本发明公开了一种快插型尾缆测试连接器,包括主壳体、前介质、后介质、内导体、线夹和锁紧壳体;前介质前侧抵靠在主壳体内孔第一台阶上,后介质固定套装在内导体中部,内导体前端插接头伸进前介质内孔中,后介质前侧抵靠在前介质后侧上;线夹前端面抵靠在主壳体内孔第二台阶上,同时压紧后介质后侧,线夹内孔中部延伸出环形定位台,线缆***时,线缆屏蔽层端面顶在所述环形定位台上,同时环形定位台落入线缆空气介质环内;锁紧壳体前端与主壳体内孔后端旋合。本发明结构简单,成本低,测试时只需将尾缆电缆端***本发明内,测试完毕后再将其拔出即可,实现了连接器与线缆的快速插拔,操作方便,大大提高了线缆测试效率。

一种快插型尾缆测试连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种射频连接器,尤其是一种用于测试电缆电性能的射频连接器,属于电子元器件技术领域。
背景技术
射频连接器及射频电缆组件是现代移动通信网络中重要的电子元器件,在移动通信的各种环境各种场合均大量使用,其中射频电缆组件更是在设备间连接、设备内结构布线以及基站天线内组成馈电网络同轴传输结构被广泛使用。基站天线的主体结构均由外罩、反射板、H馈电网络H以及振子组成,其中馈电网络信号接入形式较常用尾缆形式,尾缆一端连接有标准端***频同轴连接器,尾缆另外一端将同轴电缆的内芯、介质绝缘层及外屏蔽层进行台阶剥开后进行焊接作业,接入功率分配网络,尾缆电气指标的好坏直接影响到天线***的电气性能,因此必须对其进行电气指标测试。
目前各厂商只能在电缆组件制作过程当中进行双倍长度双头测试后再进行裁断成型的工艺,一旦线缆剪断成为尾缆状态便无法将其与测试***连接进行直接测试,只能将线缆整体焊接进天线产品后对整个天线进行电性能检测,但由于天线内部结构复杂,零件众多,焊点密布,若出现线缆不良导致天线指标异常,将难于排查,会造成大量的返工报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便、插拔方便的快插型尾缆测试连接器。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种快插型尾缆测试连接器,包括主壳体、前介质、后介质、内导体、线夹和锁紧壳体;所述前介质、后介质、内导体和线夹自前向后依次设置在主壳体内孔中,前介质前侧抵靠在主壳体内孔第一台阶上,后介质固定套装在内导体中部,内导体前端插接头伸进前介质内孔中,后介质前侧抵靠在前介质后侧上;线夹前端面抵靠在主壳体内孔第二台阶上,同时压紧后介质后侧,线夹内孔中部延伸出环形定位台,线缆***时,线缆屏蔽层端面顶在所述环形定位台上,同时环形定位台落入线缆空气介质环内;锁紧壳体前端与主壳体内孔后端旋合,锁紧壳体前端面顶在线夹前端台阶上。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下技术措施来进一步实现。
前述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其中所述的内导体为阶梯轴结构,内导体中部设有定位凸台,内导体后端接插头为自前向后直径逐渐变小的收口结构,内导体后端接插头外周面上设有数个劈槽。
前述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其中所述的后介质前侧设有止口。
前述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其中所述的后介质前侧止口通过所述定位凸台定位,后介质后侧通过内导体轴肩定位,所述定位凸台前侧抵靠在前介质后侧上。
前述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其中所述的线夹后端为自前向后直径逐渐变小的收口结构,线夹后端外周面上设有数个劈槽;线夹内孔中部的环形定位台厚度与线缆空气介质环厚度匹配。
前述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其中所述的主壳体内孔为阶梯孔结构。
本发明可与尾缆电缆端组成可以直接接入测试***的电缆组件,对线缆进行电性能测试,结构简单,成本低,测试时只需将尾缆电缆端***本发明内,测试完毕后再将其拔出即可,实现了连接器与线缆的快速插拔,操作十分方便,大大提高了线缆测试效率。本发明通过锁紧壳体、线夹与后介质之间的互相压紧关系使得各零件之间无金属与介质倒刺过盈压配、金属间过盈压配等一次性破坏结构,使得产品装配简便,完全可以徒手操作,不需要专用设备夹具。同时主壳体内零件更换性好,使用过程中如果易损耗零件发生变形失效,可以将锁紧壳体旋出,更换相应零件后再重新旋紧即可。
线夹内孔中部设置环形定位台,线缆***时线缆屏蔽层端面顶在环形定位台上,可保证线缆线芯***内导体时一次***到位,而不会过分***,导致产品损坏,也不会出现线缆插不到位,偏离设计值,引起电性能测试值偏差。线缆***到位时,环形定位台与线缆屏蔽层接触,将线缆屏蔽层延长至线缆绝缘层端面,同时环形定位台落入线缆空气介质环内,将原本会引起线缆同轴结构阻抗失配的空气介质环部分用环形定位台替换,保持了空气介质环处阻抗匹配,从而使得线缆电性能测试值更加准确。此外内导体和线夹后端均采用劈槽收口结构,可保证线缆与本发明形成可靠电连接,不仅测试精度高,线缆也不易发生松动脱落等现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本实施例中,与测试***连接端为前,与线缆连接端为后。
如图1所示,线缆1台阶剥开后,绝缘层11台阶处形成空气介质环12。
如图2所示,本发明包括主壳体2、前介质3、后介质4、内导体5、线夹6和锁紧壳体7。主壳体2内孔为阶梯孔结构,前介质3、后介质4、内导体5和线夹6自前向后依次设置在主壳体2内孔中,前介质3前侧抵靠在主壳体2内孔第一台阶21上,后介质4固定套装在内导体5中部,内导体5前端插接头51伸进前介质3内孔中,后介质4前侧抵靠在前介质3后侧上。线夹6前端面抵靠在主壳体2内孔第二台阶22上,同时压紧后介质4后侧,线夹6内孔中部延伸出环形定位台61,线缆1***时,线缆屏蔽层13端面顶在环形定位台61上,同时环形定位台61落入线缆空气介质环12内。锁紧壳体7前端与主壳体2内孔后端旋合,锁紧壳体7前端面顶在线夹6前端台阶上。
如图3所示,内导体5为阶梯轴结构,内导体5中部设有定位凸台52,内导体后端接插头53为自前向后直径逐渐变小的收口结构,内导体后端接插头53外周面上设有数个劈槽54。内导体5使用铍青铜加工后热处理成型,劈槽收口结构在热处理后具有良好的弹性,线缆1***内导体5时,线芯14***内导体后端插接头53内将收口部分涨开,由于收口回弹产生正压力,内导体5弹片将与线缆线芯14产生可靠电接触,完成电气连接。后介质4前侧设有止口41,后介质前侧止口41通过定位凸台52定位,后介质4后侧通过内导体5轴肩定位,定位凸台52前侧抵靠在前介质3后侧上。
如图4所示,线夹6后端为自前向后直径逐渐变小的收口结构,线夹6后端外周面上设有数个劈槽62,线夹6内孔中部的环形定位台61厚度与线缆空气介质环12厚度匹配。线夹6采用铍青铜加工,劈槽收口后热处理成型,线缆1***线夹6时,线缆屏蔽层13***线夹后端孔内将收口部分涨开,由于收口回弹产生正压力,线夹6的弹片将与线缆屏蔽层13产生可靠电接触,同时通过锁紧壳体7的压力,线夹6与主壳体2之间可靠连接,从而线缆屏蔽层13与主壳体2完成连接。
在对线缆1进行电性能测试时,先将测试***与内导体前端插接头51连接,同时将线缆1按图1所示台阶剥开,然后将剥开的线缆1水平***本发明内,直至线缆屏蔽层13的端面顶住环形定位台61,此时环形定位台61落入线缆空气介质环12内,线芯14准确***内导体后端插接头53内,在内导体后端插接头53弹力作用下,线芯14与内导体5可靠电连接,与此同时在线夹6后端弹力作用下,线缆屏蔽层13与线夹6可靠电连接,即可对线缆1进行测试。测试完毕后,一手抓住主壳体2后端的防滑台23,一手抓住线缆1即可将线缆1轻松拔出。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种快插型尾缆测试连接器,其特征在于:包括主壳体、前介质、后介质、内导体、线夹和锁紧壳体;所述前介质、后介质、内导体和线夹自前向后依次设置在主壳体内孔中,前介质前侧抵靠在主壳体内孔第一台阶上,后介质固定套装在内导体中部,内导体前端插接头伸进前介质内孔中,后介质前侧抵靠在前介质后侧上;线夹前端面抵靠在主壳体内孔第二台阶上,同时压紧后介质后侧,线夹内孔中部延伸出环形定位台,线缆台阶剥开后,绝缘层台阶处形成空气介质环,线缆***时,线缆屏蔽层端面顶在所述环形定位台上,同时环形定位台落入线缆空气介质环内;锁紧壳体前端与主壳体内孔后端旋合,锁紧壳体前端面顶在线夹前端台阶上。
2.如权利要求1所述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其特征在于:所述内导体为阶梯轴结构,内导体中部设有定位凸台,内导体后端接插头为自前向后直径逐渐变小的收口结构,内导体后端接插头外周面上设有数个劈槽。
3.如权利要求2所述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其特征在于:所述后介质前侧设有止口。
4.如权利要求3所述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其特征在于:所述后介质前侧止口通过所述定位凸台定位,后介质后侧通过内导体轴肩定位,所述定位凸台前侧抵靠在前介质后侧上。
5.如权利要求1所述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其特征在于:线夹后端为自前向后直径逐渐变小的收口结构,所述线夹后端外周面上设有数个劈槽;线夹内孔中部的环形定位台厚度与线缆空气介质环厚度匹配。
6.如权利要求1所述的快插型尾缆测试连接器,其特征在于:所述主壳体内孔为阶梯孔结构。
