本发明公开了一种滁菊多糖***片,其原料包括:滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、填充剂、润滑剂、矫味剂、粘合剂。本发明还提出滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、填充剂混合均匀,加入乙醇润湿,经造粒、干燥、整粒,制得预制料A;将预制料A、润滑剂、矫味剂、黏合剂混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得滁菊多糖***片。本发明制得滁菊多糖***片适合各类人群食用,方便携带,保健效果好。

本发明涉及保健食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种滁菊多糖***片及其制备方法。
背景技术
滁菊,为菊科植物菊的干燥头状花序,其味辛、甘、苦,性微寒,具有疏散风热,清巧明目,清热解毒之功效,尤偏于平肝阳,常用于治疗肝阳上亢所致的头晕目眩等症。研究表明,滁菊富含多种生理活性成分,如黄酮、挥发油、多糖等,其中滁菊多糖是滁菊重要的功能成分,具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗氧化、提高免疫力功效,安全无毒,将其开发成保健食品,对改善人们生活水平,提高人们身体健康具有重要意义,目前对滁菊多糖制备方法的研究较多,如何将滁菊多糖制备成一种***片是目前研究的重点。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种滁菊多糖***片及其制备方法,营养价值高,保健效果好,气味芳香,方便携带。
本发明提出一种滁菊多糖***片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖35-50份,滁菊精油0.05-0.5份,填充剂65-75份,润滑剂1-2份,矫味剂2-6份,粘合剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖40-45份,滁菊精油0.1-0.3份,填充剂68-72份,润滑剂1.4-1.8份,矫味剂3-5份,粘合剂0.8-1.2份。
优选地,填充剂为木糖醇、山梨醇、微晶纤维素、淀粉中的一种或多种。
优选地,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和/或滑石粉。
优选地,矫味剂为柠檬酸、蜂蜜、阿巴斯甜、白糖中的一种或多种。
优选地,粘合剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30。
本发明还提出上述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、填充剂混合均匀,加入乙醇润湿,经造粒、干燥、整粒制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A、润滑剂、矫味剂、粘合剂混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得滁菊多糖***片。
优选地,S1中造粒粒径为100-200目。
优选地,S1中干燥温度为55-65℃,干燥时间为0.5-1h。
本发明有益效果:将本发明的滁菊多糖***片经品质评定试验测试,测试可知滁菊多糖***片的风味酸甜适宜,口感顺滑、细腻、无涩味,组织形态完整、表面光滑,色泽均匀、有光泽。
本发明以滁菊多糖为主料,配合滁菊精油、填充剂、润滑剂、矫味剂及粘合剂制得***片,其中滁菊多糖具有抗疲劳、耐缺氧、抗氧化、提高免疫力功效,滁菊精油具有抗菌、消炎的功效,气味浓郁芳香,矫味剂可调整***片的甜味和酸味,增加口感,润滑剂和粘合剂为加工助剂,起到润滑和促进粘合的作用,提高***片稳定性,提高质量;本发明通过造粒、压片和灭菌工艺制得滁菊多糖***片,工艺简便、效率高,制得***片适合各类人群食用,方便携带,健效果好。

一种滁菊多糖***片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖35份,滁菊精油0.05份,木糖醇30份,淀粉35份,硬脂酸镁1份,柠檬酸1份,白糖1份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30 0.5份。

一种滁菊多糖***片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖50份,滁菊精油0.5份,山梨醇35份,微晶纤维素40份,滑石粉2份,柠檬酸3份,阿巴斯甜3份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.5份。
实施例3
一种滁菊多糖***片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖40份,滁菊精油0.1份,淀粉68份,硬脂酸镁1.4份,柠檬酸1份,白糖2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K300.8份。
上述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、淀粉混合均匀,加入乙醇润湿,经造粒制得粒径为100目的颗粒,在温度55℃干燥0.5h后,整粒制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A、硬脂酸镁、柠檬酸、白糖、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得滁菊多糖***片。
实施例4
一种滁菊多糖***片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖40份,滁菊精油0.3份,微晶纤维素72份,滑石粉1.8份,柠檬酸2份,蜂蜜3份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30 1.2份。
上述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、晶纤维素混合均匀,加入乙醇润湿,经造粒制得粒径为200目的颗粒,在温度65℃干燥1h后,整粒制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A、滑石粉、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得滁菊多糖***片。
实施例5
一种滁菊多糖***片,其原料按重量份包括:滁菊多糖42份,滁菊精油0.2份,山梨醇70份,硬脂酸镁1.5份,柠檬酸2份,阿巴斯甜2份,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30 1份。
上述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、山梨醇混合均匀,加入乙醇润湿,经造粒制得粒径为150目的颗粒,在温度60℃干燥0.8h后,整粒制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A、硬脂酸镁、柠檬酸、阿巴斯甜、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得滁菊多糖***片。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,填充剂为木糖醇、山梨醇、微晶纤维素、淀粉中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,润滑剂为硬脂酸镁和/或滑石粉。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,矫味剂为柠檬酸、蜂蜜、阿巴斯甜、白糖中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述滁菊多糖***片,其特征在于,粘合剂为聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30。
7.一种如权利要求1-6任一项所述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将滁菊多糖、滁菊精油、填充剂混合均匀,加入乙醇润湿,经造粒、干燥、整粒制得预制料A;
S2、将预制料A、润滑剂、矫味剂、粘合剂混合均匀,压片成型,灭菌处理后制得滁菊多糖***片。
8.根据权利要求7所述滁菊多糖***片的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中造粒粒径为100-200目;优选地,干燥温度为55-65℃,干燥时间为0.5-1h。
