The rear end face of the digging shovel 10 is connected with the rack through a connecting frame 11, the connecting frame 11 is provided with a connecting rod 20 and a connecting sleeve 21, pin holes and connecting pins are arranged on the connecting rod 20 and the connecting sleeve 21, and the digging depth of the digging shovel 10 is adjusted through the connecting rod 20 and the connecting sleeve 21.
As can be seen from fig. 8, the support bracket is provided with a load-bearing bar 35; the upper and lower sides of the bearing rod 35 are respectively provided with an upper supporting rod 34 and a lower supporting rod 36; the root of the supporting bracket is connected with the front end of the garlic gathering guide rail rod through a bracket opening width adjusting joint 37; the garlic gathering guide rail rod extends to the front end of the clamping and conveying mechanism.
The upper supporting rod 34 is used for righting the upper part of the garlic straw; the bearing rods 35 are used for supporting the support to bear the weight and maintain the shape of the support, and the lower supporting rods 36 support the garlic bulb parts. The bracket opening width adjusting joint 37 can use bolts and nuts; when the opening angle of the bracket needs to be adjusted, the loose nut is adjusted to a proper angle and then the nut is fastened; the opening angle can be adjusted and set at will by the adjusting mode.
The supporting bracket is connected and fixed through a supporting fixing frame 38, and the supporting fixing frame 38 is connected with the clamping conveying bracket 1.
As can be seen from fig. 10, the clappers 23 are arranged in pairs, wherein the surface of one of the clappers 23 is provided with the extrusion protrusions 25 arranged at intervals, the other clapper is provided with the spring 39 at the position corresponding to the extrusion protrusions 25, and the spring 39 is sleeved in the extrusion protrusions 25 in the beating and extruding process. The length of the spring 39 is greater than the length of the extrusion 25 to prevent the extrusion 25 from sticking wet soil.
As can be seen from fig. 11, 12 and 13, a material guiding chute 40 is arranged in the collecting hopper 17, the material guiding chute 40 is obliquely arranged along a diagonal line of the collecting hopper 17, a top end of the material guiding chute 40 is arranged at the bin entrance 18, a top end of the material guiding chute 40 is connected with a bottom end of a connecting groove 41, and a top end of the connecting groove 41 is connected with a discharge end of the separating screen 16.
The machine frame is provided with the clamping conveying mechanism to convey by utilizing the conveying chain, so that the tensioning property of the conveying chain is high, and the conveying performance is stable; by arranging the soil removing step 24, soil at the root of the garlic is firstly removed by beating with the beating plate 23 in a relative motion manner under the condition of not cutting the root system, loose soil is directly squeezed and broken to fall off in the beating process, and wet soil is squeezed into soil slices along the direction of the clamping and conveying mechanism; the soil slices collide with the soil removal steps 24 during the continuous conveying, and fall off under the collision of the soil removal steps 24; when the garlic cloves pass through the separating screen 16, the residual soil of the root hairs and the soil on the surfaces of the garlic bulbs are further separated by the separating roller 27; therefore, the garlic harvester frame can protect the hair-shaped roots of the garlic bulbs from the garlic during the garlic bulb collecting process, and avoids the garlic from being damaged due to collision; the garlic can be separated from the straws by the straw cutting mechanism, so that the straws are returned to the field; the garlic bulbs can be collected through the collecting hopper 17; the device has simple structure and good harvesting effect.
The beneficial effect of this embodiment lies in:
(1) the structure is simple and compact;
(2) in the harvesting process, the soil removal of the garlic root system is realized, the root system is reserved, the collection is convenient, the garlic is prevented from being damaged by collision, and the garlic collection quality is improved;
(3) the harvest process is stable in transmission, and the falling-off cannot occur in the transmission process;
(4) a garlic collecting device is arranged; collect the garlic bulb of results more efficiently, improve work efficiency, be convenient for in time store of garlic bulb.
