Description

Dyed fabric and dyeing method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printing and dyeing, in particular to dyed cloth and a dyeing method thereof.
Background
The prior fabric dyeing and finishing process can only dye a fabric sample into the same color or dye the fabric sample into specific color distribution according to the weaving positions of different fibers, and the color and the pattern are preset, unified and unchangeable; if more or more complex patterns are needed, a printing process is generally adopted, but the printed patterns are rigid and cannot meet the requirements of freedom and individuation; meanwhile, the patterns are prominent and difficult to form a smooth and consistent feeling with the cloth sample, and the printing process needs complicated and time-consuming procedures.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a cloth with colors and patterns that can meet the requirements of freedom and individuation and a corresponding dyeing method thereof.
In order to achieve the above object, the inventors provide a method for dyeing a fabric, comprising the steps of:
feeding: placing cloth in a dye vat, wherein the cloth is stacked along the horizontal direction of the dye vat,
dyeing: and (3) putting the dye liquor into a dye vat, statically dyeing the cloth, immersing the cloth part into the dye liquor, and absorbing the dye liquor by the part of the cloth above the dye liquor through capillary action to show a gradual effect of the design and color.
Further, the cloth includes dyed cloth and grey cloth.
Further, the raw fabric is hot-washed before feeding.
Further, the dyeing process adopts a static dyeing method, and the dye liquor is in a static state in the dyeing process, so that the pattern is stable in the printing and dyeing process.
Further, in the dyeing step, the bath ratio of dyeing is 1: 5-10.
Further, in the dyeing step, after the dye liquor enters a dye vat, the temperature is raised to the dyeing and color fixing temperature of the cloth; the heating rate of the dye liquor is 1.0-2.5 ℃/min. Wherein the dyeing and fixing temperature and time of the cloth dyeing are adjusted according to the material of the cloth or the type of the dye.
Further, the method also comprises a post-treatment step, wherein in the post-treatment step, the dye liquor is cooled before being discharged from the dye vat, and the cooling rate is 1.0-2.0 ℃/min
Further, the dyeing process uses a high temperature overflow dyeing machine.
The inventors also provide a dyed fabric dyed using any of the above described methods.
The dyeing method is characterized in that the cloth is placed in a stacking mode along the horizontal direction of the dye vat, the dye liquor in the dye vat is lower than the cloth, so that the cloth is partially immersed in the dye liquor, the cloth above the dye liquor is not directly immersed in the dye liquor in the dyeing process, the cloth fibers of the part of the cloth absorb the dye liquor on the lower portion through capillary action, the progressive and different-depth dyeing effect or certain white exposure effect is achieved, and the dyeing method has hazy aesthetic feeling. The color and pattern of the fabric of the indirectly dyed or undyed part are different from each other, and the fabric has uniqueness and no reproducibility, and meets the requirements of freedom and individuation of modern people. Meanwhile, the dyeing method has good dyeing stability and can be applied to dyeing of various fabrics.
