技术领域
本发明涉及通过推力轴承来支承作为旋转体的卡合元件的轴向载荷的动力传递装置。
背景技术
作为汽车的动力传递装置,例如如专利文献1或专利文献2所示,存在具备设置于旋转轴的外径侧的离合器的装置。专利文献1或专利文献2所记载的动力传递装置具备能够在排列配置于同轴上的两个旋转轴之间对有无旋转传递进行切换的离合器。该离合器具备:固定于一个旋转轴的作为卡合元件的离合器引导件;和在离合器引导件的内周侧固定于另一个旋转轴的作为卡合元件的离合器毂部。另外,离合器具备摩擦卡合部,该摩擦卡合部是在离合器引导件内固定于该离合器引导件的多个摩擦件与固定于离合器毂部的多个摩擦件沿轴向交替地层叠而成的。
而且,在上述离合器中设有:用于将摩擦卡合部沿着摩擦件的层叠方向按压的活塞部件;收容活塞部件的活塞引导件;在活塞外壳内在与活塞部件之间被划分、且产生用于将活塞部件向摩擦卡合部驱动的液压的活塞室。由此,通过在活塞室产生的液压来驱动活塞部件,并通过该活塞部件将摩擦卡合部按压卡合,由此离合器接合。
在这样的离合器中,若活塞部件按压摩擦卡合部,则与活塞部件相对的离合器引导件经由摩擦卡合部而被按压。在此,以往,如专利文献1、专利文献2那样,通过在离合器引导件上配设一个小径的推力轴承来支承来自活塞部件的轴向载荷。
然而,在离合器引导件的直径与小径的推力轴承的直径不同的情况下,若来自活塞部件的按压力施加于离合器引导件,则会使离合器引导件的一部分挠曲,因此在离合器引导件中产生轴偏移。若离合器引导件产生轴偏移、与离合器毂部之间的相对的轴偏移变大的话,则有可能产生异声。

发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述问题点而完成的,其目的在于,提供一种动力传递装置,抑制卡合元件相对于旋转轴线的轴偏移,防止因轴偏移导致的异声的产生。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的动力传递装置(例如实施方式中的离合器装置5)的特征在于,具备:具有同一旋转轴线的第1旋转轴(例如实施方式中的中心轴4)及第2旋转轴(例如实施方式中的输出轴6);具有多个第1摩擦件(例如实施方式中的隔片(separatorplate)53)且与上述第1旋转轴一体旋转的第1卡合元件(例如实施方式中的离合器引导件51);具有多个第2摩擦件(例如实施方式中的摩擦片54)且与上述第2旋转轴一体旋转的第2卡合元件(例如实施方式中的离合器毂部52);上述第1卡合元件和上述第2卡合元件沿轴向交替地层叠而成的摩擦卡合部(例如实施方式中的摩擦卡合部F);以及以能够沿轴向移动的方式设置且按压上述摩擦卡合部来使上述第1摩擦件与上述第2摩擦件卡合的按压部件(例如实施方式中的活塞57),上述第1卡合元件和上述第2卡合元件中的、隔着上述摩擦卡合部位于上述按压部件的相反侧的卡合元件(例如实施方式中的离合器引导件51)通过具有相互不同的直径的内径侧推力轴承(例如实施方式中的内径侧推力轴承31)及外径侧推力轴承(例如实施方式中的外径侧推力轴承32)而在轴向上被支承。
通过像这样利用直径不同的两个推力轴承在轴向上支承隔着摩擦卡合部位于按压部件的相反侧的卡合元件,而在多个部位支承该卡合元件的轴向的载荷。这样,在通过按压部件的按压力按压摩擦卡合部的情况下,与仅在一个部位支承该卡合元件的轴向载荷的情况相比较,能够抑制该卡合元件相对于旋转轴线偏移。由此,能够抑制卡合元件相对于旋转轴线的轴偏移,防止因轴偏移导致的异声的产生。
另外,在上述的动力传递装置中,其特征在于,上述外径侧推力轴承以径向的位置相对于上述按压部件重叠的方式配设。
通过像这样将外径侧推力轴承配设于相对于按压部件在径向上重叠的位置,从按压部件经由摩擦卡合部作用于卡合元件的力和从外径侧推力轴承作用于卡合元件的力不会在径向上偏移。由此,能够抑制卡合元件的轴偏移。
另外,在上述的动力传递装置中,其特征在于,上述外径侧推力轴承配设于相对于上述内径侧推力轴承在轴向上重叠的位置。
通过像这样将外径侧推力轴承配设于相对于内径侧推力轴承在轴向上重叠的位置,能够将装置的轴向尺寸构成得较小。
另外,在上述的动力传递装置中,其特征在于,上述内径侧推力轴承及上述外径侧推力轴承是推力针状轴承(例如实施方式中的推力滚针轴承)。
通过像这样将内径侧推力轴承及外径侧推力轴承设为推力针状轴承,能够有效地支承轴向的载荷。

以下,参照附图来详细说明本发明的实施方式。图1是表示本实施方式的离合器装置5的主要部分剖视图。在本实施方式中,作为具有离合器装置5的驱动力传递装置100而例示液压式的驱动力传递装置100进行说明。驱动力传递装置100是用于将驱动轴1的旋转向左右的驱动轮(未图示)分配的差速机构。驱动力传递装置100具有与未图示的传动轴结合的驱动轴1。向驱动轴1传递来自未图示的驱动源的驱动力。
驱动力传递装置100具有:与驱动轴1一体旋转的驱动锥齿轮2;与该驱动锥齿轮2啮合的从动锥齿轮3;和与驱动轴1正交地配置且与从动锥齿轮3以一体旋转的方式结合的中心轴4。另外,具有:左右的离合器装置5L、5R,其配置于中心轴4的左右;和左右的输出轴6L、6R,其将由左右的离合器装置5L、5R传递的各驱动力分别向左右的驱动轮(未图示)传递。中心轴4对于左右的离合器装置5L、5R来说相当于输入轴,左右的输出轴6L、6R对于左右的离合器装置5L、5R来说相当于输出轴。
另外,驱动力传递装置100具备:电动油泵7,其向左右的离合器装置5L、5R供给进行装置的工作及润滑的油;左右的调压阀8L、8R,其对从电动油泵7排出的各油的压力进行调压;以及外壳9,其是将包含离合器装置5L、5R在内的整体覆盖的筐体。
在中心轴4上固定有从动锥齿轮3,中心轴4整体一体旋转。在中心轴4的左右端,在圆周方向上形成有多个花键齿,以与对应的左右的离合器装置5L、5R的卡合元件一体旋转的方式进行花键结合。
中心轴4经由圆锥轴承11、12而被轴支承于差速机构的外壳9。圆锥轴承11通过由外壳9和从动锥齿轮3将其轴向夹入而被固定。圆锥轴承12通过由外壳9和中心轴4将其轴向夹入而被固定。
电动油泵7由产生旋转动力的马达部71、和通过其旋转动力将油从滤油器吸引并向左右的离合器装置5L、5R压送的泵部72构成,泵部72形成为在泵轴73上串联连接左右两个内接齿轮泵74而成的双联泵构造。
此外,在本实施方式中,例如左侧的内接齿轮泵74L向左侧的离合器装置5L压送油,右侧的内接齿轮泵74R向右侧的离合器装置5R压送油。在左右的离合器装置5L、5R的正侧面分别大致对称地配置有左右的调压阀8L、8R。左右的调压阀8L、8R由电磁调压阀构成。
图2是本实施方式的右侧的离合器装置5R的周边部的说明图,是图1的A部放大图。左右的离合器装置5L、5R由湿式多片离合器构成。左右的离合器装置5L、5R为相同构成,因此,在此仅说明离合器装置5R。另外,在以后的说明中,表示左或右的添加标记L、R根据需要而省略。
如图2所示,离合器装置5R具有:与中心轴4一体旋转的作为输入侧旋转部件的离合器引导件51;和与输出轴6R一体旋转的输出侧旋转部件的离合器毂部52。
离合器引导件51由以下部分形成:与中心轴4花键结合的内周圆筒部51a;外周圆筒部51b;和将内周圆筒部51a与外周圆筒部51b沿径向连结的中空圆板状的圆板状部51c。在离合器引导件51的内周圆筒部51a的靠近根部处形成有花键部55,该花键部55花键结合于中心轴4的右端。通过该结构,离合器引导件51与中心轴4一体旋转。
离合器毂部52由以下部分形成:与输出轴6R花键结合的内周圆筒部52a;外周圆筒部52b;和将内周圆筒部52a与外周圆筒部52b沿径向连结的中空圆板状的圆板状部52c。在离合器毂部52的内周圆筒部52a的靠近根部处形成有花键部56,该花键部56花键结合于输出轴6R。通过该结构,离合器毂部52与输出轴6R一体旋转。
离合器引导件51和离合器毂部52经由球轴承13而相互以轴承形式被支承,且能够相对旋转。另一方面,离合器毂部52能够经由球轴承14而相对于调压阀8R的壳体58相对旋转。
在离合器引导件51的外周圆筒部51b的内周面,沿轴向以规定间隔排列并花键结合有作为摩擦件的多个隔片53。另一方面,在离合器毂部52的外周圆筒部52b的外周面,沿轴向以规定间隔排列并花键结合有作为摩擦件的多个摩擦片54。各隔片53和各摩擦片54以沿轴向交替地层叠的方式配置,构成摩擦卡合部F。
另外,在离合器装置5中配设有用于按压摩擦卡合部F的活塞57。活塞57为中空圆环状,以能够向轴向(图2的左方向)移动的方式设置。在活塞57上具有按压摩擦卡合部F的按压部57a。按压部57a配置于中空圆环状的活塞57的整体或活塞57的至少一部分。
活塞57通过活塞室59的液压而被驱动,以能够得到摩擦卡合部F所需的离合器接合量的方式被控制。在离合器接合时,活塞57的按压部57a按压摩擦卡合部F,由此,隔片53与摩擦片54摩擦卡合。
在本实施方式中,隔着摩擦卡合部F位于活塞57的相反侧的卡合元件是离合器引导件51。因此,在离合器接合时,来自活塞57的按压部57a的按压力经由摩擦卡合部F作用于离合器引导件51。在本实施方式中,作为抵抗该按压力而在轴向上支承离合器引导件51的部件,具有两个推力轴承。具体而言,离合器引导件51的圆板状部51c通过具有相互不同的直径的内径侧推力轴承31和外径侧推力轴承32而在轴向上被支承。
内径侧推力轴承31配设于离合器引导件51与外壳9之间,在轴向上支承离合器引导件51的圆板状部51c的内径侧。另外,外径侧推力轴承32配设于离合器引导件51与外壳9之间,由比内径侧推力轴承31大的直径构成。内径侧推力轴承31及外径侧推力轴承32在本实施方式中使用滚针轴承。
接下来,说明内径侧推力轴承31及外径侧推力轴承32的位置关系。外径侧推力轴承32配设于相对于活塞57在径向上重叠的位置。具体而言,如图2中的假想线L1所示,外径侧推力轴承32相对于作为活塞57的一部分的按压部57a在径向上重叠。
另外,外径侧推力轴承32配设于相对于内径侧推力轴承31在轴向上重叠的位置。具体而言,如图2中的假想线L2所示,外径侧推力轴承32相对于内径侧推力轴承31的一部分在轴向上重叠。
如上所述,在本实施方式的离合器装置5中,通过直径不同的两个推力轴承在轴向上支承隔着摩擦卡合部F位于活塞57的相反侧的离合器引导件51,由此,在多个部位支承该卡合元件的轴向的载荷。这样,在通过活塞57的按压力按压摩擦卡合部F的情况下,与仅在一个部位支承离合器引导件51的轴向载荷的情况相比较,能够抑制离合器引导件51相对于旋转轴线偏移。由此,能够抑制离合器引导件51相对于旋转轴线的轴偏移,防止因轴偏移导致的异声的产生。
图3是说明由推力轴承的配置实现的具体效果的图,(a)是表示外径侧推力轴承32与活塞57的位置关系的图,(b)是表示外径侧推力轴承32与内径侧推力轴承31的位置关系的图。
如图3的(a)的假想线L1所示,通过将外径侧推力轴承32配设于相对于活塞57在径向上重叠的位置,从活塞57经由摩擦卡合部F作用于离合器引导件51的力P1和从外径侧推力轴承32作用于离合器引导件51的力P2不会在离合器引导件51的径向上偏移。由此,能够抑制离合器引导件51的轴偏移。
另外,如图3的(b)的假想线L2所示,通过将外径侧推力轴承32配设于相对于内径侧推力轴承31在轴向上重叠的位置,能够将装置的轴向尺寸W构成得较小。
另外,在上述的离合器装置5中,其特征在于,内径侧推力轴承31及外径侧推力轴承32是推力滚针轴承。由此,能够有效地支承轴向的载荷。
以上说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明并不限定于上述实施方式,能够在权利要求书、及说明书和附图所记载的技术构思的范围内进行各种变形。
在前述的实施方式中,作为推力轴承的优选形态而例示推力滚针轴承进行了说明,但轴承的形状不限于此。例如,也可以是推力球轴承等其他的推力轴承。

Claims (3)

1.一种动力传递装置,其特征在于,具备:
具有同一旋转轴线的第1旋转轴及第2旋转轴;
具有多个第1摩擦件且与所述第1旋转轴一体旋转的第1卡合元件;
具有多个第2摩擦件且与所述第2旋转轴一体旋转的第2卡合元件;
所述第1卡合元件和所述第2卡合元件沿轴向交替地层叠而成的摩擦卡合部;以及
以能够沿轴向移动的方式设置且按压所述摩擦卡合部来使所述第1摩擦件与所述第2摩擦件卡合的按压部件,
所述第1卡合元件和所述第2卡合元件中的、隔着所述摩擦卡合部位于所述按压部件的相反侧的卡合元件,通过具有相互不同的直径的内径侧推力轴承及外径侧推力轴承而在轴向上被支承,
所述内径侧推力轴承及所述外径侧推力轴承以抵抗所述按压部件的按压力的方式支承隔着所述摩擦卡合部位于所述按压部件的相反侧的所述卡合元件,
所述外径侧推力轴承配设于相对于所述按压部件在径向上重叠的位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述外径侧推力轴承配设于相对于所述内径侧推力轴承在轴向上重叠的位置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的动力传递装置,其特征在于,
所述内径侧推力轴承及所述外径侧推力轴承是滚针轴承。
