Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)配置原料,取50‑55份抗菌纤维、20‑25份甲壳素纤维、5‑10份的碳纤维、18‑22份的聚酯纤维;(2)开松混合;(3)梳理铺网;(4)水刺;(5)浸浆;(6)烘干。通过上述方式,本发明工艺简单易控,制得的无纺布具有优异的抗菌、抑菌性能和强度。

一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺技术领域,特别是涉及一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,非织造布加工技术不断提高,非织造布制造工艺及流程配置也在不断改进和完善。非织造布作为一种原料成本低廉、制造工艺简单的产品,越来越深入到人们的日常生活中。非织造布加工技术根据其成布工艺可分为水刺、水刺复合、针刺、热风、热轧、熔喷等多种,其中水刺法是比较常用的一种。水刺法又称水力缠结法、水力喷射法、射流喷网法,是一种独特的、新型的非织造布加工技术。但是现有的水刺无纺材料的制备工艺复杂,成本高,且制得的水刺无纺材料存在强度低、不具有抗菌性能等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高吸湿水刺无纺材料的制备工艺,工艺简单易控,制得的水刺无纺材料具有优异的吸湿性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)配置原料,取50-55份抗菌纤维、20-25份甲壳素纤维、5-10份的碳纤维、18-22份的聚酯纤维;
(2)开松混合,将配方量的抗菌纤维和甲壳素纤维经开松混合得到抗菌纤维混合料,将配方量的碳纤维和聚酯纤维经开松混合得到增强纤维混合料;
(3)梳理铺网,将上述抗菌纤维混合料、增强纤维混合料分别经过梳理机梳理成网,得到抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网,然后将抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网经过牵伸机牵伸,牵伸机的牵伸倍率为2.8-3.2倍;
(4)水刺,将上述抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网进行水刺复合,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网;
(5)浸浆,将上述抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网浸润到抗菌浆料中,然后经压辊进行辊轧;
(6)烘干,将浸浆辊轧后的抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网进行烘干,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌纤维为纳米载银抗菌纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)的原料包括:54份抗菌纤维、22份甲壳素纤维、7份的碳纤维、17份的聚酯纤维。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用合理配方量的纤维原料,依次经开松、梳理铺网、水刺复合、抗菌处理获得抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布,工艺简单易控,制得的无纺布具有优异的抗菌、抑菌性能和强度。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
实施例一:
一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)配置原料,取53份纳米载银抗菌纤维、23份甲壳素纤维、6份的碳纤维、18份的聚酯纤维;
(2)开松混合,将配方量的抗菌纤维和甲壳素纤维经开松混合得到抗菌纤维混合料,将配方量的碳纤维和聚酯纤维经开松混合得到增强纤维混合料;
(3)梳理铺网,将上述抗菌纤维混合料、增强纤维混合料分别经过梳理机梳理成网,得到抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网,然后将抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网经过牵伸机牵伸,牵伸机的牵伸倍率为2.8倍;
(4)水刺,将上述抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网进行水刺复合,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网;
(5)浸浆,将上述抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网浸润到抗菌浆料中,然后经压辊进行辊轧;
(6)烘干,将浸浆辊轧后的抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网进行烘干,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布。
实施例二:
一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)配置原料,取54份纳米载银抗菌纤维、22份甲壳素纤维、7份的碳纤维、17份的聚酯纤维;
(2)开松混合,将配方量的抗菌纤维和甲壳素纤维经开松混合得到抗菌纤维混合料,将配方量的碳纤维和聚酯纤维经开松混合得到增强纤维混合料;
(3)梳理铺网,将上述抗菌纤维混合料、增强纤维混合料分别经过梳理机梳理成网,得到抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网,然后将抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网经过牵伸机牵伸,牵伸机的牵伸倍率为3倍;
(4)水刺,将上述抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网进行水刺复合,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网;
(5)浸浆,将上述抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网浸润到抗菌浆料中,然后经压辊进行辊轧;
(6)烘干,将浸浆辊轧后的抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网进行烘干,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布。
本发明揭示了一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,采用合理配方量的纤维原料,依次经开松、梳理铺网、水刺复合、抗菌处理获得抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布,工艺简单易控,制得的无纺布具有优异的抗菌、抑菌性能和强度。

1.一种抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)配置原料,取50-55份抗菌纤维、20-25份甲壳素纤维、5-10份的碳纤维、18-22份的聚酯纤维;
(2)开松混合,将配方量的抗菌纤维和甲壳素纤维经开松混合得到抗菌纤维混合料,将配方量的碳纤维和聚酯纤维经开松混合得到增强纤维混合料;
(3)梳理铺网,将上述抗菌纤维混合料、增强纤维混合料分别经过梳理机梳理成网,得到抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网,然后将抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网经过牵伸机牵伸,牵伸机的牵伸倍率为2.8-3.2倍;
(4)水刺,将上述抗菌纤维网和增强纤维网进行水刺复合,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网;
(5)浸浆,将上述抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网浸润到抗菌浆料中,然后经压辊进行辊轧;
(6)烘干,将浸浆辊轧后的抗菌纤维基水刺复合纤维网进行烘干,得到抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述抗菌纤维为纳米载银抗菌纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌纤维基水刺复合无纺布的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的原料包括:54份抗菌纤维、22份甲壳素纤维、7份的碳纤维、17份的聚酯纤维。
