背景技术
麻布产品以其特殊的吸湿效果、天然的抗菌性能受到了消费者的广泛青睐。但由于麻布自身带有麻结头的纤维特性,导致布面不干净,在染色时麻布的结头处易花,并且麻结头在穿着时还会带有刺痛感,降低了用户的舒适感。所以传统麻布在生产时会通过磨毛机对麻布进行表面摩擦,使磨头能够将麻布上的粒头摩除。但这种去粒方法在处理时经常会因为磨毛机的磨毛效果不一影响对麻布的处理效果;磨毛工艺过轻会导致麻布的粒头无法完全去除,而磨毛工艺过重则会造成麻布强度的严重下降,从而降低了麻布的结构性能并产生破洞的情况。因此,需要一种能够在不影响麻布强度的同时有效去除粒头的方法。

本发明的目的在于,提供一种麻布ARIO整理后烧毛去粒头的方法。它能够在不影响麻布强度的同时对粒头进行有效去除。
本发明的技术方案:一种麻布ARIO整理后烧毛去粒头的方法,包括以下步骤:
①将退浆后的麻布在40~45℃的温水中浸轧,使布面润湿,得A布;
②将A布在65~75℃的环境下进行机械拍打,使布面的粒头浮起,得B布;
③对B布表面进行刷毛,去除B布上的较大粒头,得C布;
④对C布进行高温烧毛,去除C布上的较小粒头,得成品布。

②ARIO整理:将A布在40~45℃的温水中浸轧,使布面润湿,再将将浸轧后的A布在65~75℃的环境下进行机械拍打,使布面的粒头浮起,得B布;
③烧毛:对B布依次进行刷毛和烧毛,去除B布上的粒头,得C布;
④碱氧堆置:在常温环境下将C布用碱液浸轧后堆置20~24小时,得D布,该碱液由以下原料制备而成:烧碱20~25g/L、双氧水8g/L、精炼剂3~4g/L、氧漂稳定剂3~4g/L和螯合分散剂3~4g/L;

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种麻布ARIO整理后烧毛去粒头的方法,包括以下步骤:
①将退浆后的麻布在40~45℃的温水中浸轧,使布面润湿,布身松软,得A布;由于麻布在退浆工艺后不具备吸水性能,浸轧温水中加入1~3g/L的渗透剂,使温水在浸轧后完全润湿布面,渗透剂可选用非离子型渗透剂JFC,保证温水的渗透效果并避免渗透剂对麻布后续工艺造成影响;
②将A布放入ARIO整理机中,在65~75℃的环境下,A布在ARIO整理机的风道内循环转动,并在循环转动时ARIO整理机通过栅格对A布进行机械拍打,A布在风道循环时的转速为1800~2200转/小时,拍打时间为20~30分钟,得B布;AIRO整理是将布料放入意大利白卡拉尼纺织机械有限公司的ARIO系列柔软织物处理机中,通过气流柔软处理的方式对其进行处理,其方法是根据文丘里管的风动原理将热气流充入文丘里管,利用管内产生的负压吸进织物,并使织物在风道内做循环转动,然后再将织物喷出文丘里管并撞击到栅板上,使织物在文丘里管内发生揉搓并产生膨化,再在撞击栅板时受到适度撞击摔打,织物应力得到松弛;

3.根据权利要求1所述的麻布ARIO整理后烧毛去粒头的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤④的具体步骤为:将C布放入烧毛机中,通过烧毛火焰对C布进行高温烧毛,烧毛火焰的温度为1150~1250℃,C布在烧毛时的车速为75~100米/分钟,得成品布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的麻布ARIO整理后烧毛去粒头的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤③中较大粒头的直径为1~3mm,所述步骤④中较小粒头的直径小于1mm。
5.运用权利要求1所述麻布ARIO整理后烧毛去粒头的方法的一种麻布染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
①退浆:将坯布放入60℃的料槽内进行退浆,退浆所用的退浆剂中设有1g/L的渗透剂和2~3g/L的退浆酶;然后对退浆后的坯布在80℃的环境下进行汽蒸,再经水洗、烘干后,得A布;
②ARIO整理:将A布在40~45℃的温水中浸轧,使布面润湿,再将将浸轧后的A布在65~75℃的环境下进行机械拍打,使布面的粒头浮起,得B布;
③烧毛:对B布依次进行刷毛和烧毛,去除B布上的粒头,得C布;
④碱氧堆置:在常温环境下将C布用碱液浸轧后堆置20~24小时,得D布,该碱液由以下原料制备而成:烧碱20~25g/L、双氧水8g/L、精炼剂3~4g/L、氧漂稳定剂3~4g/L和螯合分散剂3~4g/L;
⑤漂白:在常温环境下通过漂白剂对D布进行浸轧漂白,然后对D布依次进行汽蒸、水洗和烘干后,汽蒸温度为98℃,汽蒸时间为30分钟,得E布,其中漂白剂由以下原料制备而成:烧碱4g/L、双氧水6~8g/L、精炼剂4g/L、氧漂稳定剂4g/L、螯合分散剂4g/L和硅酸钠3g/L;
⑥半丝光:通过160g/L的氢氧化钠溶液对E布浸轧后,再使用70g/L的氢氧化钠溶液对E布进行喷淋,然后用温水喷淋三次后,再经气蒸、水洗和烘干,得F布;
⑦液流染色:在液流染缸中用染料和助剂对F布进行上色,得G布;
⑧后整理:对G布进行烘干、柔软、拉幅和预缩后,得成品布。
