Abstract

本发明公开了一种双面涂布转移式涂布机,通过将两个转移式涂布机头A(100)和B(200)背靠背放置,并且垂直向上牵引箔材(300),更重要的是从涂布机头到烘箱(400)顶部之间无过辊,不影响湿料的转移,从而实现了从正反两面同时给箔材(300)涂料实现双面涂布。本发明的涂布机能成倍提高了生产效率,降低了设备的投入成本,性能稳定,价格低廉,适用于批量化生产推广使用。

一种双面涂布转移式涂布机
技术领域
本发明属于电池领域,具体涉及一种双面涂布转移式涂布机。
背景技术
涂布是锂离子电池生产过程中关键工序之一,涂布机在整个电池厂固定资产中也占据重要比例。目前绝大多数工厂使用的是单面转移式涂布机,技术成熟,设备稳定,价格合理,但由于只能单面涂布,所以生产效率相对一般。
目前,挤压式双面涂布机已经问世,但价格极度昂贵,一台进口挤压式涂布机价格是普通国产单面转移式涂布机十几倍价格,即使国产的双面挤压式涂布机也是普通单面转移式涂布机价格的3-5倍。而且其中还存在许多技术问题,比如涂布面密度不稳定,存在有越涂越薄的趋势变化问题等。还有挤压式涂布机大都采用卧式烘箱,为了不让湿料粘到辊子上,有采用气浮托举极片向前牵引,但该方法经常会扯断极片,存在一定的局限性。
那么有没有价格合适,又能双面稳定工作的涂布机呢,本发明的涂布机就可以实现双面涂布,且性能稳定,价格低廉,适用于批量化生产推广使用。
发明内容
首先,为了解决双面涂布湿料不能过辊问题,本发明采用了特殊设计,将箔材在湿料未干之前垂直拉升,这样箔材的两面均不和设备接触,然后为防止湿料向下移动,烘箱里的热风从两面斜向上吹料,这样既可以干燥,又可以阻止湿料下滑。但实际情况是,如果浆料粘度适中,一般情况下,浆料向下流动的影响可以忽略不计。
其次,就是如何实现双面同时涂布的问题,本发明采用特殊设计涂布机来解决这个问题。该涂布机头A、B分别由支架、句号刀辊、涂辊、过辊、伺服电机、导轨滑块、丝杠、气缸、挡料板组成,其中句号刀辊在涂辊上方,通过气缸和导轨以及滑块调节和涂辊之间距离,从而起到控制涂料厚度作用,底挡料板和边挡料板装配后与涂辊形成料槽,涂辊转动后湿料粘到辊上,经句号刀刮切后涂到箔上,从而形成对箔材的涂布,A、B两机头背对背放置,两涂辊平行高度相同,均由伺服电机(图中省略)带动,两者之间间隙0-10毫米,上、下支架通过导轨和伺服电机连接,可以通过伺服电机的控制上支架前后移动距离,从而控制A、B两机头的涂辊之间的距离,既可以连续涂布也可以间歇涂布,如图1、2、3所示。
还有,涂布机烘箱也是特殊设计的,其在涂布机头上方,烘箱从入口到顶部过辊之间无过辊,箱壁中间有加热***和送风***(图中省略),可以斜向上热风吹箔,不但可以干燥湿料,还可以防止湿料向下流动,同时烘箱还有废液回收***(图中省略),如图4所示。
本发明具体的技术方案为:
一种双面涂布转移式涂布机,将两个转移式涂布机头A(100)和B(200)背靠背放置,箔材(铜箔或铝箔)(300)从放料卷(500)出发,通过涂布机头底部过辊(113)从两机头中间垂直向上牵引,在烘箱(400)顶部经过辊(401、402)转头向下,再经过辊(403)到达收料卷(600);工作时,A(100)和B(200)两机头涂辊(107、207)同时从正反两面给箔材(300)涂布,然后向烘箱(400)顶部移动,到达顶部之前中间无过辊,烘箱(400)热风斜向上吹湿料进行干燥,再经过下行时烘箱(400)的加热,最后收卷完成;其中可以通过伺服电机(101)、丝杠(102)、导轨(103)和滑块(104)控制上、下支架(105、106)之间前后移动距离来控制A(100)、B(200)两机头的涂辊(107、207)之间的距离实现连续涂布或者间歇涂布。
作为优选的,所述转移式涂布机头A(100)和B(200)分别由支架(105、106)、句号刀(111)、涂辊(107、207)、过辊(113)、伺服电机(101)、丝杠(102)、导轨(103)、滑块(104)、导轨(108)、气缸(112)、挡料板(109、110)和句号刀(111)组成,其中句号刀(111)在涂辊(107)上方;通过气缸(112)、导轨(108)和滑块调节和涂辊(107)之间距离来控制涂料的厚度;底挡料板(109)和边挡料板(110)装配后与涂辊(107)形成料槽,涂辊(107、207)转动后湿料粘到辊上,经句号刀(111)刮切后涂到箔(300)上,形成对箔材(300)的涂布;A、B两机头(100、200)背对背放置,两涂辊(107、207)平行高度相同,均由伺服电机带动,两者之间间隙0~10毫米,上、下支架(105、106)通过导轨(103)、丝杠(102)和伺服电机(101)连接,通过伺服电机(101)控制上支架(105)前后移动距离来控制A、B两机头(100、200)的涂辊(107、207)之间的距离实现连续涂布或者间歇涂布。
作为优选的,所述烘箱(400)在涂布机头上方,烘箱(400)从入口到顶部过辊之间无过辊,箱壁中间有加热***和送风***(图中省略),能斜向上热风吹箔材(300)进行干燥,不但可以干燥湿料,还可以防止湿料向下流动,同时烘箱(400)还有废液回收***。
作为优选的,所述涂布机的工作过程为:先将底挡料板(109)和边挡料板(110)装配好与涂辊(107或207)组成料槽,用牵引带将箔(300)材从放料卷(500)连接到收料卷(600),将要涂布的浆料引入料槽,开启烘箱的加热送风***以及废液回收***,开启设备开始涂布,A、B两机头(100、200)涂辊(107、207)同时从正反两面给箔材(300)涂布,然后湿箔向烘箱(400)顶部移动,烘箱(400)热风斜向上吹湿料,到过辊(401、402)时已干燥不再粘辊,过辊后箔材(300)再下行,同时烘箱(400)继续加热干燥,最后收卷完成。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的涂布机能成倍提高了生产效率,降低了设备的投入成本,性能稳定,价格低廉,适用于批量化生产推广使用。

下文所述的案例是对本发明的补充说明,而非对本发明的限制。
实施例
一种双面涂布转移式涂布机,将两个转移式涂布机头A(100)和B(200)背靠背放置,箔材(铜箔或铝箔)(300)从放料卷(500)出发,通过涂布机头底部过辊(113)从两机头中间垂直向上牵引,在烘箱(400)顶部经过辊(401、402)转头向下,再经过辊(403)到达收料卷(600);工作时,A(100)和B(200)两机头涂辊(107、207)同时从正反两面给箔材(300)涂布,然后向烘箱(400)顶部移动,到达顶部之前中间无过辊,烘箱(400)热风斜向上吹湿料进行干燥,再经过下行时烘箱(400)的加热,最后收卷完成;其中可以通过伺服电机(101)、丝杠(102)、导轨(103)和滑块(104)控制上、下支架(105、106)之间前后移动距离来控制A(100)、B(200)两机头的涂辊(107、207)之间的距离实现连续涂布或者间歇涂布。
作为优选的,所述转移式涂布机头A(100)和B(200)分别由支架(105、106)、句号刀(111)、涂辊(107、207)、过辊(113)、伺服电机(101)、丝杠(102)、导轨(103)、滑块(104)、导轨(108)、气缸(112)、挡料板(109、110)和句号刀(111)组成,其中句号刀(111)在涂辊(107)上方;通过气缸(112)、导轨(108)和滑块调节和涂辊(107)之间距离来控制涂料的厚度;底挡料板(109)和边挡料板(110)装配后与涂辊(107)形成料槽,涂辊(107、207)转动后湿料粘到辊上,经句号刀(111)刮切后涂到箔(300)上,形成对箔材(300)的涂布;A、B两机头(100、200)背对背放置,两涂辊(107、207)平行高度相同,均由伺服电机(图中省略)带动,两者之间间隙0~10毫米,上、下支架(105、106)通过导轨(103)、丝杠(102)和伺服电机(101)连接,通过伺服电机(101)控制上支架(105)前后移动距离来控制A、B两机头(100、200)的涂辊(107、207)之间的距离实现连续涂布或者间歇涂布,如图1、2、3所示。
作为优选的,所述烘箱(400)在涂布机头上方,烘箱(400)从入口到顶部过辊之间无过辊,箱壁中间有加热***和送风***(图中省略),能斜向上热风吹箔材(300)进行干燥,不但可以干燥湿料,还可以防止湿料向下流动,同时烘箱(400)还有废液回收***(图中省略),如图4所示。
作为优选的,所述涂布机的工作过程为:先将底挡料板(109)和边挡料板(110)装配好与涂辊(107或207)组成料槽,用牵引带将箔(300)材从放料卷(500)连接到收料卷(600),将要涂布的浆料引入料槽,开启烘箱的加热送风***以及废液回收***,开启设备开始涂布,A、B两机头(100、200)涂辊(107、207)同时从正反两面给箔材(300)涂布,然后湿箔向烘箱(400)顶部移动,烘箱(400)热风斜向上吹湿料,到过辊(401、402)时已干燥不再粘辊,过辊后箔材(300)再下行,同时烘箱(400)继续加热干燥,最后收卷完成。

Claims (4)

1.一种双面涂布转移式涂布机,其特征在于,将两个转移式涂布机头A(100)和B(200)背靠背放置,箔材(300)从放料卷(500)出发,通过涂布机头底部过辊(113)从两机头中间垂直向上牵引,在烘箱(400)顶部经过辊(401、402)转头向下,再经过辊(403)到达收料卷(600);工作时,A(100)和B(200)两机头涂辊(107、207)同时从正反两面给箔材(300)涂布,然后向烘箱(400)顶部移动,到达顶部之前中间无过辊,烘箱(400)热风斜向上吹湿料进行干燥,再经过下行时烘箱(400)的加热,最后收卷完成;其中可以通过伺服电机(101)、丝杠(102)、导轨(103)和滑块(104)控制上、下支架(105、106)之间前后移动距离来控制A(100)、B(200)两机头的涂辊(107、207)之间的距离实现连续涂布或者间歇涂布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布转移式涂布机,其特征在于,所述转移式涂布机头A(100)和B(200)分别由支架(105、106)、句号刀(111)、涂辊(107、207)、过辊(113)、伺服电机(101)、丝杠(102)、导轨(103)、滑块(104)、导轨(108)、气缸(112)、挡料板(109、110)和句号刀(111)组成,其中句号刀(111)在涂辊(107)上方;通过气缸(112)、导轨(108)和滑块调节和涂辊(107)之间距离来控制涂料的厚度;底挡料板(109)和边挡料板(110)装配后与涂辊(107)形成料槽,涂辊(107、207)转动后湿料粘到辊上,经句号刀(111)刮切后涂到箔(300)上,形成对箔材(300)的涂布;A、B两机头(100、200)背对背放置,两涂辊(107、207)平行高度相同,均由伺服电机带动,两者之间间隙0~10毫米,上、下支架(105、106)通过导轨(103)、丝杠(102)和伺服电机(101)连接,通过伺服电机(101)控制上支架(105)前后移动距离来控制A、B两机头(100、200)的涂辊(107、207)之间的距离实现连续涂布或者间歇涂布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布转移式涂布机,其特征在于,所述烘箱(400)在涂布机头上方,烘箱(400)从入口到顶部过辊之间无过辊,箱壁中间有加热***和送风***,能斜向上热风吹箔材(300)进行干燥,同时烘箱(400)还有废液回收***。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面涂布转移式涂布机,其特征在于,所述涂布机的工作过程为:先将底挡料板(109)和边挡料板(110)装配好与涂辊(107或207)组成料槽,用牵引带将箔(300)材从放料卷(500)连接到收料卷(600),将要涂布的浆料引入料槽,开启烘箱的加热送风***以及废液回收***,开启设备开始涂布,A、B两机头(100、200)涂辊(107、207)同时从正反两面给箔材(300)涂布,然后湿箔向烘箱(400)顶部移动,烘箱(400)热风斜向上吹湿料,到过辊(401、402),过辊后箔材(300)再下行,同时烘箱(400)继续加热干燥,最后收卷完成。
