Abstract
本发明属于茶叶加工领域,尤其是一种防治心脑血管病的茶剂及其制备方法,其原料组成为:绿茶、苦丁茶、草决明、山楂、桑叶、川莓根、刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶、佛手花、香树叶;所制成的茶剂,具有活血化瘀、温补阳气、滋阴补血、补肾安神、清热解毒、活血通经等功效,对高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脑血栓具有很好的疗效作用,可用于防治多种心脑血管病。

本发明属于茶叶加工领域,尤其是一种防治心脑血管病的茶剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
心脑血管疾病是一种严重威胁人类,特别是50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病,全世界每年死于心脑血管疾病的人数高达1500万人,居各种死因首位。目前,我国心脑血管疾病患者已经超过2.7亿人,每年死于心脑血管疾病近300万人,占我国每年总死亡病因的51%。
心脑血管疾病的发病原因主要有以下几种:1、高血压,长期高血压可使脑动脉血管壁增厚或***,管腔变细。当血压骤升时,脑血管容易破裂发生脑出血;或已硬化的脑部小动脉形成栗粒大小的微动脉瘤,当血液波动时微动脉流破裂而造成脑出血;或高血压加快动脉硬化过程,动脉内皮细胞液受到损伤,血小板易在伤处聚集,又容易形成脑血栓,引发心脑血管疾病。2、血液粘稠,现代生活节奏紧张,家庭、事业的压力越来越大,人们的情绪也愈来愈不稳定;同时,过量饮酒、摄入太多食物脂肪、缺少必要的运动,加之生活环境的污染,空气中的负离子含量急剧下降,摄入体内的负离子也就不足,这些因素直接导致人体新陈代谢速度减慢,血液流速会减慢,血粘度迅速升高,造成心脑供血不足,如果不及时预防、调理,将会引发冠心病、高血压、脑血栓、脂肪肝等心脑血管疾病;3、血管壁平滑肌细胞非正常代谢。众所周知,血管组织和人体的其他组织一样在一定周期内完成新陈代谢的过程,但是由于新的细胞组织不能正常的形成,使血管壁本身存在“缺陷”这样就容易产生炎症血管收缩不畅,就像是一条破烂不堪的旧管道,随时都有阻塞或破裂的可能。
由以上所述可知,心脑血管发病主要引起高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脑血栓等疾病,现在人们就心脑血管病的治疗和药剂制剂应用进行了不少的研究和开发,而且大多数都对心脑血管病中的高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脑血栓等有显著的疗效,但是这些药剂制剂基本上都是治疗高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脑血栓疾病的药物的叠加,对患者的肝、肾、胃、脾等器官有轻微的伤害,影响人们的食欲;因此,这些药剂制剂虽然对心脑血管病有很好的疗效,但对患者的身体有轻微的损害,如申请号为CN201810013965.2的公开的《一种治疗心脑血管疾病的保健茶及其制备方法》,文件中所公开的保健茶对高血压、高血脂、高胆固醇有很好的疗效,但是保健茶所含的成分都是治疗心脑血管病的,对患者的体质没有增强作用,而且对患者的胃有轻微的伤害,影响食欲。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供了一种防治心脑血管病的茶剂及其制备方法,具体是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防治心脑血管病的茶剂,其原料按重量份额为:30-40份绿茶、5-10份苦丁茶、30-50份草决明、10-20份山楂、15-25份桑叶、5-10份川莓根、3-5份刺苋、10-20份铁苋菜、3-6份落地生根、3-6份紫薇叶、5-10份佛手花、1-3份香树叶。
进一步,所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份额为:35份绿茶、8份苦丁茶、45份草决明、16份山楂、20份桑叶、7份川莓根、4份刺苋、13份铁苋菜、4份落地生根、5份紫薇叶、6份佛手花、2份香树叶。
进一步,所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其工艺过程如下:
(1)备料:按上述重量份额,分别取绿茶、苦丁茶、草决明、山楂、桑叶、川莓根、刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶、佛手花、香树叶。
(2)取备用的绿茶、桑叶、草决明、川莓根,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(3)向浸取罐中加入罐中药粉重量10-12倍的85-90%乙醇加热回流2-2.5h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量8-9倍的60-70%乙醇加热回流1-2h,滤出第二次浸提液;再向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量6-7倍的60-70%乙醇加热回流0.5-1h,滤出第三次浸提液;将第一次浸提液、第二次浸提液和第三次浸提液合并,用超声处理后,减压回收乙醇获得醇提取液,备用;
(4)将备用的醇提取液加热浓缩,得到醇提浓缩液,备用;
(5)取备用的刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(6)向罐中加入罐中药粉重量10-12倍的水煎煮2-2.5h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量7-8倍的水煎煮1-1.5h,滤出第二次浸提液,将第一次浸提液和第二次浸提液合并得水浸提液,备用;
(7)将备用的水浸提液加热浓缩,得到水提浓缩液,备用;
(8)取备用的苦丁茶、香树叶、佛手花,进行粉碎、过筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将备用的醇提浓缩液和水提浓缩液进行真空干燥,获得醇提浸膏粉和水提浸膏粉,与步骤(8)中的细粉混合均匀,过筛,分装入袋,即可获得茶剂。
进一步,所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(3),超声处理的时间为8-10min,使醇提取液中的成分混合得更均匀。
进一步,所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4),加热温度为70-80℃,防止醇提取液中成分失效。
进一步,所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(7),加热温度为60-70℃,防止水提取液中成分失效。
本发明所采用的原料的特性:
绿茶:具有提神清心、清热解暑、消食化痰、解毒醒酒、生津止渴、降火明目、止痢除湿的功能。
苦丁茶:味苦、甘,性寒;归肝、胆、胃经;功能:疏风清热,明目生津。
草决明:味苦,性微寒;归肝、大肠经;功能:清热明目,润肠通便。
山楂:味甘、酸,性微温;归脾、胃、肝经;功能:消食健胃、活血化瘀。
桑叶:味苦、甘,性寒;归肺、肝经;功能:祛风清热,凉血明目。
川莓根:味酸,咸,性平;功能:祛风除湿、活血。
刺苋:味甘,性凉;归肺、肝经;功能:清热解毒,利尿,解毒消肿,清肝明目;散风止痒。
铁苋菜:味苦、涩,性凉;功能:清热解毒,利湿,收敛止血,富含蛋白质、糖类、多中维生素及矿物质。
落地生根:味苦、酸,性寒;归肺、肾经;功能:凉血止血,清热解毒。
紫薇叶:味微苦、涩,性平;功能:活血,止血,解毒,消肿。
佛手花:味微苦,性微温;归肝、胃经;功能:疏肝理气,和胃快隔。
香树叶:味涩、微苦,性凉;功能:健胃,舒肝,治消化不良、肠炎、肝炎。
本发明使用的香树叶、佛手花、山楂、草决明能促进消化***,同时香树叶、佛手花富含香味成分,能增加茶剂的香气;川莓根、紫薇叶能活血通经;刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根能清热解毒,同时富含丰富的蛋白质、维生素、矿物质,能增强体质;绿茶、苦丁茶、桑叶能补肝肾、明目生津;采用不同的方法对不同的原料进行提取,使原料中的有效成分能够得到充分地利用。本发明制成的茶剂不但具有活血化瘀、温补阳气、滋阴补血、补肾安神、清热解毒、活血痛经等功效,对心脑血管病中的高血压、高血脂、高血糖、脑血栓具有很好的疗效作用;而且所含的营养物质丰富,能增强患者的体质,提高患者的免疫能力。本发明中药原料来源丰富,制作方法简单,成本低廉。

实施例1
一种防治心脑血管病的茶剂,其原料重量为:30kg绿茶、5kg苦丁茶、30kg草决明、10kg山楂、15kg桑叶、5kg川莓根、3kg刺苋、10kg铁苋菜、3kg落地生根、3kg紫薇叶、5kg佛手花、1kg香树叶。
进一步,所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其工艺过程如下:
(1)备料:按上述重量,分别取绿茶、苦丁茶、草决明、山楂、桑叶、川莓根、刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶、佛手花、香树叶。
(2)取备用的绿茶、桑叶、草决明、川莓根、山楂,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(3)向浸取罐中加入罐中药粉重量10倍的85%乙醇加热回流2h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量8倍的60%乙醇加热回流1-2h,滤出第二次浸提液;再向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量6倍的60%乙醇加热回流0.5h,滤出第三次浸提液;将第一次浸提液、第二次浸提液和第三次浸提液合并,用超声处理后,减压回收乙醇获得醇提取液,备用;
(4)将备用的醇提取液加热浓缩,得到醇提浓缩液,备用;
(5)取备用的刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(6)向罐中加入罐中药粉重量10倍的水煎煮2h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量7倍的水煎煮1h,滤出第二次浸提液,将第一次浸提液和第二次浸提液合并得水浸提液,备用;
(7)将备用的水浸提液加热浓缩,得到水提浓缩液,备用;
(8)取备用的苦丁茶、佛手花、香树叶,进行粉碎、过筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将备用的醇提浓缩液和水提浓缩液进行真空干燥,获得醇提浸膏粉和水提浸膏粉,与步骤(8)中的细粉混合均匀,过筛,分装入袋,即可获得茶剂。

(3)向浸取罐中加入罐中药粉重量11倍的87%乙醇加热回流2.4h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量8.5倍的67%乙醇加热回流1.6h,滤出第二次浸提液;再向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量6.4倍的65%乙醇加热回流0.6h,滤出第三次浸提液;将第一次浸提液、第二次浸提液和第三次浸提液合并,用超声处理后,减压回收乙醇获得醇提取液,备用;
(4)将备用的醇提取液加热浓缩,得到醇提浓缩液,备用;
(5)取备用的刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(6)向罐中加入罐中药粉重量11倍的水煎煮2.3h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量7.6倍的水煎煮1.3h,滤出第二次浸提液,将第一次浸提液和第二次浸提液合并得水浸提液,备用;
(7)将备用的水浸提液加热浓缩,得到水提浓缩液,备用;
(8)取备用的苦丁茶、佛手花、香树叶,进行粉碎、过筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将备用的醇提浓缩液和水提浓缩液进行真空干燥,获得醇提浸膏粉和水提浸膏粉,与步骤(8)中的细粉混合均匀,过筛,分装入袋,即可获得茶剂。

(4)将备用的醇提取液加热浓缩,得到醇提浓缩液,备用;
(5)取备用的刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(6)向罐中加入罐中药粉重量12倍的水煎煮2.5h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量8倍的水煎煮1.5h,滤出第二次浸提液,将第一次浸提液和第二次浸提液合并得水浸提液,备用;
(7)将备用的水浸提液加热浓缩,得到水提浓缩液,备用;
(8)取备用的苦丁茶、佛手花、香树叶,进行粉碎、过筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将备用的醇提浓缩液和水提浓缩液进行真空干燥,获得醇提浸膏粉和水提浸膏粉,与步骤(8)中的细粉混合均匀,过筛,分装入袋,即可获得茶剂。

(2)苦丁茶的处理:a.萎凋:选取一芽一叶的苦丁茶鲜叶,将其置于温度为30℃的环境下萎凋处理至苦丁茶鲜叶的水分含量为45%;b.杀青:将萎凋后的苦丁茶置于杀青机中,控制杀青机中通过的蒸汽温度为110℃,进行翻抛杀青3s,然后将其置于温度为20℃,真空度为0.02MPa的真空环境中静置1h;c.一次揉捻:将经过一次杀青的苦丁茶置于温度为40℃的揉捻机中,揉捻时间为60min;d.摇青:转速为40r/min,温度为50℃,时间为4min;e.二次揉捻:将摇青后的苦丁茶置于揉捻机中,控制揉捻机的温度为50℃,揉捻时间为10min,接着调节苦丁茶的水分含量为40%后备用;
(3)浸泡、烘干、粉碎处理:将鸡血藤、杜仲、石菖蒲、丹参、火麻仁、蒲公英分别洗净后,放在度数为48度的白酒中浸泡1h,捞出鸡血藤、杜仲、石菖蒲、丹参、火麻仁、蒲公英放入温度为90℃的锅内炒干至水分含量为8%,再将其粉碎为40目的细粉;
(4)发酵:步骤(1)至步骤(3)处理后的原料混合,调节混合物料的水分含量为30%,送入发酵池中,调节发酵池内的温度为50℃,密封发酵40天,取出混合物料烘干至其水分为5%,然后粉碎至其细度为40目,待用;
(5)混合、袋装:将步骤(4)处理获得的物料与大豆蛋白混合均匀后分装成袋,每袋装12g,即得。
试验例
试验例1
135位患有高血压的患者,患者资料如表1所示,随机分为3组,在原治疗的基础上,停用原药物,1组服用本发明所制成的茶剂,
2组服用本发明对比实施例1所制成的茶剂,3组服用本发明对比实施例2所制成的茶剂,每天服用3次,每次10-15g,二个月为一个疗程,连续服用3个疗程;疗效如表2所示,由表可知本发明所制的茶剂,对心脑血管病中的高血压有更好的疗效。
疗效判断标准:
显效:舒张压下降≥10mmHg并降至正常或下降20mmHg以上,头痛、头晕、心悸、乏力等临床症状消失或明显减轻;
有效:舒张压下降<10mmHg,但已降至正常或下降10-19mmHg,或收缩压下降>30mmHg;
无效:未达以上两项标准。

108位脑血栓患者,患者资料如表3所示,随机分为3组,在原治疗的基础上,停用原药物,1组服用本发明所制成的茶剂,2组服用本发明对比实施例1所制成的茶剂,3组服用本发明对比实施例2所制成的茶剂,每天服用3次,每次10-15g,二个月为一个疗程,连续服用3个疗程;疗效如表4所示,从表中可知,本发明所制的茶剂,对心脑血管病中的脑血栓有更好的疗效。
疗效判断标准:
显效:神清、肢体、语言功能恢复;神经功能还有轻微的损害。
有效:神清;肢体、语言功能有所改善。
无效:症状物任何改善。

195位高血脂症患者,患者资料如表5所示,随机分为3组,在原治疗的基础上,停用原药物,1组服用本发明所制成的茶剂,2组服用本发明对比实施例1所制成的茶剂,3组服用本发明对比实施例2所制成的茶剂,每天服用3次,每次10-15g,二个周为一个疗程,连续服用2个疗程;疗效如表6所示,从表中可知,本发明所制的茶剂,对心脑血管病中的高血脂有更好的疗效。
疗效判断标准:
显效:胆固醇下降>20%,甘油三酯下降>40%。
有效:胆固醇下降10%-19%,甘油三酯下降20%-40%。
无效:治疗后血脂无明显改善。

150位高血糖症患者,患者资料如表7所示,随机分为3组,在原治疗的基础上,停用原药物,1组服用本发明所制成的茶剂,2组服用本发明对比实施例1所制成的茶剂,3组服用本发明对比实施例2所制成的茶剂,每天服用3次,每次10-15g,7天为一个疗程,服用2个疗程;疗效如表8所示,从表中可知,本发明所制的茶剂,对心脑血管病中的高血糖有更好的疗效。
疗效判断标准:
显效:糖尿病症状及并发症基本消失,血液流变学5项、纤溶***2项得到改善,空腹血糖小于110mg/dl,24小时尿糖小于5g或血糖、尿糖较治疗前下降值>50%;
有效:糖尿病症状及并发症明显减轻,血液流变学及纤溶***4项或4项以上得到改善,空腹血糖小于150mg/dl,24小时尿糖小于10g或血糖、尿糖较治疗前下降值>30%;
无效:糖尿病症状及并发症没有得到改善。

试验例5
购回SD大鼠60只,大鼠体重为240-260g,大鼠随机分为3组,1组注射生理盐水,2组注射本发明茶剂冲泡的茶水,3组注射对比实施例2所制得保健茶冲泡的茶水,早晚各注射一次,每次1ml;其余按照正常喂养,每组每天喂养的饲料量相同,2个月后,检测大鼠血清中体液免疫指标,检测结果如表9所示,从表中可知,2组的免疫球蛋白、总蛋白指标与1组相比明显提高了,3组的免疫球蛋白、总蛋白指标与1组相比明显的变化,因此本发明所制得茶剂具有提高体质、提高免疫力的作用。

Claims (6)
1.一种防治心脑血管病的茶剂,其原料按重量份额为:30-40份绿茶、5-10份苦丁茶、30-50份草决明、10-20份山楂、15-25份桑叶、5-10份川莓根、3-5份刺苋、10-20份铁苋菜、3-6份落地生根、3-6份紫薇叶、5-10份佛手花、1-3份香树叶。
2.如权利要求1所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂,其特征在于,其原料按重量份额为:35份绿茶、8份苦丁茶、45份草决明、16份山楂、20份桑叶、7份川莓根、4份刺苋、13份铁苋菜、4份落地生根、5份紫薇叶、6份佛手花、2份香树叶。
3.如权利要求1所述的防治心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,其工艺过程如下:
(1)备料:按上述重量份额,分别取绿茶、苦丁茶、草决明、山楂、桑叶、川莓根、刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶、佛手花、香树叶。
(2)取备用的绿茶、桑叶、草决明、川莓根、山楂,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(3)向浸取罐中加入罐中药粉重量10-12倍的85-90%乙醇加热回流2-2.5h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量8-9倍的60-70%乙醇加热回流1-2h,滤出第二次浸提液;再向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量6-7倍的60-70%乙醇加热回流0.5-1h,滤出第三次浸提液;将第一次浸提液、第二次浸提液和第三次浸提液合并,用超声处理后,减压回收乙醇获得醇提取液,备用;
(4)将备用的醇提取液加热浓缩,得到醇提浓缩液,备用;
(5)取备用的刺苋、铁苋菜、落地生根、紫薇叶,粉碎,加到浸取罐中;
(6)向罐中加入罐中药粉重量10-12倍的水煎煮2-2.5h,滤出第一次浸提液;然后向罐中药渣加入原药粉重量7-8倍的水煎煮1-1.5h,滤出第二次浸提液,将第一次浸提液和第二次浸提液合并得水浸提液,备用;
(7)将备用的水浸提液加热浓缩,得到水提浓缩液,备用;
(8)取备用的苦丁茶、香树叶、佛手花,进行粉碎、过筛,得细粉,备用;
(9)将备用的醇提浓缩液和水提浓缩液进行真空干燥,获得醇提浸膏粉和水提浸膏粉,与步骤(8)中的细粉混合均匀,过筛,分装入袋,即可获得茶剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的的防治心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(3),超声处理的时间为8-10min。
5.如权利要求所述3的防治心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4),加热温度为70-80℃。
6.如权利要求3所述的治疗心脑血管病的茶剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(7),加热温度为60-70℃。
