本发明提供了一种衣物用除甲醛剂,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:羧甲基壳聚糖1%~5%、有机硅季铵盐0.5%~2%、天然精油0.1%~0.5%、氧化石墨烯溶液0.1%~0.3%、月桂醇0.2%~0.5%、聚乙二醇5%~15%、余量水。本发明产品无毒,无腐蚀性,安全,对衣物本身的去除甲醛效果好,且能保护衣物,同时还具备较好的稳定性,保证较好的去除甲醛和保护衣物效果。

技术领域
本发明属除甲醛产品技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种衣物用除甲醛剂。
背景技术
甲醛由于其具备很强的毒性,在空气中达到一定浓度时,人体会出现不适,同时对人体造成损伤,例如对人的皮肤、器官粘膜等具有强烈刺激性,对人体的各个功能器官具备很强的损害,容易引发癌变等等,衣物等纺织品织物中,通常会采用染色工艺,而染色过程中会将甲醛渗入衣服中,因而衣物的甲醛含量极易超标,2010年国家质量监督检验总局发布了GB18401-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》的强制性标准,其对直接接触皮肤的纺织产品甲醛含量规定不得大于75mg/kg,非直接接触皮肤的纺织产品甲醛含量不得大于300mg/kg,因此,研发一种能够有效去除衣物上的甲醛,且对环境无害的产品尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种衣物用除甲醛剂。
本发明上述目的通过如下技术方案予以实现:
一种衣物用除甲醛剂,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:
羧甲基壳聚糖1%~5%、有机硅季铵盐0.5%~2%、天然精油0.1%~0.5%、氧化石墨烯溶液0.1%~0.3%、月桂醇0.2%~0.5%、聚乙二醇5%~15%、余量水。
其中,本发明中羧甲基壳聚糖可以与甲醛反应,因而具备去除甲醛的目的。同时,有机硅季铵盐作为衣物保护剂,可以保护衣物不受损伤。天然精油具备一定的去除甲醛效果,同时还能留香。月桂醇作为乳化剂,在与氧化石墨烯溶液一起作用时,能够很好的促进氧化石墨烯进入衣物中,去除甲醛,同时较快的溶于溶液中,聚乙二醇对整体体系具备较好的稳定效果,能够协助以上几种物质发挥作用。
优选地,所述有机硅季铵盐为聚硅氧烷季铵盐。
优选地,氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯的浓度为1%~5%。
优选地,天然精油为茶树精油或桉树精油。
优选地,聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇400。
本发明提供所述衣物用除甲醛剂的制备方法,将氧化石墨烯溶液超声分散后,加入羧甲基壳聚糖和有机硅季铵盐混匀,再加入天然精油、月桂醇聚乙二醇和水后得到所述产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下优点:
本发明产品无毒,无腐蚀性,安全,对衣物本身的去除甲醛效果好,且能保护衣物,同时还具备较好的稳定性,保证较好的去除甲醛和保护衣物效果。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。
实施例1
一种衣物用除甲醛剂,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:
羧甲基壳聚糖3%、聚硅氧烷季铵盐1%、天然精油0.2%、氧化石墨烯溶液0.2%、月桂醇0.2%、聚乙二醇40010%、余量水。氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯的浓度为2%。天然精油为茶树精油或桉树精油。
将氧化石墨烯溶液超声分散后,加入羧甲基壳聚糖和有机硅季铵盐混匀,再加入天然精油、月桂醇、聚乙二醇400和水后得到衣物用除甲醛剂。
实施例2
一种衣物用除甲醛剂,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:
羧甲基壳聚糖5%、聚硅氧烷季铵盐2%、天然精油0.5%、氧化石墨烯溶液0.5%、月桂醇0.5%、聚乙二醇40010%、余量水。氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯的浓度为3%。天然精油为茶树精油或桉树精油。
将氧化石墨烯溶液超声分散后,加入羧甲基壳聚糖和有机硅季铵盐混匀,再加入天然精油、月桂醇、聚乙二醇400和水后得到衣物用除甲醛剂。
对比例1
一种衣物用除甲醛剂,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:
羧甲基壳聚糖5%、聚硅氧烷季铵盐2%、天然精油0.5%、月桂醇0.5%、聚乙二醇40010%、余量水。天然精油为茶树精油或桉树精油。
将羧甲基壳聚糖和有机硅季铵盐混匀,再加入天然精油、月桂醇、聚乙二醇400和水后得到衣物用除甲醛剂。
对比例2
一种衣物用除甲醛剂,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:
羧甲基壳聚糖3%、聚硅氧烷季铵盐1%、天然精油0.2%、氧化石墨烯溶液0.2%、聚乙二醇40010%、余量水。氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯的浓度为2%。天然精油为茶树精油或桉树精油。
将氧化石墨烯溶液超声分散后,加入羧甲基壳聚糖和有机硅季铵盐混匀,再加入天然精油、聚乙二醇400和水后得到衣物用除甲醛剂。
先取纺织衣物放入10%的甲醛溶液中浸泡1h,然后将浸泡过的纺织衣物晾干,检测残留的甲醛含量,将实施例和对比例的产品浸泡清洗衣物2h,晾干后再次检测甲醛含量。结果见表1:

净化率=(纺织衣物清洗前的甲醛含量-纺织衣物清洗后的甲醛含量)/纺织衣物清洗前的甲醛含量×100%。
从表1中可以看出,对比例1中缺少氧化石墨烯溶液的除甲醛效果大大降低,而对比例2中缺少了乳化剂的加入后,其除甲醛效果仍然不理想。

1.一种衣物用除甲醛剂,其特征在于,包括如下按质量百分比计的组分:
羧甲基壳聚糖1%~5%、有机硅季铵盐0.5%~2%、天然精油0.1%~0.5%、氧化石墨烯溶液0.1%~0.3%、月桂醇0.2%~0.5%、聚乙二醇5%~15%、余量 水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衣物用除甲醛剂,其特征在于,所述有机硅季铵盐为聚硅氧烷季铵盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的衣物用除甲醛剂,其特征在于,氧化石墨烯溶液中氧化石墨烯的浓度为1%~5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的衣物用除甲醛剂,其特征在于,天然精油为茶树精油或桉树精油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的衣物用除甲醛剂,其特征在于,聚乙二醇为聚乙二醇 400。
6.一种权利要求1所述衣物用除甲醛剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将氧化石墨烯溶液超声分散后,加入羧甲基壳聚糖和有机硅季铵盐混匀,再加入天然精油、月桂醇、聚乙二醇和水后得到所述产品。
