本发明公开了一种多功能绿色环保型纳米涂料,其主要成份(重量百分比)为:甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚乳液20~65%;纳米二氧化钛0.3~5%;纳米氧化锌0.2~3%;纳米二氧化硅0.3~3%;纳米碳酸钙0.5~5%;去离子水3~12%;超细滑石粉1~3%;超细碳酸钙3~15%;钛白粉3~25%;分散剂、润湿剂、流变剂、增稠剂、色浆、消泡剂等助剂2~12%,采用本配方生产的这种纳米涂料具有无毒、无污染、耐洗刷、耐划伤、耐紫外线、耐老化、防水、防霉的特点,并且还具有自洁功能,该涂料广泛适用于各种内、外墙的装饰以及金属材料的表面防腐处理。

一种多功能绿色环保型纳米涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种多功能绿色环保型纳米涂料。
背景技术
市场上涂料的品种较多,但这些涂料一般均存在着功能单一 (仅适用于墙体的装饰)和涂层不耐划伤等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防水、防霉、耐洗刷、耐划伤、耐老化、 无毒、无污染并且具有自洁功能的既适用于墙体装饰又适用于金属防腐 的一种多功能绿色环保型纳米涂料。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的一种多功能绿色环保型纳米涂料主要 由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚乳液配 以纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、纳米二氧化硅和纳米碳酸钙所组成。其 具体配比(重量百分比)为:甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基 丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚乳液20~65%;纳米二氧化钛0.3~5%;纳米氧化锌 0.2~3%;纳米二氧化硅0.3~3%;纳米碳酸钙0.5~5%;去离子水3~12%; 超细滑石粉1~3%;超细碳酸钙3~15%;钛白粉3~25%;分散剂、润湿 剂、流变剂、增稠剂、色浆、消泡剂等助剂2~12%。
本发明的具体设施方法是:将去离子水、分散剂、润温剂、流变 剂、消泡剂(部分)等助剂加入到分散机中,开启分散机,然后依次将 超细滑石粉和超细碳酸钙以及钛白粉缓慢加入分散机中,高速分散30 分钟后,用泵将分散机中的物料送入研磨机中研磨。从研磨机中流出的 物料进入中间储罐,如果进入中间储罐内的物料粒度达不到所需要求, 则用泵将其送入研磨机中再次研磨,直至达到所需要求。
将甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚 乳液和增稠剂、色浆以及部分消泡剂加入调配罐中,开启调配罐的搅拌 浆,在搅拌下,向调配罐中依次缓慢加入纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌、 纳米二氧化硅和纳米碳酸钙,搅拌30分钟后,用泵将中间储罐内的物 料缓慢加入调配罐中,继续搅拌30分钟,然后取样测试,如果合格即 可出料包装。
本发明的有益效果是:甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基 丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚乳液具有优异的成膜效果,可以使其涂料的涂层具 有防水、耐划伤的效果,四种纳米材料的配合使用,使其涂层具有优良 的亲水性、光催化性、防水性、耐沾污性、耐老化性以及防霉性和良好 的施工性能。该涂料不但可以用于各种墙体的装饰而且还可以用于金属材料的表面防腐处理。
实施例1,将去离子水12%,分散剂1.2%,润湿剂0.4%,流变 剂2.3%,消泡剂0.05%加入到分散机中,开启分散机,然后依次将超细 滑石粉2%、超细碳酸钙8%、钛白粉14%加入分散机中,高速分散30 分钟后,用泵将分散机中的物料送入研磨机中研磨。从研磨机中流出的 物料进入中间储罐,如果进入中间储罐内的物料粒度达不到所需要求, 则用泵将其送入研磨机中再次研磨,直至达到所需要求。
将甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚 乳液50%、增稠剂0.4%、色浆1.6%以及消泡剂0.05%加入调配罐中, 开启调配罐的搅拌浆,在搅拌下,向调配罐中依次缓慢加入纳米二氧化 钛2%,纳米氧化锌1.5%,纳米二氧化硅2%,纳米碳酸钙2.5%,搅拌 30分钟后,用泵将中间储罐内的物料缓慢加入调配罐中,继续搅拌30 分钟后取样测试,如果测试合格,即可出料包装。

1.一种多功能绿色环保型纳米涂料主要由乳液、水、填充剂和助 剂等所组成,其特征是:它是由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯 乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚乳液、纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧 化锌、纳米二氧化硅、纳米碳酸钙、去离子水、超细滑石粉、 超细碳酸钙、钛白粉、分散剂、润湿剂、流变剂、增稠剂、色 浆、消泡剂等助剂所组成。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能绿色环保型纳米涂料,其特 征是,它的配比(重量百分比)为:甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、 苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯四元共聚乳液20~65%;纳米二氧化钛 0.3~5%;纳米氧化锌0.2~3%;纳米二氧化硅0.3~3%;纳米碳酸钙0.5~5%;去离子水3~12%;超细滑石粉1~3%;超细碳酸钙 3~15%;钛白粉3~25%;分散剂、润湿剂、流变剂、增稠剂、 色浆、消泡剂等助剂2~12%。
