Abstract

本发明公开了一种羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,包括以下步骤:S1,配置含有离子液体、水、葡萄色素、媒染剂和润湿剂的染液,按重量百分比计,葡萄色素0.5~4份、离子液体30~55份、水20~25份、媒染剂0.2~2份、润湿剂0.1~0.5份;S2,将S1所得染液加热至40~50℃,然后将羊毛面料置于染液中,浴比为1:(30~50),以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至90~95℃,保温反应50~80min,然后降温至70~75℃,保温反应20~30min,最后降温至室温,经过水洗、中性皂洗、水洗、晾干,得到成本的葡萄色素染色羊毛面料。离子液体在加热条件下使鳞片呈翘起状态,有利于染料的吸附。

一种羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺
技术领域
本发明属于羊毛面料染色技术领域,具体涉及一种羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺。
背景技术
羊毛纤维是纺织工业的重要原料,由于其具有吸湿性好、保暖舒适、手感柔软丰满等优异性能,而成为最高档的纺织消费品之一。然而羊毛纤维的外壳鳞片层由片状角朊细胞组成,薄而透明,是表面细胞经过变形后失去细胞组织(原生质),而形成角状薄片。鳞片在毛干外覆盖形状可分为环状覆盖、瓦状覆盖、龟裂状覆盖。鳞片层材质致密,染座少,因此染料上染率较低。
天然植物染料的特点在于,采用不同的媒染剂可获得不同的美丽色泽,同时还具有较强的色牢度。葡萄色素属于花色苷类色素,属类黄酮化合物,是花色苷元与糖结合成的苷,花色苷元的基本结构单元是 2-苯基苯并吡喃型阳离子。葡萄色素安全、无毒,且具有抗紫外线及抑菌功能,同时还具有抗氧化、抗诱变、清除自由基的作用。现有技术中常见天然植物用于丝光羊毛的染色。羊毛纤维的染色路线通常为:采用氯化物或者氧化物处理去除鳞片层或者部分去除鳞片层,然后实施预媒染色、同浴媒染或者后媒染色,上述过程工序繁杂。
因此,有必要对现有技术中的丝光羊毛棉混纺面料植物染料染色工艺进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,所得面料上染速率高,颜色鲜艳且色牢度较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,配置含有离子液体、水、葡萄色素、媒染剂和润湿剂的染液,按重量百分比计,葡萄色素0.5~4份、离子液体30~55份、水20~25份、媒染剂0.2~2份、润湿剂0.1~0.5份;
S2,将S1所得染液加热至40~50℃,然后将羊毛面料置于染液中,浴比为1:(30~50),以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至90~95℃,保温反应50~80min,然后降温至70~75℃,保温反应20~30min,最后降温至室温,经过水洗、中性皂洗、水洗、晾干,得到成本的葡萄色素染色羊毛面料,离子液体为能溶解羊毛角蛋白的离子液体。
进一步的,润湿剂为选自异构醇聚醚磷酸制、异辛醇磷酸酯和烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的至少一种。
进一步的,媒染剂为氯化镧和氯化铈复配而成,重量比为1:(2~2.8)。
进一步的,离子液体为选自1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐和1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐中的至少一种。
进一步的,S2中保温处理后的降温速率为0.5~3℃/min。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺步骤简单,采用氯化钕和/或明矾作为媒染剂,离子液体在加热条件下对鳞片层的溶胀能力增强,使鳞片呈翘起状态,润湿剂的低张力有助于促进染液渗入羊毛纤维内部,有利于染料的吸附。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺包括以下步骤:
S1,配置含有离子液体、水、葡萄色素、媒染剂和润湿剂的染液,按重量百分比计,葡萄色素0.5份、离子液体55份、水20份、媒染剂2份、润湿剂0.1份;
S2,将S1所得染液加热至50℃,然后将羊毛面料置于染液中,浴比为1:30,以3℃/min的升温速率升温至95℃,保温反应50min,然后降温至75℃,保温反应20min,最后降温至室温,经过水洗、中性皂洗、水洗、晾干,得到成本的葡萄色素染色羊毛面料,离子液体为能溶解羊毛角蛋白的离子液体。
润湿剂为异构醇聚醚磷酸制。
媒染剂为氯化镧和氯化铈复配而成,重量比为1:2。
离子液体为1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐。
S2中保温处理后的降温速率为0.5℃/min。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于,羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺包括以下步骤:
S1,配置含有离子液体、水、葡萄色素、媒染剂和润湿剂的染液,按重量百分比计,葡萄色素4份、离子液体30份、水25份、媒染剂0.2份、润湿剂0.5份;
S2,将S1所得染液加热至40℃,然后将羊毛面料置于染液中,浴比为1:50,以2℃/min的升温速率升温至90℃,保温反应80min,然后降温至70℃,保温反应30min,最后降温至室温,经过水洗、中性皂洗、水洗、晾干,得到成本的葡萄色素染色羊毛面料。
润湿剂为烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯。
媒染剂为氯化镧和氯化铈复配而成,重量比为1:2.8。
离子液体为1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐。
S2中保温处理后的降温速率为3℃/min。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别在于,羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺包括以下步骤:
S1,配置含有离子液体、水、葡萄色素、媒染剂和润湿剂的染液,按重量百分比计,葡萄色素2份、离子液体43份、水22份、媒染剂1份、润湿剂0.3份;
S2,将S1所得染液加热至45℃,然后将羊毛面料置于染液中,浴比为1:40,以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至92℃,保温反应65min,然后降温至72℃,保温反应20~30min,最后降温至室温,经过水洗、中性皂洗、水洗、晾干,得到成本的葡萄色素染色羊毛面料,离子液体为能溶解羊毛角蛋白的离子液体。
润湿剂为异辛醇磷酸酯和烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯一重量比1:1组合而成。
媒染剂为氯化镧和氯化铈复配而成,重量比为1:2.4。
离子液体为1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐和1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐以体积比3:1混合而成。
S2中保温处理后的降温速率为1.7℃/min。
对比例
对比例选择明矾作为媒染剂,用量与实施例3相同。
实施例1-3所得面料的上染速率均较快,所得面料色泽均匀。实施例3与对比例相比,区别劲仔鱼媒染剂,实施例3采用的氯化镧和氯化铈复配的媒染剂对染色面料的日晒牢度的改善起到了明显的作用,由于对比例1个级别。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,配置含有离子液体、水、葡萄色素、媒染剂和润湿剂的染液,按重量百分比计,葡萄色素0.5~4份、离子液体30~55份、水20~25份、媒染剂0.2~2份、润湿剂0.1~0.5份;
S2,将S1所得染液加热至40~50℃,然后将羊毛面料置于染液中,浴比为1:(30~50),以2~3℃/min的升温速率升温至90~95℃,保温反应50~80min,然后降温至70~75℃,保温反应20~30min,最后降温至室温,经过水洗、中性皂洗、水洗、晾干,得到成本的葡萄色素染色羊毛面料,离子液体为能溶解羊毛角蛋白的离子液体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,润湿剂为选自异构醇聚醚磷酸制、异辛醇磷酸酯和烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,媒染剂为氯化镧和氯化铈复配而成,重量比为1:(2~2.8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,离子液体为选自1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐、1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐和1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛面料的葡萄色素一浴染色工艺,其特征在于,S2中保温处理后的降温速率为0.5~3℃/min。
