The sewage disposal device comprises a sewage disposal pipe 13 and a tray 14 which are arranged in the cylinder body 1, wherein one side of an opening of the tray 14 faces the cleaner and collects cleaning sewage; one end of the drain pipe 13 is communicated with the bottom of the tray 14, the other end of the drain pipe is penetrated out from one side of the cylinder body 1, which is far away from the water inlet pipe 2, and a B swivel 15 is sleeved at the joint of the drain pipe 13 and the cylinder body 1, so that the drain pipe 13 is rotationally connected with the cylinder body 1. The sewage draining device is of a fixed structure, when the cylinder body 1 rotates, the strip-shaped tray 14 corresponds to the spraying pipe 5, the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spraying pipe 5 washes out impurities attached to the surface of the cylinder body 1 after passing through the surface of the cylinder body 1 and enters the tray 14, and the cleaning sewage is discharged out of the cylinder body 1 through the sewage draining pipe 13 and enters the sewage draining canal.
The cylinder 1 comprises rotary tables 101 symmetrically arranged on a fixed frame 3 and rotationally connected with the fixed frame 3, at least two scraping blades 102 vertically connected with the rotary tables 101 at two sides are arranged between the rotary tables 101, an annular filter screen 103 is arranged on the curved surface of a cylindrical structure formed by taking the rotary tables 101 as end surfaces, and a filter cover which completely covers the annular filter screen 103 is arranged on the outer surface of the annular filter screen 103. The scraping blade 102 can push the sludge deposited at the lower part of the cylinder body 1 upwards, so that the cleaning is convenient. Since the whole cylinder 1 is arranged horizontally, the general cylinder 1 is submerged below the water surface, and impurities below the water surface are blocked in the water in the cylinder 1 by the filter cover on the surface of the cylinder 1. If the wiper 102 is not provided on the inner wall, the sludge immersed in the water cannot be brought to the upper portion when the cylinder 1 rotates, and remains in the water in the cylinder 1 all the time, and the cleaning effect thereof is poor.
A fixed groove 104 which is fixedly connected with the turntables 101 on two sides and is parallel to the axis of the cylinder body 1 is arranged on the annular filter screen 103, one side edge of the filter cover is sunk into the fixed groove 104, the other opposite side edge of the filter cover is sunk into the fixed groove 104 after winding the cylinder body 1 for a circle, and a fixed rod 105 fixed through a bolt is embedded into the fixed groove 104 for fixing and sealing; the outer curved surface of the turntable 101 is provided with an annular pressing strip for pressing the side edge of the filter cover. The annular filter screen 103 is a macroporous annular screen, and mainly provides supporting force for the outer filter cover. The filtering cover is a small-pore filtering net made of high polymer materials and is a main filtering structure, and impurities in sewage entering the cylinder body can be blocked and left in the cylinder body if the gap is smaller than the filtering cover, so that the filtering effect is achieved. The filter housing is often a flexible rectangular net, and is mounted by pressing one side of the filter housing into the fixing groove 104, then wrapping the filter housing around the cylinder and fixing the other opposite side in the fixing groove 104. The fixing groove 104 is internally provided with a screw rod which is perpendicular to the outside, the side edges of the filter cover at two sides are pressed into the fixing groove 104 and then are pressed into the fixing groove 104 to be sealed, the fixing rod is provided with a plurality of through holes which are convenient for the screw rod to pass through, the section diameter of the fixing rod is close to the width of the fixing groove 103, and therefore after the fixing rod is pressed into the bottom in the fixing groove, nuts are screwed on all the screw rods to press the fixing rod, and the fixing effect is achieved.
The curved edges on two sides of the filter cover are attached to the curved surface of the turntable on the corresponding side, and meanwhile, in order to prevent impurities in the cylinder from falling out of a gap between the curved edges of the filter cover and the curved surface of the turntable 101, the remaining curved edges on two sides of the filter cover are pressed on the curved surface of the turntable 101 through the annular pressing strip 105, so that a good sealing effect is achieved. In order to provide better sealing effect, an annular groove can be formed on the curved surface of the rotary disc, the outer side of the curved surface of the rotary disc is higher than the inner side of the curved surface of the rotary disc, and the curved edge of the filter cover can be pressed in the annular groove through the annular pressing strip 105, so that the sealing effect is improved.
Firstly, sewage in the fishpond enters the barrel 1 through the water inlet pipe 2, then contacts with the filter cover and flows out of the barrel 1 into a water pool, and impurities with the particle size larger than the pore diameter of the filter cover are attached to the inner surface of the filter cover. When the PLC control box is started to clean, the motor 4 and the supercharger 7 work simultaneously, the motor 4 drives the cylinder 1 to rotate, the valve at the water inlet of the supercharger 7 is opened, and clean cleaning water enters the spray pipe 5 and is sprayed out from the spray nozzle 6 after being supercharged by the supercharger 7. Since the whole cylinder 1 is arranged horizontally, the general cylinder 1 is submerged below the water surface, and impurities below the water surface are blocked in the water in the cylinder 1 by the filter cover on the surface of the cylinder 1. When the cylinder 1 rotates, most of the sludge deposited at the bottom is pushed upward and brought out of the water surface by the strip-shaped wiper 102, and then the surface sludge is washed down and falls into the tray 14 by the washing water sprayed from the shower 5 to be discharged, thereby completing the washing process.
Example 5:
This embodiment is a water treatment circulation system, as shown in fig. 5, comprising a filter tank 16 and a clean water tank 17 which are mutually communicated through a pipeline, wherein a drum filter is arranged in the filter tank 16. The rotary drum filter consists of a hollow cylinder body 1 and a rotary cleaning device arranged on one side of the cylinder body 1 and used for cleaning the cylinder body 1, wherein a water inlet pipe 2 communicated with the inside of the cylinder body 1 is arranged on the end surface of one side of the cylinder body 1, and sewage in the water inlet pipe 2 enters the cylinder body 1 and is discharged from the surface of the cylinder body 1 after being filtered by a filtering structure arranged on the cylinder body 1; the rotary cleaning device drives the cylinder body 1 to rotate for cleaning and discharges cleaning sewage through a sewage discharging device arranged in the cylinder body 1. The barrel 1 is a cylindrical filter barrel structure, openings are formed in the end faces of two sides, one side of the barrel is connected with a water inlet pipe 2, the water inlet pipe 2 guides sewage into the barrel 1 and is in contact with a filter structure arranged on the barrel 1 for filtration, and filtered water flows out of the annular curved side wall of the barrel 1 and enters a water pool for further treatment.
The device is mainly a physical filtering device, is used for replacing the existing grating and filter screen, can regularly rinse the surface of the cylinder body 1 through the provided rotary cleaning device, and washes out impurities attached to the filtering structure on the cylinder body 1 and enters the sewage disposal device to be independently discharged. The cleaner comprises a spray pipe 5 which is arranged on a fixed frame 3 and the axis of which is parallel to the axis of the cylinder body 1, and at least two nozzles 6 which spray cleaning liquid towards the surface of the cylinder body 1 are arranged on the spray pipe 5.
The cleaner also comprises a booster 7 arranged on the fixed frame 3 and connected with the water inlet end of the spray pipe 5, and a connecting valve 8 connected with an external water supply pipe is arranged on the booster 7.
The sewage disposal device comprises a sewage disposal pipe 13 and a tray 14 which are arranged in the cylinder body 1, wherein one side of an opening of the tray 14 faces the cleaner and collects cleaning sewage; one end of the drain pipe 13 is communicated with the bottom of the tray 14, the other end of the drain pipe is penetrated out from one side of the cylinder body 1, which is far away from the water inlet pipe 2, and a B swivel 15 is sleeved at the joint of the drain pipe 13 and the cylinder body 1, so that the drain pipe 13 is rotationally connected with the cylinder body 1. The sewage draining device is of a fixed structure, when the cylinder body 1 rotates, the strip-shaped tray 14 corresponds to the spraying pipe 5, the cleaning liquid sprayed by the spraying pipe 5 washes out impurities attached to the surface of the cylinder body 1 after passing through the surface of the cylinder body 1 and enters the tray 14, and the cleaning sewage is discharged out of the cylinder body 1 through the sewage draining pipe 13 and enters the sewage draining canal.
The cylinder 1 comprises rotary tables 101 symmetrically arranged on a fixed frame 3 and rotationally connected with the fixed frame 3, at least two scraping blades 102 vertically connected with the rotary tables 101 at two sides are arranged between the rotary tables 101, an annular filter screen 103 is arranged on the curved surface of a cylindrical structure formed by taking the rotary tables 101 as end surfaces, and a filter cover which completely covers the annular filter screen 103 is arranged on the outer surface of the annular filter screen 103. The scraping blade 102 can push the sludge deposited at the lower part of the cylinder body 1 upwards, so that the cleaning is convenient. Since the whole cylinder 1 is arranged horizontally, the general cylinder 1 is submerged below the water surface, and impurities below the water surface are blocked in the water in the cylinder 1 by the filter cover on the surface of the cylinder 1. If the wiper 102 is not provided on the inner wall, the sludge immersed in the water cannot be brought to the upper portion when the cylinder 1 rotates, and remains in the water in the cylinder 1 all the time, and the cleaning effect thereof is poor.
A fixed groove 104 which is fixedly connected with the turntables 101 on two sides and is parallel to the axis of the cylinder body 1 is arranged on the annular filter screen 103, one side edge of the filter cover is sunk into the fixed groove 104, the other opposite side edge of the filter cover is sunk into the fixed groove 104 after winding the cylinder body 1 for a circle, and a fixed rod fixed through a bolt is embedded into the fixed groove 104 for fixing and sealing; the outer curved surface of the turntable 101 is provided with an annular pressing strip 105 for pressing the side edge of the filter cover.
The water inlet pipe 2 passes through the filter tank 16 and is communicated with the bottom of the fish pond; an A overflow pipe 18 with a water outlet end higher than the joint of the water inlet pipe 2 and the cylinder 1 but lower than the plane of the opening of the filter tank 16 is arranged on the water inlet pipe 2 in the filter tank 16; a B overflow pipe 19 with an opening plane lower than the plane of the opening of the filter tank 16 is arranged on the blow-down pipe 13; a sterilizer 20 and a water supplementing pipe 21 are arranged in the clean water tank 17, and a ball valve 22 is arranged at one end of an opening of the water supplementing pipe 21 in the clean water tank 17; the upper part of the clean water tank 17 is provided with a return pipe 23 for circulating the supernatant liquid into the fish pond, and the filter tank 16 is also provided with a filler 24. Wherein, the A overflow pipe 18 can flow out into the filter tank 16 through the A overflow pipe 18 when serious water is blocked inside the barrel 1 and can not enter the filter tank 16 from the barrel 1, or the water quantity in the water inlet pipe 2 suddenly increases, so as to avoid equipment damage. When the water level in the whole filter tank 16 rises faster in rainy days, the proper height of the opening of the B overflow pipe 19 is set, so that the water level in the whole filter tank 16 rises to a certain height and then enters the B overflow pipe 19 to be discharged from the sewage drain.
The pond is mainly used for culturing fancy carp, pond water in the pond enters the barrel 1 arranged in the filter pond through the bottom pipe, and fish wastes and the like which are larger than meshes of the filter cover are remained in the barrel 1, so that the filter cover is blocked, and the water level in the filter pond 16 is reduced. When the water drops to the set height, the sensor arranged in the filter tank 16 triggers the cleaning program, the PLC control box controls the motor 4 and the booster 7 to spray water from the nozzle, the motor 4 drives the cylinder 1 to rotate, and a coupling is arranged between the motor 4 and the rotating wheel 9. The garbage is flushed into a tray 14 at the upper part of the cylinder 1 and discharged by a blow-down pipe 13. The automatic flushing time can be adjusted according to the feeding amount, and the filter cover can be 300 meshes, so that more than 98% of visible suspended matters can be completely disposed in time in the link, the pressure of the filtering filler at the back is greatly reduced, the pain of the cleaning cylinder body 1 is avoided, and the service life of the biochemical filter material is prolonged.
And the fish residue bait is separated and discharged in the first time, so that the chance of staying and decomposing in water is reduced, compared with the traditional interception and precipitation mode, the method is more efficient and more worry-saving, the proportion of the filter tank can be greatly reduced, the volume ratio of the maximum fishpond to the filter tank 16 is about 15/1, and the water changing frequency can be greatly reduced.

The rotating device further comprises at least one rotating wheel (9) which is arranged on the fixed frame (3) and is in transmission connection with the motor (4), an A rotating ring (10) is arranged on the end face of one side of the cylinder body (1) provided with the rotating wheel (9), and the rotating wheel (9) is in transmission connection with the A rotating ring (10) through a belt (11) arranged on the end face;

The water inlet pipe (2) passes through the filter tank (16) and is communicated with the fish pond; an A overflow pipe (18) with a water outlet end higher than the joint of the water inlet pipe (2) and the cylinder (1) but lower than the plane of the opening of the filter tank (16) is arranged on the water inlet pipe (2) in the filter tank (16); a B overflow pipe (19) with an opening plane lower than the plane of the opening of the filter tank (16) is arranged on the blow-down pipe (13); a sterilizer (20) and a water supplementing pipe (21) are arranged in the clean water tank (17), and a ball valve (22) is arranged at one end of an opening of the water supplementing pipe (21) in the clean water tank (17); the upper part of the clean water tank (17) is provided with a return pipe (23) for circularly feeding the supernatant into the fish pond, and the filter tank (16) is also internally provided with a filler (24).
