氧漂稳定剂、1g/L螯和分散剂、1g/L渗透剂JFC、10g/L精练酶、2g/L精练剂CPD;其中渗透剂JFC属于一种常规的渗透剂;
d、丝光:保障水洗温度85℃,加入200g/L烧碱;
e、轧染不固色:保障蒸箱温度100℃,水洗温度30℃,车速30m/min,加入活性染料翠兰、红、黄达到布料颜色要求;加入活性染料翠兰、红、黄达到布料颜色要求,在此特别指出,本方案与普通的多色布染色工序不同的是在轧染后不固色即现有的多色布染色工序是轧染后直接固色,这样由于花型组织结构不同,导致水洗后不同花型组织掉落下来的颜色不一致,本方案还有一个创新点是对上述活性染料翠兰、红、黄的活性基采用染料配伍性差的特点,这样调换工序步骤提高产品的多色,而现有多色布是要求染料配伍性好这样好在轧染后直接固色;
f、后整理:后整理温度120℃,车速50m/min,加入聚乙烯醇5g/L、油光剂10g/L、淀粉5g/L。
实际应用中,活性染料翠兰为ED-G翠兰,活性染料红为K-XF红,活性染料黄为 K-XF黄。上述字母代表产品型号,为目前已经在销售的产品代号,上述产品均来自申请人本地的浙江龙盛集团股份有限公司。
实施例2
全棉提花布多色效果染色方法,包括如下步骤:
a、烧毛:车速适宜,保证三正一反,毛羽干净和布面光洁;
b、退浆:保障蒸箱温度100℃,水洗温度90℃,加入6g/L耐碱精练剂,55g/L烧碱;
c、氧漂:保障蒸箱温度100℃,水洗温度90℃,加入8g/L双氧水、3g/L氧漂稳定剂、3g/L螯和分散剂、2g/L渗透剂JFC、12g/L精练酶、3g/L精练剂CPD、
d、丝光:保障水洗温度90℃,加入220g/L烧碱;
e、轧染不固色:保障蒸箱温度102℃,水洗温度55℃,车速50m/min,加入活性染料翠兰、红、黄达到布料颜色要求;
f、后整理:后整理温度120℃,车速60m/min,加入聚乙烯醇5g/L、油光剂10g/L、淀粉5g/L。
实施例3
全棉提花布多色效果染色方法,包括如下步骤:
a、烧毛:车速适宜,保证三正一反,毛羽干净和布面光洁;
b、退浆:保障蒸箱温度99℃,水洗温度86℃,加入5g/L耐碱精练剂,50g/L烧碱;
c、氧漂:保障蒸箱温度99.5℃,水洗温度86.7℃,加入7.6g/L双氧水、2.1g/L氧漂稳定剂、2.6g/L螯和分散剂、1.8g/L渗透剂JFC、11.3g/L精练酶、2.6g/L精练剂CPD、
d、丝光:保障水洗温度88℃,加入215g/L烧碱;
e、轧染不固色:保障蒸箱温度102℃,水洗温度39℃,车速39m/min,加入活性染料翠兰、红、黄达到布料颜色要求;
f、后整理:后整理温度120℃,车速56m/min,加入聚乙烯醇5g/L、油光剂10g/L、淀粉5g/L。
实施例4
全棉提花布多色效果染色方法,包括如下步骤:
a、烧毛:车速适宜,保证三正一反,毛羽干净和布面光洁;
b、退浆:保障蒸箱温度98.6℃,水洗温度89.2℃,加入4.6g/L耐碱精练剂,48g/L烧碱;
c、氧漂:保障蒸箱温度98.9℃,水洗温度89.2℃,加入7.6g/L双氧水、1.9g/L氧漂稳定剂、1.7g/L螯和分散剂、1.5g/L渗透剂JFC、11.3g/L精练酶、2.8g/L精练剂CPD、
d、丝光:保障水洗温度86.5℃,加入215g/L烧碱;
e、轧染不固色:保障蒸箱温度132℃,水洗温度46℃,车速46m/min,加入活性染料翠兰、红、黄达到布料颜色要求;
f、后整理:后整理温度120℃,车速58.2m/min,加入聚乙烯醇5g/L、油光剂10g/L、淀粉5g/L。

b、退浆:保障蒸箱温度98-100℃,水洗温度85-90℃,加入4-6g/L耐碱精练剂,45-55g/L烧碱;
c、氧漂:保障蒸箱温度98-100℃,水洗温度85-90℃,加入7-8g/L双氧水、1-3g/L氧漂稳定剂、1-3g/L螯和分散剂、1-2g/L渗透剂JFC、10-12g/L精练酶、2-3g/L 精练剂CPD;
d、丝光:保障水洗温度85-90℃,加入200-220g/L烧碱;
e、轧染不固色:保障蒸箱温度100-150℃,水洗温度30-55℃,车速30-50 m/min,加入活性染料翠兰、红、黄达到布料颜色要求;
f、后整理:后整理温度120℃,车速50-60 m/min,加入聚乙烯醇5g/L、油光剂10g/L、淀粉5g/L。
