Claims (5)

1. An automatic box tape sticking and sealing device for a wire winding tube comprises a base and a tape sticking machine head on the base, wherein the tape sticking machine head is positioned at the side of the wire winding tube, and a feeding mechanism fixedly connected to the base can drive the tape sticking machine head to reciprocate; the tape sticking machine head comprises a frame, a press roller mechanism for rolling the sealing tape on the circumferential surface of the wire winding cylinder, a cutting mechanism positioned at the front end of the press roller mechanism, a feeding mechanism positioned at the rear end of the press roller mechanism and a blowing mechanism positioned below the press roller mechanism for preventing the free end of the cut sealing tape from falling; the feeding mechanism comprises a first feeding roller and a second feeding roller which are arranged side by side and respectively pressed on a non-bonding surface and a bonding surface of the sealing tape, the first feeding roller and the second feeding roller are rotationally connected to the frame by adopting a one-way bearing, and a plurality of continuous bulges are uniformly distributed on the roller surface of the second feeding roller, so that the roller surface of the second feeding roller and the bonding surface of the sealing tape form a line contact state; the blowing mechanism comprises a tuyere communicated with a pressure air source, and compressed air blown by the tuyere often enables a non-adhesive surface of the sealing tape to be tightly attached to the circumferential surface of a compression roller of the compression roller mechanism;
at least one tape-bonding head is arranged on the side surface of the wire-forming tube or on two sides of the wire-forming tube which are arranged symmetrically relative to the center of the axis of the wire-forming tube;
also comprises a wire winding tube cutting mechanism;
the wire winding tube cutting mechanism comprises a cutter, a cutting cylinder and a cutting synchronous feeding device, wherein the cutter is perpendicular to the axial direction of the wire winding tube, and the cutting synchronous feeding device drives the cutter and the cutting cylinder to reciprocate;
the box sealing belt discharging mechanism comprises a fixed bearing seat and a discharging shaft which penetrates through the fixed bearing seat and is rotationally connected with the fixed bearing seat through a one-way bearing, one end of the discharging shaft penetrates out of the fixed bearing seat and is fixedly connected with a discharging roller, and a box sealing belt tray is sleeved on the discharging roller;
the discharging roller is provided with a tray limiting and anti-falling device at the sleeved end of the sealing strip tray, the limiting and anti-falling device comprises two symmetrically arranged L-shaped limiting plates, and a fixing plate fixedly connected with the end face of the discharging roller, the fixing plate is radially provided with a sliding groove, the two limiting plates are oppositely embedded in the sliding groove and slide along the sliding groove, the short sides of the L-shaped limiting plates are exposed outside and opposite to the sliding groove, and a spring which normally enables the two limiting plates to spring in a far direction and enables the long sides of the L-shaped limiting plates to be higher than the discharging roller is arranged between the two short sides.

An automatic box tape bonding and sealing device for a wire winding tube according to claim 1, wherein: the press roller mechanism comprises a press roller, a roller frame for providing support for the press roller, and a roller cylinder with an output end fixedly connected with the roller frame.

An automatic box tape bonding and sealing device for a wire winding tube according to claim 1, wherein: the cutting mechanism comprises a sawtooth cutter, a sawtooth cutter seat for providing support for the sawtooth cutter and a cutting cylinder with an output end fixedly connected with the sawtooth cutter seat, wherein a sawtooth cutter pressing piece is detachably connected with the sawtooth cutter seat and clamps the sawtooth cutter blade between the sawtooth cutter seat and the cutting cylinder.
4. An automatic box tape bonding and sealing device for a wire winding tube according to claim 1, wherein: a rotational speed sensor for monitoring the rotational speed of the forming tube is also included.
5. An automatic box tape bonding and sealing device for a wire winding tube according to claim 1, wherein: the positions of the press roller mechanism and the cutting mechanism are adjustable, the vertical height is adjustable, and the air outlet angle of the tuyere is adjustable.
