本发明提供固本长寿粉配方,其基本方包括黄大豆300克、红小豆200克、绿豆100克、粳米1000克、小米500克、小麦(连皮)1000克、燕麦米500克、黄玉米1000克、紫苏子100克、油菜蜂花粉300克、陈皮20克;长寿粉的功能:长寿粉选黄大豆及杂粮、蜂花粉、紫苏子、陈皮等与米面组合是为了转化米面中之不完全蛋白质为完全蛋白质……提高营养价值,延缓衰老,代替主食,只求饱腹之功,不求治病之能;本发明是开启长寿的金钥匙,是营养成分极其丰富的功能性保健品,是低收入者都能吃得起的大众化食品。应作主食推荐。长寿粉组合中之油菜蜂花粉营养成分之多,含量之丰富是其它动植物无与匹敌的、独一无二的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种健康食材,尤其涉及固本长寿粉配方。
背景技术
为了拥护实施健康中国战略:“传承发展中医药事业,支持社会办医,发展健康产业”以及《中华人民共和国中医药法》第三条、第八条、第九条、第三十九条之精神,特在《唐氏父子医案医话》附:《唐氏家藏秘方集》中选出“稚三固本长寿粉”为老年人健康保驾护航。
发明内容
一、组方目的:
长寿,是人之所欲、所求之大事。欲长寿必先养生,养生诸事,莫过于饮食,而饮食之中,首重补充蛋白质。蛋白质有完全蛋白质与不完全蛋白质之分,主食中之米面是质低、量少之不完全蛋白质,而大豆是植物中唯一的质优、量丰之完全蛋白质,故取五谷杂粮与豆类混合食用,两类蛋白质混食,有互补作用,以满足人体蛋白质之需。同时还加了果麻,蜂花粉,紫苏子,又增添了机体必需之各种营养素。
为食欲不佳的老人、羸弱患者,用谷豆组合,改变主食——米面营养成,让他们吃同等数量之长寿粉比吃米面增加完全蛋白质约三倍,其它人体所需的营养成分,从无到有,从少到多,再没有什么食品能超过本发明之营养成分。组方中还有锋花粉、紫苏子,使人体所需之营养成分更多更全面,是理想的廉价优质的大众化食品,可以做主食推荐。
二、本发明提供固本长寿粉配方,其基本方包括以下的组方按质量份数配比制成:
黄大豆300克、红小豆200克、绿豆100克、粳米1000克、小米500克、小麦(连皮)1000克、燕麦米500克、黄玉米1000克、紫苏子100克、油菜蜂花粉300克、陈皮20克。
作为优选,所述基本方还包括黄大豆300克、黑大豆200克、黑芝麻250克、白芝麻100克、花生仁200克。该方用于大便干燥者。
作为优选,所述基本方加芡实300克、莲肉300克、苡米200克、去核红枣300克。该方用于大便稀溏者。
三、组方依据(成分):长寿粉冠以作者之名,以示纪念;长寿,是指其功效;固本者,肾为先天之本,脾为后天之本,固本即固摄这两大生命之源。取黑色入肾,肾精充则足以涵木,黄色入脾可健脾而护胃,赤色入心,补心火以生土,白色入肺补金,金旺以制木,取五行相生相克之理,寓抑木于补品之中,防木亢而乘土,仿“治未病”之法。再以青色入肝,助肝木条达疏泄之职,理气和血,解郁排毒,则无气滞血瘀之忧,毒害机体之虞。
长寿粉各种食物中,大豆含完全蛋白质最多,100克,含40%,不饱和脂肪酸18.4%;芝麻100克,含脂肪61.7%,蛋白质21.9%;花生仁(炒)100克,含脂肪44.8%,蛋白质26.5克%;粳米100克,含蛋白质极少,只有7.5%,脂肪1.1%,而碳化合物最多,77.3%。配方中各种食物除含数量不同之蛋白质,脂肪、碳水化合物外,对人体必需之营养素,均有不同的数量存在。如:钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、尼克酸等。还有营养成分最全面、最丰富——蜂花粉;含亚麻酸,亚油酸,最多之紫苏子;陈皮健胃理气防呆滞。
五、遵古炮制:该炒则炒(如:花生仁炒后出油率高)、不该炒、煮的就不炒,不煮(如:蜂花粉经高温、高热易破坏维生素,特别维生素C,将大部丢失)谷、豆发芽可能减少蛋白质及其它易溶于水的营养素流失。炮制以不破坏食物固有之五大营养素为准则。
1、谷豆类去杂、洗净、晒干,分别用小火炒熟(不能炒过);芝麻、花生仁(去衣)、紫苏子、陈皮等去杂洗净、晒干,分别用小火炒香、闻香即止。打极细粉、密封收贮,防霉防虫,不加防腐剂。
2、油菜蜂花粉,采购已去杂风干之成品,不破壁、不打粉,密封收贮。
长寿粉的功能:长寿粉选黄大豆及杂粮、蜂花粉、紫苏子、陈皮等与米面组合是为了转化米面中之不完全蛋白质为完全蛋白质……提高营养价值,延缓衰老,代替主食,只求饱腹之功,不求治病之能。
本发明是开启长寿的金钥匙,是营养成分极其丰富的功能性保健品,是低收入者都能吃得起的大众化食品。应作主食推荐。长寿粉组合中之油菜蜂花粉营养成分之多,含量之丰富是其它动植物无与匹敌的、独一无二的。计有1、油菜蜂花粉有六大营养素全面而且多;2、含花青素,黄酮化合物,具有抗动脉硬化、降低胆固醇,止疼、防辐射作用;3、含多种维生素;4、含多种酶;5、含多种有机酸。长寿粉中芝麻、花生仁是优质脂肪酸,对人体自身不能合成而又必须的脂肪酸也极其富有。
具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将实施例对本发明进行更全面的描述。但是本发明可以以不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反的,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容更加透彻全面。
实施例1:固本长寿粉配方:黄大豆300克、红小豆200克、绿豆100克、粳米1000克、小米500克、小麦(连皮)1000克、燕麦米500克、黄玉米1000克、紫苏子100克、油菜蜂花粉300克、陈皮20克。
实施例2:固本长寿粉配方(适用于大便干燥者):黄大豆600克、红小豆200克、绿豆100克、粳米1000克、小米500克、小麦(连皮)1000克、燕麦米500克、黄玉米1000克、紫苏子100克、油菜蜂花粉300克、陈皮20克、黑大豆200克、黑芝麻250克、白芝麻100克、花生仁200克。
实施例3:固本长寿粉配方(适用于大便稀溏者):黄大豆600克、红小豆200克、绿豆100克、粳米1000克、小米500克、小麦(连皮)1000克、燕麦米500克、黄玉米1000克、紫苏子100克、油菜蜂花粉300克、陈皮20克、芡实300克、莲肉300克、苡米200克、去核红枣300克。
六、食用法:长寿粉每日3次,每次50~100克,每日不超过250克,煮制好后加入适量植物油,以上配方量20天吃完为好。如未吃饱,用米面补充。
蜂花粉每日10~15克,1日1次,温开水冲饮。
煮糊糊、做疙瘩、馒头、糕、饼、面条等。
荤素同食:长寿粉中加入肉末、鱼末,可增加更多的营养素;欲求美味,可加入味精或鸡精,胡椒粉,蚝油,葱姜蒜等各种调料;放少许盐(高血压病人不放盐为好),忌花椒。欲吃米面,可间断吃一次。
七、禁忌:有花粉过敏史不用;孕妇、幼儿禁用。
破解长寿粉长寿之谜
长寿粉的谷豆合理搭配,同时加用了蜂花粉,又增加了完全蛋白质的含量和氨基酸的品种,也增加了碳水化合物、矿物质、微量元素、维生素的数量、品种。抗衰老、延年益寿的营养要素一应俱全,奠定了长寿的物质基础,故而长寿。
长寿粉能长寿还有6个要素:(1)选有五色之“谷豆果麻”,以应五行,入五脏,补虚损,以利安度春秋。(2)以谷豆两类蛋白质混用,有互补优势,使米面中所含之不完全蛋白质变成完全蛋白质(参看本书“蛋白质的互补作用”),而且比单食米面增了完全蛋白质约3倍。用以补充人体必需之蛋白质。蛋白质是生命的基础,是人类食物营养的重要内容之一。蛋白质的功能:除遗传功能外,还有免疫功能、能量运载功能、蛋白质的构成与催化功能、人体尚有各种酶,也是一种具有催化能力的蛋白质(参看本书“蛋白质的功能”)。(3)长寿粉配方中的食物多为碱性,可综合体内过多的酸性物质,对细胞内液、外液的渗透压及酸碱度有平衡作用,以免电解质紊乱,造成酸中毒。(4)长寿粉还有丰富的多种矿物质、微量元素、多种维生素、亚油酸等,是营养机体不可缺少的重要物质以及有防病、治病的重要作用。(5)耄耋老人进食少,消化差,吸收功能一天衰一天,而细胞损耗却一天大一天,故而加快了衰老进程。因此,应减食含营养成份少的米面,改食含营养成分丰富之长寿粉代替米面,吃与米面等量之长寿粉,除完全蛋白质、氨基酸能成倍增加外,还有碳水化合物、脂肪、无机盐、维生素等六大要素。这些营养要素是从无到有,因而能收补益之功。(6)长寿粉,易于消化、便于吸收,有效的改善胃肠功能,对长期受消化不良、便秘之苦的老人是个福音,食用几天后即能按时顺利地排便。能天天排便,肠内无积粪,便没有毒素被再吸收损害机体之苦,是以能长寿而乐享天年!
长寿粉长寿之“谜”,就是人体必须的几种营养要素,粉中尽有,而且多于畜、禽、鱼、蛋(参看本书“什么是完全蛋白质”),其中的油脂是有益于人体的亚油酸,动物油脂含有饱和脂肪酸,是引发心脑血管病的罪魁祸首(参看本书“什么是不饱合脂肪酸”),所以吃长寿粉能长寿!食用水煮长寿粉,人体必须的六大营养要素尽有,而且是质优含量高。再配“老人食品精选”中之蔬菜,鱼肉、畜肉食用,则更为丰富。
试验例:吃长寿粉七天,大便通,吃至一月,吃得多,饿得快,便得舒,约30年久治未愈之宿疾,如足跗肿、齿印深,……不药而愈。
总之有些功能在逐渐恢复,有逆转之势。寻到了开启长寿的钥匙,增强了活过百岁的信心(今年已89岁)!
最后,应当指出,以上具体实施方式仅是本发明较有代表性的例子。显然,本发明不限于上述具体实施方式,还可以有许多变形。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上具体实施方式所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均应认为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.固本长寿粉配方,其特征在在于其基本方包括以下的组方按质量份数配比制成:
黄大豆300克、红小豆200克、绿豆100克、粳米1000克、小米500克、小麦(连皮)1000克、燕麦米500克、黄玉米1000克、紫苏子100克、油菜蜂花粉300克、陈皮20克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固本长寿粉配方,其特征在于所述基本方还包括黄大豆300克、黑大豆200克、黑芝麻250克、白芝麻100克、花生仁200克,该方用于大便干燥者。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固本长寿粉配方,其特征在于所述基本方加芡实300克、莲肉300克、苡米200克、去核红枣300克,该方用于大便稀溏者。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固本长寿粉配方,其特征在于长寿粉各种食物中,大豆含完全蛋白质最多,100克,含40%,不饱和脂肪酸18.4%;芝麻100克,含脂肪61.7%,蛋白质21.9%;花生仁(炒)100克,含脂肪44.8%,蛋白质26.5克%;粳米100克,含蛋白质极少,只有7.5%,脂肪1.1%,而碳化合物最多,77.3%;配方中各种食物除含数量不同之蛋白质,脂肪、碳水化合物外,对人体必需之营养素,均有不同的数量存在;如:钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、尼克酸等;还有营养成分最全面、最丰富——蜂花粉;含亚麻酸,亚油酸,最多之紫苏子;陈皮健胃理气防呆滞。
