Claims (8)
1.一种滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖35-50份,滁菊精油0.05-0.5份,填充剂65-75份,润滑剂1-2份,矫味剂2-6份,粘合剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖40-45份,滁菊精油0.1-0.3份,填充剂68-72份,润滑剂1.4-1.8份,矫味剂3-5份,粘合剂0.8-1.2份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,填充剂为木糖醇、山梨醇、微晶纤维素、淀粉中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和/或滑石粉。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,矫味剂为柠檬酸、蜂蜜、阿巴斯甜、白糖中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,粘合剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、填充剂混合均匀,加入乙醇润湿,经造粒、干燥、整粒制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A、润滑剂、矫味剂、粘合剂混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得滁菊多糖***片。
8.根据权利要求7所述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中造粒粒径为100-200目;优选地,干燥温度为55-65℃,干燥时间为0.5-1h。
