背景技术
随着科技的进步,社会的发展,我国的纺织行业得到了快速的发展,随之而来的是纺织面料的快速发展,普通的面料已经无法满足多元化的市场需求。衬衫品类繁多,是人们日常生活中常用服装。而这种日常必备之物却有着明显的缺点。衬衫作为贴身穿着的衣物,不仅需要透气舒适,吸水性好,这样的衬衫一般采用全棉面料,但是传统的衬衫面料功能较为单一,防静电性、抗皱性能差。
专利201710736279.3公开了一种抗皱抗菌衬衫面料及其制作整理工艺,该面料包括外层、中层和内层,所述该面料按照质量比,主要包括以下组份:棉纤维40%-60%、牛奶蛋白纤维10%-20%、竹炭纤维10%-20%、涤纶纤维5%-10%和PTT纤维5%-10%,所述外层采用竹炭纤维和涤纶纤维混纺而成,所述中层采用棉纤维和PTT纤维混纺而成,所述内层采用牛奶蛋白纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,其中外层与中层之间利用外层纬纱与中层经纱交织结为一体,中层与内层之间利用内层纬纱与中层经纱交织结为一体。该发明所述的衬衫面料不仅舒适吸水,透气性好,并且提高了其抗皱和抑菌效果,穿着舒适安全。但是该发明由于牛奶蛋白纤维等原料价格昂贵、工艺相对复杂,限制了其广泛应用。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点和不足,本发明提供一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,经纱为改性抗皱棉纤维、纬纱为亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维,经密512根/10厘米,纬密510根/10厘米。
所述的改性抗皱棉纤维的制备方法为:在氩等离子体气体压强为80-100Pa、辉光放电功率为10-20W条件下,对棉纤维进行低压等离子处理,处理时间10-15min,得等离子处理的棉纤维;将质量比为2:8-3:7的XLA纤维、等离子处理的棉纤维混合纺丝,得到改性抗皱棉纤维。
所述的亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维的制备方法,以质量份数计,步骤如下:将25-30份乙二醇、130-140份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、5-10份阳离子壳聚糖、2-5份羧甲基环糊精钠、0.5-1份缩聚催化剂加入到反应釜中,常温下搅拌打浆,打浆结束后升温至80-85℃进行酯化反应,3-4h,再加入稳定剂,保温继续反应3-4h后停止加热,得壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液;将壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液缓慢至结晶釜中加热结晶,结晶温度为160-165℃得聚酯晶体,然后将聚酯晶体在170-185℃干燥,然后经冷却切片、拉丝纺织后得亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维。
所述的XLA纤维为陶氏化学公司产品。
所述的阳离子壳聚糖为季铵盐型壳聚糖,数均分子量8000-12000;所述的羧甲基环糊精钠的分子量为800-1500。
所述的缩聚催化剂为乙二醇锑、二氧化锗、三氧化二锑中的至少一种。
所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铝中的至少一种。

以质量百分数计,所述的抗皱液的成分为:5%-10%阳离子丙烯酸乳液、2%-4%次亚磷酸钠、1%-1.5%苹果酸、1%-1.5%酒石酸,其余为水。
所述的阳离子丙烯酸乳液,以质量份数计的制备方法为:将0.4-0.8份过硫酸铵、5-10份阳离子单体溶解在30份水中,得溶液①备用;在反应釜中加入4-8份丙烯酸甲酯、4-8份丙烯酸羟乙酯、15-25份丙烯酸叔丁酯、2-6份苯乙烯、0.5-1.5份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、50-60份去离子水,高速搅拌乳化均匀后,静置1h,除去气泡和上层泡沫,然后加热体系至65-75℃,然后向反应釜中逐滴滴加溶液①,4-6h滴加完毕后保温反应2-4h,停止加热,冷却后出料,即得阳离子丙烯酸乳液。

2、所述的改性抗皱棉纤维经辉光放电处理然后与弹性较好的XLA纤维混纺,其抗皱性能、舒适性能(尤其是吸汗后的舒适性)得到提高;
3、所述的抗皱液的处理机理包括有机酸整理和阳离子丙烯酸乳液树脂浸渍整理,其中阳离子丙烯酸乳液赋予衬衫面料更好的弹性和抗皱效果;
4、所述的亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维由于采用阳离子壳聚糖、羧甲基环糊精钠改性,其亲水效果好,提高了衬衫面料的抗静电性。

将0.4份过硫酸铵、5份丙烯酰胺乙基三甲基氯化铵溶解在30份水中,得溶液①备用;在反应釜中加入8份丙烯酸甲酯、8份丙烯酸羟乙酯、15份丙烯酸叔丁酯、2份苯乙烯、1.5份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、60份去离子水,高速搅拌乳化均匀后,静置1h,除去气泡和上层泡沫,然后加热体系至65℃,然后向反应釜中逐滴滴加溶液①,4h滴加完毕后保温反应4h,停止加热,冷却后出料,即得阳离子丙烯酸乳液。
实施例2
一种抗皱液B的组成成分为:5%阳离子丙烯酸乳液、2%次亚磷酸钠、1.5%苹果酸、1.5%酒石酸,其余为水。
本实施例中所述的阳离子丙烯酸乳液,以质量份数计的制备方法为:
将0.8份过硫酸铵、10份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵溶解在30份水中,得溶液①备用;在反应釜中加入4份丙烯酸甲酯、4份丙烯酸羟乙酯、25份丙烯酸叔丁酯、6份苯乙烯、0.5份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、50份去离子水,高速搅拌乳化均匀后,静置1h,除去气泡和上层泡沫,然后加热体系至75℃,然后向反应釜中逐滴滴加溶液①,6h滴加完毕后保温反应2h,停止加热,冷却后出料,即得阳离子丙烯酸乳液。
实施例3
一种抗皱液C的组成成分为:8%阳离子丙烯酸乳液、2.5%次亚磷酸钠、1.2%苹果酸、1.1%酒石酸,其余为水。
本实施例中所述的阳离子丙烯酸乳液,以质量份数计的制备方法为:
将0.6份过硫酸铵、8份甲基丙烯酰胺乙基三甲基氯化铵溶解在30份水中,得溶液①备用;在反应釜中加入7份丙烯酸甲酯、5份丙烯酸羟乙酯、18份丙烯酸叔丁酯、3.5份苯乙烯、0.6份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、54份去离子水,高速搅拌乳化均匀后,静置1h,除去气泡和上层泡沫,然后加热体系至70℃,然后向反应釜中逐滴滴加溶液①,5h滴加完毕后保温反应3h,停止加热,冷却后出料,即得阳离子丙烯酸乳液。
实施例4
一种改性抗皱棉纤维H的制备方法为:在氩等离子体气体压强为80Pa、辉光放电功率为20W条件下,对棉纤维进行低压等离子处理,处理时间10min,得等离子处理的棉纤维;将质量比为3:7的XLA纤维、等离子处理的棉纤维混合纺丝,得到改性抗皱棉纤维H。
实施例5
一种改性抗皱棉纤维J的制备方法为:在氩等离子体气体压强为100Pa、辉光放电功率为10W条件下,对棉纤维进行低压等离子处理,处理时间15min,得等离子处理的棉纤维;将质量比为2:8的XLA纤维、等离子处理的棉纤维混合纺丝,得到改性抗皱棉纤维J。
实施例6
一种改性抗皱棉纤维K的制备方法为:在氩等离子体气体压强为90Pa、辉光放电功率为15W条件下,对棉纤维进行低压等离子处理,处理时间12min,得等离子处理的棉纤维;将质量比为3:8的XLA纤维、等离子处理的棉纤维混合纺丝,得到改性抗皱棉纤维K。
实施例7
一种亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维M的制备方法,以质量份数计,步骤如下:将28份乙二醇、134份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、7份阳离子壳聚糖、3份羧甲基环糊精钠、0.6份缩乙二醇锑加入到反应釜中,常温下搅拌打浆,打浆结束后升温至83℃进行酯化反应,3.5h,再加入硬脂酸锌,保温继续反应3.5h后停止加热,得壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液;将壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液缓慢至结晶釜中加热结晶,结晶温度为162℃得聚酯晶体,然后将聚酯晶体在175℃干燥,然后经冷却切片、拉丝纺织后得亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维M。
实施例8
一种亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维N的制备方法,以质量份数计,步骤如下:将25份乙二醇、130份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、5份阳离子壳聚糖、5份羧甲基环糊精钠、0.5份三氧化二锑加入到反应釜中,常温下搅拌打浆,打浆结束后升温至80℃进行酯化反应,4h,再加入硬脂酸铝,保温继续反应3h后停止加热,得壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液;将壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液缓慢至结晶釜中加热结晶,结晶温度为160℃得聚酯晶体,然后将聚酯晶体在170℃干燥,然后经冷却切片、拉丝纺织后得亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维N。
实施例9
一种亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维P的制备方法,以质量份数计,步骤如下:将30份乙二醇、140份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、10份阳离子壳聚糖、2份羧甲基环糊精钠、1份二氧化锗加入到反应釜中,常温下搅拌打浆,打浆结束后升温至85℃进行酯化反应,3h,再加入硬脂酸锌,保温继续反应4h后停止加热,得壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液;将壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液缓慢至结晶釜中加热结晶,结晶温度为165℃得聚酯晶体,然后将聚酯晶体在185℃干燥,然后经冷却切片、拉丝纺织后得亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维P。
实施例10
一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料X,其特征在于,经纱为改性抗皱棉纤维、纬纱为亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维,经密512根/10厘米,纬密510根/10厘米;其制备方法为:(1)以改性抗皱棉纤维H为经纱、以亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维M为纬纱纺纱;(2)经纱筒纱染色:包括松筒,装笼,入缸,前处理,染色,后处理,脱水,烘干,紧筒;(3)织造:包括整经,浆纱,穿综,织布;(4)抗皱整理:放入抗皱液A中浸轧处理10min,取出后75℃干燥,得到抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料。
实施例11
一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料Y,其特征在于,经纱为改性抗皱棉纤维、纬纱为亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维,经密512根/10厘米,纬密510根/10厘米;其制备方法为:(1)以改性抗皱棉纤维J为经纱、以亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维N为纬纱纺纱;(2)经纱筒纱染色:包括松筒,装笼,入缸,前处理,染色,后处理,脱水,烘干,紧筒;(3)织造:包括整经,浆纱,穿综,织布;(4)抗皱整理:放入抗皱液B中浸轧处理15min,取出后60℃干燥,得到抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料Y。
实施例12
一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料Z,其特征在于,经纱为改性抗皱棉纤维、纬纱为亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维,经密512根/10厘米,纬密510根/10厘米;其制备方法为:(1)以改性抗皱棉纤维K为经纱、以亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维P为纬纱纺纱;(2)经纱筒纱染色:包括松筒,装笼,入缸,前处理,染色,后处理,脱水,烘干,紧筒;(3)织造:包括整经,浆纱,穿综,织布;(4)抗皱整理:放入抗皱液C中浸轧处理13min,取出后68℃干燥,得到抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料Z。
抗菌性能测试:按照GB/T20944.3-2008《纺织品抗菌性能的评价第三部分:震荡法》测试实施例10-12和市售抗菌衬衫面料(对比例)的抗菌性能;灭菌方法:高压蒸汽灭菌;震荡液0.03mol/L磷酸缓冲液;接触温度24±1℃;接触时间18h;测试菌种:大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,菌种初始浓度2.5×104CFU/mL;检测数据如表1。

由表1可以看出,本发明所述的抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料的抗菌性能突出,可杀死98%以上的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,且抗菌性能优于市售抗菌衬衫面料。
耐色、耐水抗皱检测:按照GB1841-2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》B类、GB/T2660-2008《衬衫》、美国纺织检测标准AATCC66-2003对实施例10-12进行检测,检测数据如下表2。

由表2可以看出本发明所述的抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料的耐洗色牢度、耐水色牢度复合GB 1841-2010要求,水洗尺寸变化率较低、抗折回复角大于350°,说明本发明具有极好的抗皱效果且水洗收缩小。
抗静电性能:按照GB/T 12703.2-2009《纺织品静电性能的评定》对实施例10-12和市售抗静电混纺衬衫面料的表面电阻率,按照FZ/T 01042-1996《纺织材料静电性能静电压半衰期的测定》测定静电压和半衰期,测试数据如表3:

由表3可以看出本发明所述的抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料的抗静电性能远远优于市售市售抗静电混纺衬衫面料。

Claims (10)

1.一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,经纱为改性抗皱棉纤维、纬纱为亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,所述的改性抗皱棉纤维的制备方法为:在氩等离子体气体压强为80-100Pa、辉光放电功率为10-20W条件下,对棉纤维进行低压等离子处理,处理时间10-15min,得等离子处理的棉纤维;将质量比为2:8-3:7的XLA纤维、等离子处理的棉纤维混合纺丝,得到改性抗皱棉纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,所述的亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维的制备方法,以质量份数计,步骤如下:将25-30份乙二醇、130-140份对苯二甲酸二甲酯、5-10份阳离子壳聚糖、2-5份羧甲基环糊精钠、0.5-1份缩聚催化剂加入到反应釜中,常温下搅拌打浆,打浆结束后升温至80-85℃进行酯化反应3-4h,再加入稳定剂,保温继续反应3-4h后停止加热,得壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液;将壳聚糖改性聚酯溶液缓慢加入至结晶釜中加热结晶,结晶温度为160-165℃,得聚酯晶体;然后将聚酯晶体在170-185℃干燥,再经冷却切片、拉丝纺织后得亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,所述的阳离子壳聚糖为季铵盐型壳聚糖,数均分子量8000-12000;所述的羧甲基环糊精钠的分子量为800-1500。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,所述的缩聚催化剂为乙二醇锑、二氧化锗、三氧化二锑中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,所述的稳定剂为硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸锌、硬脂酸铝中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,其制备方法为:(1)以改性抗皱棉纤维为经纱、以亲水抗菌型聚酯纤维为纬纱纺纱;(2)经纱筒纱染色:包括松筒,装笼,入缸,前处理,染色,后处理,脱水,烘干,紧筒;(3)织造:包括整经,浆纱,穿综,织布;(4)抗皱整理:放入抗皱液中浸轧处理10-15min,取出后60-75℃干燥,得到抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,以质量百分数计,所述的抗皱液的成分为:5%-10%阳离子丙烯酸乳液、2%-4%次亚磷酸钠、1%-1.5%苹果酸、1%-1.5%酒石酸,其余为水。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,所述的阳离子丙烯酸乳液,以质量份数计,其制备方法为:
将0.4-0.8份过硫酸铵、5-10份阳离子单体溶解在30份水中,得溶液①备用;在反应釜中加入4-8份丙烯酸甲酯、4-8份丙烯酸羟乙酯、15-25份丙烯酸叔丁酯、2-6份苯乙烯、0.5-1.5份十二烷基三甲基氯化铵、50-60份去离子水,高速搅拌乳化均匀后,静置1h,除去气泡和上层泡沫,然后加热反应体系至65-75℃,然后向反应釜中逐滴滴加溶液①;4-6h滴加完毕后保温反应2-4h,停止加热,冷却后出料,即得阳离子丙烯酸乳液。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种抑菌抗皱防静电衬衫面料,其特征在于,所述的阳离子单体为二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、丙烯酰胺乙基三甲基氯化铵、甲基丙烯酰胺乙基三甲基氯化铵中的至少一种。
