Claims (5)

1. A preparation method of a cigarette filter rod containing large-particle solid aromatic beads is characterized by comprising the following steps: adding perfume to the prepared large-particle dry beads with the slow release function according to a certain proportion, and adding the perfume-added large-particle solid perfume beads into a filter stick tow of a cigarette, wherein the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1) pulping and forming: porous powder quartz, water glass, ethyl silicate, liquid paraffin and distilled water are mixed according to the weight ratio of 100-200: 10-50: 10-50: 1-2: uniformly mixing 500-1000 parts by mass, adding into a grinding machine, and mixing according to a ball material ratio of 1-15: 1, grinding for 2-4 h, filtering slurry by using a sieve, performing compression molding by using a spherical mold with the diameter of 3.65mm, drying for 24h at room temperature, and drying for 2-4 h at 45 ℃ to obtain a dried bead-shaped blank;
step 2) calcining and pore-forming: calcining the bead-shaped blank at 1000-1300 ℃ for 2-6 h, washing with water, and drying to obtain large-particle dry beads with porous property;
step 3), adding perfume: uniformly mixing the dry beads and the tobacco essence according to the mass ratio of 1:2, slowly stirring for 6-12 h to enable the tobacco essence to be uniformly adsorbed in porous channels of the dry beads, and air-drying for 2-4 h at 40-50 ℃ to obtain large-particle solid fragrant beads;
step 4), forming a filter tip: adding the large-particle solid aromatic beads into the middle section of a filter rod tow of a cigarette, and molding to obtain the cigarette;
and in the step 3), the fragrance adding rate of the large-particle solid fragrance bead is controlled to be 20-40%, wherein the fragrance adding rate is (weight after fragrance adding-weight before fragrance adding)/weight before fragrance adding.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the filter tip comprises a plurality of solid flavor beads, wherein the solid flavor beads comprise: in the step 1), the porous quartz powder is white micro powder purified by water washing, and the content of silicon dioxide is more than 99.5%.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the filter tip comprises a plurality of solid flavor beads, wherein the solid flavor beads comprise: the tobacco essence in the step 3) is one or more of dried orange peel extract, rose extract and raspberry extract.

A cigarette filter rod containing large-particle solid aromatic beads is characterized in that: the preparation method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the circumference of the bottom surface of the cigarette filter rod is 24mm, and a large-particle solid flavor bead with the diameter of 3.65 +/-0.15 mm is loaded in the middle section of the filament bundle, and the flavor bead is prepared by taking porous quartz powder as a main raw material and adsorbs essence for light-flavor and volatile-style cigarettes.
