本发明公开了一种铜合金全合成切削液,所述切削液是采用多种液剂组成的混合液剂,切削液组成的比例配比为:植物改性润滑油脂35‑45%、高效渗透剂4‑6%、分散剂4‑6%、铜缓蚀剂2‑4%、有机碱5‑7%、水8‑23%。本发明铜合金全合成切削液,采用植物改性润滑油脂、高效渗透剂、分散剂及缓蚀剂等材料科学配比而成的一款高光泽、弱碱性、低泡、不含硅消泡剂旳铜合金全合成水溶液切削液,适用于高转速铜合金磨削、切削及鑚孔,不粘刀、不断刀、气味小、对机台无腐蚀,适合手机零件加工,环保不含矿物油脂。

技术领域
本发明属于手机及智能终端制造业领域,具体涉及一种铜合金全合成切削液。
背景技术
铜合金精密零件在机械加工中易粘刀,特别是盲孔、细小的孔径加工,易断钻头、铰刀。原工艺一般采用切削油,孔内不易降温,导致零件变色,造成切削油易挥发,对环境、人员的污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种铜合金全合成切削液,采用植物改性润滑油脂、高效渗透剂、分散剂及缓蚀剂等材料科学配比而成的一款高光泽、弱碱性、低泡、不含硅消泡剂旳铜合金全合成水溶液切削液,适用于高转速铜合金磨削、切削及鑚孔,不粘刀、不断刀、气味小、对机台无腐蚀,适合手机零件加工。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
1、一种铜合金全合成切削液,所述切削液是采用多种液剂组成的混合液剂,切削液组成的比例配比为:
植物改性润滑油脂35-45%、高效渗透剂4-6%、分散剂4-6%、铜缓蚀剂2-4%、有机碱5-7%、水8-23%。

与现有技术相比,本发明存在以下有益效果:本发明铜合金全合成切削液,采用植物改性润滑油脂、高效渗透剂、分散剂及缓蚀剂等材料科学配比而成的一款高光泽、弱碱性、低泡、不含硅消泡剂旳铜合金全合成水溶液切削液,适用于高转速铜合金磨削、切削及鑚孔,不粘刀、不断刀、气味小、对机台无腐蚀,适合手机零件加工,环保不含矿物油脂,为植物改性润滑油脂、低COD值、可沉降及生物分解,安全、不含矿物油、无挥发性油雾,气味小对车间换气及人员安全影响小,高效可缩短加工时间,铜合金零件不变色、低泡采用电子级分散剂,切削过程泡沫少、不含聚醚活性剂及硅消泡剂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1:
植物改性润滑油脂35%、高效渗透剂4%、分散剂4%、铜缓蚀剂2%、有机碱5%、水8%。
液剂配制方法为:将上述切削液原料按配比量先往砂锅里放入水,等漂白味挥发一下,然后将水倒出,五分钟后把原料全部放在砂锅里,用木质筷子搅动一下充分的把液剂混合,泡上半小时后,观察一下融合情况,融合完成后,将切削液装瓶封装。
实施例2:
植物改性润滑油脂45%、高效渗透剂6%、分散剂6%、铜缓蚀剂4%、有机碱7%、水23%。
液剂配制方法为:将上述切削液原料按配比量先往砂锅里放入水,等漂白味挥发一下,然后将水倒出,五分钟后把原料全部放在砂锅里,用木质筷子搅动一下充分的把液剂混合,泡上半小时后,观察一下融合情况,融合完成后,将切削液装瓶封装。
