Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种三层压接装置,包括石墨缆接地引下线、镀锌钢接线板以及中间连接头,其中:石墨缆接地引下线、镀锌钢接线板,其包括平板段及尾管,所述尾管进一步包括顺序排布的内管和外管;中间压接件,所述压接件的截面呈U型;外层压接管,为金属圆筒;其中,所述中间压接件容纳所述伸出端部的多条石墨线,在所述中间压接件表面排布有所述伸出端部的多条金属线,在最外侧套设有所述外层压接管并压紧;所述内管容纳所述外层压接管,并压紧;所述外管容纳所述石墨缆接地引下线伸出有金属丝的一端并压紧。实施本发明实施例,可以实现石墨缆接地引下线与铁塔镀锌钢材的可靠连接,其具有很强的抗破坏性能、定位性能和密封性能。

Description

一种三层压接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及电力技术应用领域,尤其涉及石墨接地缆中间连接接头的结构。
背景技术
目前输电线路杆塔接地装置为解决锈蚀、偷盗等问题,推广应用柔性石墨复合接地带,针对短路电流较大场合应用的柔性石墨复合接地带,须在其中掺入少量金属丝以增大接地带短时工频电流耐受能力。该种接地带在与塔材连接终端头到埋地的露空引线部份上外包一层钢铠作为防止石墨材料流失以及接地带外力破坏。采用双层镀锌钢扁平管压紧方式制作终端接头时,扁平管双层压接空间没有密封,内部金属材料在环境作用下发生腐蚀,同时金属材料的压力会随温度变化,导致金属间接触不良,接续电阻增大,降低整个接地装置的功能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种三层压接装置,可以实现石墨缆接地引下线与铁塔镀锌钢材的可靠连接,并能使压接装置具有很强的抗破坏能力及更好的定位性能及密封性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种三层压接装置,包括石墨缆接地引下线、镀锌钢接线板以及中间连接头,其中:石墨缆接地引下线,其由外至内分别包括钢铠、石墨编织布,所述石墨编织布包裹有层叠设置的多条石墨线以及金属丝,且所述多条石墨线以及金属丝伸出所述石墨缆接地引下线的一端端部之外并分离;
镀锌钢接线板,其包括平板段及尾管,所述平板段上设置有与铁塔相连接的固定孔,所述尾管进一步包括顺序排布的内管和外管,所述外管管径大于所述内管的管径,且在外管和内管的相对侧进一步分别设置有相互配合的V型槽和V型楔子,且所述V型槽和V型楔子表面设置一层密封像胶层;
中间压接件,所述压接件的截面呈U型,在所述中间压接件内壁通压有制波浪纹路,并通过碳纳米导电胶铺设有一层石墨纸;
外层压接管,为金属圆筒;
其中,所述中间压接件容纳所述伸出端部的多条石墨线,在所述中间压接件表面排布有所述伸出端部的多条金属线,在最外侧套设有所述外层压接管并压紧;
所述内管容纳所述外层压接管,并压紧;
所述外管容纳所述石墨缆接地引下线伸出有金属丝的一端并压紧,使所述V型槽和V型楔子相配合并密封。
其中,所述内管厚度小于外管。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供的管型三层压接装置,可以将石墨缆接地引下线中的石墨线压紧在压接件中,然后将金属丝铺设在所述压接件表面,并将所述压接件容设在镀锌钢接线板的尾管中,并压紧;可以实现金属丝与镀锌钢材直接接触连接同时石墨线与铁塔镀锌钢材也有可靠接触连接,保证了终端接头部分导电性能优良,不低于接地缆本体;
同时,由于石墨缆接地引下线中的一端整体容设在压接件中并挤压,以及后续对尾管的挤压,故可以在接头内石墨缆接地引下线中钢铠的防护作用上,配合两次挤压作用,可以保证压接装置具有很强的抗破坏能力;
由于尾管采用内管和外管结构,同时设置楔子与U型槽之间的配合,且在所述V型槽和V型楔子表面设置一层密封像胶层,从而使定位更加准确,密封效果更好,可以更加贴合中间压接件和石墨缆接地引下线,使结构更加牢固。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在此,还需要说明的是,为了避免因不必要的细节而模糊了本发明,在附图中仅仅示出了与根据本发明的方案密切相关的结构和/或处理步骤,而省略了与本发明关系不大的其他细节。
如图1所示,示出了本发明提供的一种三层压接装置的整体应用环境示意图;一并结合图2至图7所示。在本实施例中,所述管型三层压接装置包括石墨缆接地引下线9、镀锌钢接线板8以及中间连接头10,其中:
石墨缆接地引下线9,其由外至内分别包括钢铠93、石墨编织布90,所述石墨编织布90包裹有层叠设置的多条石墨线92以及金属丝91,且所述多条石墨线92及多条金属丝91伸出石墨缆接地引下线9的其中一个端部之外;其中钢铠93可以增强石墨缆接地引下线9防外力破坏的能力;
镀锌钢接线板8,其包括平板段80及尾管,所述平板段80上设置有与铁塔相连接的固定孔800,所述尾管进一步包括顺序排布的内管81和外管82,所述外管82管径大于所述内管81的管径,在一个具体的例子中,所述内管和外管可以通过金属片弯卷而成,具体可参见图3所示;更进一步的,为了增强外管和内管在挤压时的定位,在一个实施例中,且在外管82和内管81的相对侧进一步分别设置有相互配合的V型槽83和V型楔子84,其中,可以采用焊接的方式进行设置;且在所述V型槽83和V型楔子84表面设置一层密封像胶层85,以使两者配合时可以达到更好的密封效果,其结构如图5所示。
中间压接件10,所述中间压接件10为长方形薄金属片弯卷而成,所述压接件10截面呈U型,可进一步的,在所述中间压接件10内壁通压有制波浪纹路11,并通过碳纳米导电胶铺设有一层石墨纸12,具体请参见图6所示;
外层压接管16,为金属圆筒,具体可以通过金属片弯卷而成,其管径可容纳所述中间压接件,具体如图7所示;
其中,所述中间压接件10容纳所述伸出端部的多条石墨92线,在所述中间压接件10表面排布有所述伸出端部的多条金属线91,在最外侧套设有所述外层压接管16并压紧;
所述内管81容纳所述外层压接管16,并压紧;
所述外管82容纳所述石墨缆接地引下线9伸出有金属丝91的一端并压紧。
下面简要介绍一下,在实施应用中所述中间连接头的施工过程:
首先,制作镀锌钢接线板8的扁平尾管,采用一钢板(如图3所示),从一端向另一端180度弯卷,形成内管81;另一端再向对侧360度弯卷,形成外管82。内管81的钢板宽度只有外管82宽度的一般,且内管81厚度小于外管82
然后,将石墨缆接地引下线9的端头剥开一定长度的钢铠93和石墨编织布90,将露出端部的金属丝91和石墨线92,将所述分离出的石墨线92***中间压接件10中,并将分离出的金属丝91捋顺、平直的铺在中间压接件10的外表面;然后套上外层压接管16,挤压外层压接管16,使其与金属丝91、中间压接件10以及石墨线92固定;;
将压接好的外层压接管16***扁平尾管的内管81中,其后端的石墨带接地引下线9***扁平尾管的外管82中,再对扁平尾管进行上下垂直挤压,使得扁平尾管钢板开口处楔子84与V型槽83位置对应,将楔子压入V型槽中,并利用密封橡胶层85进行密封,形成石墨带接地引下线与铁塔塔材连接的终端接头,即可实现金属丝完全金属连接,同时钢铠的保护作用不受影响。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:
本发明提供的管型三层压接装置,可以将石墨缆接地引下线中的石墨线压紧在中间压接件中,然后将金属丝铺设在所述压接件表面,并通过外层压接管进行压接,然后容设在镀锌钢接线板的尾管中,并压紧;可以实现金属丝与镀锌钢材直接接触连接同时石墨线与铁塔镀锌钢材也有可靠接触连接,保证了终端接头部分导电性能优良,不低于接地缆本体;
同时,由于石墨缆接地引下线中的一端整体容设在外管中并挤压,以及后续对尾管的挤压,故可以在接头内石墨缆接地引下线中钢铠的防护作用上,配合两次挤压作用,可以保证压接装置具有很强的抗破坏能力;
由于尾管采用内管和外管结构,同时设置楔子与U型槽之间的配合,且在所述V型槽和V型楔子表面设置一层密封像胶层,从而使定位更加准确,密封效果更好,可以更加贴合中间压接件和石墨缆接地引下线,使结构更加牢固。

1.一种三层压接装置,其特征在于,包括石墨缆接地引下线、镀锌钢接线板以及中间压接件,其中:
石墨缆接地引下线,其由外至内分别包括钢铠、石墨编织布,所述石墨编织布包裹有层叠设置的多条石墨线以及金属丝,且所述多条石墨线以及金属丝伸出所述石墨缆接地引下线的一端端部之外并分离;
镀锌钢接线板,其包括平板段及尾管,所述平板段上设置有与铁塔相连接的固定孔,所述尾管进一步包括顺序排布的内管和外管,所述外管管径大于所述内管的管径,且在外管和内管的相对侧进一步分别设置有相互配合的V型槽和V型楔子,且所述V型槽和V型楔子表面设置一层密封橡胶层;
中间压接件,所述中间压接件的截面呈U型,在所述中间压接件内壁通压有制波浪纹路,并通过碳纳米导电胶铺设有一层石墨纸;
外层压接管,为金属圆筒;
其中,所述中间压接件容纳伸出端部的所述多条石墨线,在所述中间压接件表面排布有伸出端部的所述多条金属线,在最外侧套设有所述外层压接管并压紧;
所述内管容纳所述外层压接管,并压紧;
所述外管容纳所述石墨缆接地引下线伸出有金属丝的一端并压紧,使所述V型槽和V型楔子相配合并密封;
其中,所述内管厚度小于外管。
