Abstract
本发明属于食品领域,公开了一种具有润肠通便功能的组合物,由下述重量份数的原料制成:肉苁蓉1‑20份、茯苓1‑15份、火麻仁1‑10份、郁李仁1‑10份、桃仁1‑10份、罗汉果1‑10份、陈皮1‑5份。本发明组合物组方合理、独到,具有补脾益肾、生津润燥的功能,使得中老年人津液得复,肠道濡润,肺气、胃气通降下行,脏腑津液与气皆调,大便可通,可用于制备具有改善中老年人由于津亏肠燥、脾肾亏虚引起的习惯性便秘功能的保健食品,具有安全无副作用等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种具有润肠通便功能的保健食品组合物及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
当今社会,竞争激烈导致工作、生活压力大,环境、心理因素(精神紧张)及饮食不规律造成排便***提高后饮食结构发生很大变化(肉食为主、进食过于精细)等原因导致便秘人群急速增加,便秘发病率呈明显上升趋势,严重影响人们的生活质量。
便秘是临床上较常见的消化道疾病,是指大便秘结不通,排便时间延长,或欲大便而艰涩不畅的一种病证。便秘的发生率与年龄成正相关,有资料报道,我国便秘的发病率为10%~15%,其中年轻人为3%,中年人为8%,老年人为20%。中老年人由于年龄增加,食量和体力活动明显少,胃肠道分泌消化液减少,肠管的张力和蠕动减弱,腹腔及盆底肌肉乏力,***内外***减弱,胃结肠反射减弱,直肠敏感性下降,使食物在肠内停留过久,水分过度吸收而引起便秘;又老年人因牙齿脱落,喜吃低渣精细的食物,或图方便省事,饮食简单而缺粗纤维,使粪便体积缩小,黏滞度增加,在肠内运动减慢,水分过度吸收而便秘。而中老年人因自身生理机能的退行性变化,使看似普遍、易被忽略的便秘,往往诱发如心绞痛、心肌梗死、中风等严重的后果,给家庭和社会带来不利影响。
现代医学治疗便秘,西医常以西药导泻和灌肠等方法治疗,上述疗法治标不治本;而中医药则通过辨证论治,调节机体阴阳脏腑的平衡,从根本上解除发病因素,从根本上改善患者的体质。至今仍然缺乏理想的改善中老年人便秘的中药方,目前市面上用于治疗便秘的中药药物主要有大黄、番泻叶、芦荟、决明子等含蒽醌类的刺激性泻药,这类药物一般起效快,但副作用大,长期使用易引起肠肌神经丛变性,导致继发性便秘,还会伤气血、损津液,使中老年人原本不足的气血、津液更加亏损,易出现脱水、休克,甚至危及生命。
当前,既有东方医药文化内涵,又有传统饮食特色的中药类保健食品已经普遍受到了人们的认可和欢迎,其保健功能是在维持和改善机体健康的前提下调节其生理机能的。因此,提供一种具有补脾益肾、生津润燥功效,用于中老年人习惯性便秘的保健食品组合物具有重要的意义。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够明显改善中老年人由于津亏肠燥、脾肾亏虚引起的习惯性便秘的保健食品组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有润肠通便功能的组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:
肉苁蓉1-20份;茯苓1-15份;火麻仁1-10份;郁李仁1-10份;桃仁1-10份;罗汉果1-10份;陈皮1-5份。
优选的,本发明所述的具有润肠通便功能的组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:
肉苁蓉3-18份;茯苓2-12份;火麻仁1.5-8份;郁李仁1.5-8份;桃仁1.5-8份;罗汉果1.5-8份;陈皮1.5-4份。
进一步优选的,本发明所述的具有润肠通便功能的组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:
肉苁蓉5-18份;茯苓3-12份;火麻仁2-8份;郁李仁2-8份;桃仁2-8份;罗汉果2-8份;陈皮2-4份。
最优选的,本发明所述的组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:肉苁蓉8-18份;茯苓8-12份;火麻仁3-8份;郁李仁3-8份;桃仁3-8份;罗汉果3-8份;陈皮2.5-4份。

本发明还提供了一种本发明所述的具有润肠通便功能的组合物的制备方法,包括:称取配方量的组分,混合,得到组合物。本发明对各原料混合的方式没有特殊要求,本领域公知的混合方法即可,所述的混合方式优选为:将各组分混合磨粉或者将各原料混合蒸煮。具体的,所述的混合磨粉方式为:组分混合后先粉碎成粗粉,再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉;其中,所述粗粉的粒度为40-60目;所述超微粉的粒度为200目以上。
本发明提供的组合物具有补脾益肾、生津润燥的功能,使得中老年人津液得复,肠道濡润,肺气、胃气通降下行,脏腑津液与气皆调,大便可通。临床研究表明本发明各组分配伍合理,能较好地实现治疗中老年肠燥热结之习惯性便秘的症状,通便效果明显。因此,本发明的另一个目的是提供本发明所述的组合物在制备具有润肠通便功能的保健食品的应用,尤其是在制备具有改善中老年便秘功能的保健食品中的应用。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种以本发明所述的组合物为有效成分或主要有效成分,与食品上可接受的添加剂制成的保健食品。
所述的保健食品为饼干、即食冲调粉或压片糖果。
所述的添加剂选自麦芽糊精、低筋面粉、细砂糖、黄油、鸡蛋液、奶粉、小苏打、食盐、木糖醇、奶粉、微晶纤维素、黄原胶、草莓果粉、甜菊糖苷、硬脂酸镁。
所述的饼干的原料包括本发明所述的具有润肠通便功能的组合物、麦芽糊精、低筋面粉、细砂糖、黄油、鸡蛋液、奶粉、小苏打、食盐;其中,所述的麦芽糊精、低筋面粉、细砂糖、黄油、鸡蛋液、奶粉、小苏打、食盐的用量分别为具有润肠通便功能的组合物重量的20-25%、15-20%、20-25%、20-25%、12-18%、12-18%、1-2%、1-1.5%。
所述的饼干按照下述步骤制备得到:
(1)、原料预处理:分别取肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮,去杂、洗净,50-80℃烘干;按配比将上述烘干原料混合,先粉碎成粗粉;再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉;其中,所述的粗粉的粒度为40-60目;所述的超微粉的粒度为200目以上;
(2)、调配:先将黄油打发,再加入细砂糖打发,继续加入鸡蛋液打发,按配比加入充分混匀的超微粉、麦芽糊精、低筋面粉、奶粉、小苏打、食盐;
(3)、和面、成型:将上述原料充分混合均匀,揉成面团,静置约半小时后均匀分块,压片成型;
(4)、焙烤:将成型的饼坯于160-200℃,焙烤10-20min,制得饼干。
所述的即食冲调粉的原料包括本发明所述的具有润肠通便功能的组合物、糙米、麦芽糊精、木糖醇、奶粉、微晶纤维素、黄原胶;其中,所述的糙米、麦芽糊精、木糖醇、奶粉、微晶纤维素、黄原胶的用量分别为具有润肠通便功能的组合物重量的25-30%、25-30%、25-30%、12-20%、4-8%、1-2%。
所述的即食冲调粉按照下述步骤制备得到:
(1)、原料预处理:分别取肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮,去杂、洗净,50-80℃烘干;将糙米去杂、洗净、晾干,再经炒制熟化得到炒制糙米;
(2)、混合、粉碎:按配比取经过预处理的肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮,和炒制糙米混合,先粉碎成粗粉;再与麦芽糊精、木糖醇、奶粉、微晶纤维素、黄原胶混合,经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉,制得即食冲调粉;其中,所述的粗粉的粒度为40-60目;所述的超微粉的粒度为200目以上。
所述的压片糖果的原料包括本发明所述的具有润肠通便功能的组合物、麦芽糊精、草莓果粉、微晶纤维素、甜菊糖苷、硬脂酸镁;其中,所述的麦芽糊精、草莓果粉、微晶纤维素、甜菊糖苷、硬脂酸镁的用量分别为具有润肠通便功能的组合物重量的16-22%、22-32%、28-35%、1-2%、3.5-5%。
所述的压片糖果按照下述步骤制备得到:
(1)、原料预处理:分别取肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮,去杂、洗净,50-80℃烘干;按配比将上述烘干原料混合,先粉碎成粗粉;再经超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉;其中,所述的粗粉的粒度为40-60目;所述的超微粉的粒度为200目以上;
(2)、制粒、压片:按配比分别称取超微粉、麦芽糊精、草莓果粉、微晶纤维素及甜菊糖苷,充分混合均匀,经制粒、干燥及整粒,制得整粒料;加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀,选择合适冲模进行压片,制得压片糖果;其中,所述制粒的方式优选为湿法制粒。
肉苁蓉味甘、咸温,无毒,归肾、大肠经。为补肾益精,润肠通便之上品,因其补而不峻,通下缓和,故有“从容”之称,为治疗老人、病后、血虚、津液不足,肾虚便秘的传统用药。《本草正义》载:“肉苁蓉咸味能下降,润能通肠,以主大便不爽,颇得捷径,且性本温润,益阴通阳,故通腑而不伤津液,尤其独步耳。”经验方常用肉苁蓉一味,煎汤或泡茶饮治老人便秘,确有良效。药理研究表明肉苁蓉中含有的无机盐类及胶质类多糖,能够有效的减少排便时间,使肠蠕动次数和时间增多,明显阻滞水分被大肠吸收,起到通便作用。
茯苓味甘、淡,性平,归心、肺、脾、肾经。功用健脾宁心、利水渗湿;《药性论》记载其具有开胃、镇惊安神的作用。茯苓平补而健脾和胃,健运肠腑,消瘀利水,扶正又可祛邪,补而不俊,利而不猛。《本草纲目》评价:“茯苓益脾和胃,渗湿利水,气味淡而渗,其性上行,生津液,开腠理,滋水源而下降,利小便,故其性属阳,浮而升,乃其性也。”茯苓的“渗”类似于脾气的升清功能,有助于脾对营养物质的吸收。茯苓利小便,借此把肠胃里的湿气排掉,起到强壮脾气,通畅大便的作用。这正符合中医“利小便以实大便”之说。
火麻仁味甘,性平,归脾、胃、大肠经,具有润肠通便、滋养补虚的作用,尤其适用于老人、产妇及体弱津血不足的肠燥便秘。《药品化义》记载:麻仁能润肠,体润能去燥,专利大肠气结便秘。药理研究表明火麻仁中含有大量脂肪油成分,起到对肠道润滑的作用;麻仁提取物能够刺激肠道,使肠道分泌功能变活跃,肠道蠕动的幅度增大,所以麻仁有润肠通便的功能。
郁李仁味辛、苦、甘,性平,归脾、大肠、小肠经,其质润多脂,润肠通便,且润中兼行大肠之气,用于津亏肠燥、便秘胀气、气郁食滞、四肢水肿、二便不利。《用药法像》记载其专治大肠气滞、燥涩不通。《本草经疏》记载其性专降下,善导大肠燥结,利周身水气。药理研究表明郁李仁含有郁李仁苷、脂肪油、挥发性有机酸、皂苷、植物甾醇等成分,能有效的促进胃肠的蠕动,并能使肠道得到润滑,加速肠道内粪便的***,起到通便泻下作用。
桃仁味苦、甘,性平,入心、肝、大肠经,有活血逐瘀,润肠通便之效。《本草衍义补遗》引《心》云:“桃仁去血中之坚及,通月经,老人虚秘。”可见,桃仁善治津亏肠燥便秘、血虚便秘、老人虚秘等。桃仁味苦能泻滞血,甘缓质润能滋润肠燥,在治疗习惯性便秘时,即使无明显瘀血症状,但据“久病血伤入络”之理,在辨证治疗的基础上适当加入桃仁,使瘀血消散、气机流畅,则便秘可除。药理研究表明:桃仁内含45%的脂肪油,能提高肠内容物黏膜的润滑性,且具有改善血流阻滞、血行障碍等作用。
罗汉果味甘,性凉,入肺、大肠经。功用润肺通便、宣降肺气,其味甘质润,可生津润肠通便,治肠燥便秘。药理研究表明:罗汉果甜苷能促进小鼠的肠蠕动,显著降低禁水燥结型便秘小鼠的墨汁推进率,降低首次排便时间,增加排便数量和质量;其泻下通便作用比番泻叶等泻下中药要缓和得多,故更适用于老年人或身体虚弱者的便秘治疗。
陈皮味苦、辛,性温,入脾、胃、肺经;其气香宣散,可升可降,具有理气和中,燥湿化痰、利水通便的功效,用于脾胃不和、脘腹胀痛、痰湿阻肺、咳嗽痰多、小便不利、大便秘结。《本草纲目》记载陈皮疗“大肠秘塞”;含陈皮古方广泛治疗大便秘涩不通,说明陈皮有通便功能。药理研究表明:小剂量陈皮对小鼠肠推进运动无明显影响,大剂量陈皮使小鼠肠推进运动明显加快;说明增加肠收缩,促进肠推进,是陈皮通便作用的主要机制。陈皮苦能泄能燥,辛能散能和,其治百病,取其理气燥湿之功,协同茯苓成健脾之功,去除气雍津停之源;与桃仁同用起到通润大肠血秘的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果:
本发明组合物由安全性高的肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮组成,其中肉苁蓉是列入《神农本草经》上品中的品种—“主养命以应天,无毒”,其营养价值高且无毒副作用,自古便在民间被广泛食用;而茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮均属于药食同源品。方中肉苁蓉为君药,滋肾益精,润肠通便;茯苓健脾和胃,升脾气、生津液、和中通便,为臣药;佐以火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁润燥滑肠,加强润肠通便之功效;罗汉果宣降肺气、生津润肠,陈皮降气行滞,用以佐药。合诸药,可温肾健脾、津液自生、大肠得润、而秘结随解。
本发明组合物配方安全、健康,从原料角度保证了产品的安全性,有食疗保健之功效,更适合中老年人以调节、改善机体生理机能而通便的需求,使得中老年人津液得复,肠道濡润,肺气、胃气通降下行,脏腑津液与气皆调,大便可通。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种饼干,按下列重量份的原料及添加剂制备而成:肉苁蓉18份;茯苓12份;火麻仁8份;郁李仁8份;桃仁8份;罗汉果8份;陈皮4份;麦芽糊精16份;低筋面粉12份;细砂糖16份;黄油16份;鸡蛋液10份;奶粉10份;小苏打1份;食盐0.8份。
具体按照以下步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:分别将肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮去杂、洗净,50-80℃烘干;按配比将上述烘干原料混合,先粉碎成粗粉(约40-60目);再经气引式超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉(200目以上);
(2)调配:先将黄油打发,再加入细砂糖打发,继续加入鸡蛋液打发,后按配比加入充分混匀的超微粉、麦芽糊精、低筋面粉、奶粉、小苏打和食盐;
(3)和面、成型:将上述原料充分混合均匀,揉成面团,静置约半小时后均匀分块,压片成型;
(4)焙烤:将成型的饼坯放入烤箱,控制面火与底火温度为160-200℃,焙烤10-20min,至色泽达到要求;取出后放凉,利用抽气封口机进行包装,制得饼干。
实施例2
一种即食冲调粉,按下列重量份的原料及添加剂制备而成:肉苁蓉15份;茯苓10份;火麻仁6份;郁李仁6份;桃仁6份;罗汉果6份;陈皮3份;糙米15份;麦芽糊精15份;木糖醇15份;奶粉8份;微晶纤维素3份;黄原胶0.6份。
具体按照以下步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:分别将肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果及陈皮去杂质洗净,于50-80℃低温烘干;将糙米去杂质后清洗、晾干,再经炒制熟化得到炒制糙米;
(2)粉碎、混合:将经过预处理的肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果、陈皮,和炒制糙米按照比例混合,先粉碎成粗粉(约40-60目);再与麦芽糊精、木糖醇、奶粉、微晶纤维素、黄原胶按配比混合,经气引式超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉(200目以上),即得即食冲调粉;
(3)包装:将制得的即食冲调粉装袋。
实施例3
一种压片糖果,按下列重量份的原料及添加剂制备而成:肉苁蓉10份;茯苓8份;火麻仁5份;郁李仁5份;桃仁5份;罗汉果5份;陈皮3份;麦芽糊精8份;草莓果粉10份;微晶纤维素12份;甜菊糖苷0.5份;硬脂酸镁1.5份。
具体按照以下步骤制备:
(1)原料预处理:使用前分别将肉苁蓉、茯苓、火麻仁、郁李仁、桃仁、罗汉果及陈皮去杂洗净,50-80℃烘干,先粉碎成粗粉(约40-60目);再经气引式超微粉碎机粉碎至超微粉(200目以上);
(2)制粒、干燥、整粒:按配比分别称取超微粉、麦芽糊精、草莓果粉、微晶纤维素、甜菊糖苷,充分混合均匀;加入80%(体积分数)乙醇作润湿剂,进行湿法制粒;后于60±5℃鼓风干燥箱中干燥;干燥后过筛进行整粒;
(3)压片、包装:整粒料中加入硬脂酸镁作脱模剂,混合均匀,压成合适的片形,包装,即得压片糖果。
对比例1
取下列重量份的原料及添加剂制备而成:肉苁蓉10份;茯苓8份;火麻仁5份;郁李仁5份;陈皮3份;麦芽糊精8份;草莓果粉10份;微晶纤维素12份;甜菊糖苷0.5份;硬脂酸镁1.5份。按照实施例3的方法制备得到压片糖果。
对比例2
取下列重量份的原料及添加剂制备而成:肉苁蓉10份;茯苓8份;火麻仁5份;郁李仁5份;桃仁5份;陈皮3份;麦芽糊精8份;草莓果粉10份;微晶纤维素12份;甜菊糖苷0.5份;硬脂酸镁1.5份。按照实施例3的方法制备得到压片糖果。
对比例3
取下列重量份的原料及添加剂制备而成:肉苁蓉10份;茯苓8份;火麻仁5份;郁李仁5份;罗汉果5份;陈皮3份;麦芽糊精8份;草莓果粉10份;微晶纤维素12份;甜菊糖苷0.5份;硬脂酸镁1.5份。按照实施例3的方法制备得到压片糖果。
对比例4
取下列重量份的原料及添加剂制备而成:肉苁蓉10份;火麻仁5份;郁李仁5份;桃仁5份;罗汉果5份;陈皮3份;麦芽糊精8份;草莓果粉10份;微晶纤维素12份;甜菊糖苷0.5份;硬脂酸镁1.5份。按照实施例3的方法制备得到压片糖果。
实施例4临床观察实验
受试例来源:210名中老年便秘患者(来源于合作医院消化内科门诊病人),年龄为45-70岁,便秘症状相似(肠燥热结之习惯性便秘),随机分为七组(七组性别与年龄差别均无统计学意义,P>0.05),每组30例,分别服用实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3及对比例4产品。
实验方法:各病例分别按规定服用实施例产品:每日2次,12.5g/次,4周为一周期,共服用3个周期。服用前、后分别观察便秘改善情况,记录便秘分级量化评分,对所得到的评分计算疗效指数,做出疗效评价。
便秘中医症状量化指标:大便干结、排便间隔时间、排便费力、口干少津、潮热盗汗、心烦少寐等。参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》,制定计分标准详见表1。

疗效评定标准:疗效指数=(服用前积分-服用后积分)/服用前积分×100%
治愈:服用后,排便完全正常,或者恢复至之前水平,并且其他症状完全消失(疗效指数≥90%);
显效:服用后,排便明显改善,排便间隔时间正常,大便性质也接近正常(70%≤疗效指数<90%);
有效:服用后,大便干结好转,其他症状也好转(30%≤疗效指数<70%);
无效:服用后,排便无好转,且其他症状也未见好转(疗效指数<30%)。
疗效评价:根据疗效指数分析如表2。

服用后,受试者未出现毒副作用,说明组合物具有安全无副作用。实施例1、2、3的总有效率分别为86.7%、90.0%、93.3%,实施例组间经X2检验为:X2=0.195(<7.81)、P>0.05,X2=1.001(<7.81)、P>0.05,X2=0.382(<7.81)、P>0.05,说明各实施例组便秘情况均有显著改善,组间比较无明显差异。对比例1、2、3、4的总有效率分别为53.3%、70.0%、66.7%、60.0%,说明各对比例的便秘情况有所改善。实施例1分别与对比例1、对比例2、对比例3、对比例4经X2检验,分别为:X2=14.28(>11.34)、P<0.01,X2=8.39(>7.81)、P<0.05,X2=9.82(>7.81)、P<0.05,X2=12.17(>11.34)、P<0.01,由此可见各实施例与对比例相比均有显著性差异,即各实施例疗效均显著优于对比例。实施例中各组分互相搭配,可有效缓解中老年人的大便干结、排便费力、口干少津、潮热盗汗等症状,具有补脾益肾、生津润燥、润肠通便等功效,显著改善中老年人由于津亏肠燥、脾肾亏虚引起的习惯性便秘。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有润肠通便功能的组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:肉苁蓉1-20份、茯苓1-15份、火麻仁1-10份、郁李仁1-10份、桃仁1-10份、罗汉果1-10份、陈皮1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于所述的组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:肉苁蓉3-18份;茯苓2-12份;火麻仁1.5-8份;郁李仁1.5-8份;桃仁1.5-8份;罗汉果1.5-8份;陈皮1.5-4份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于所述的组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:肉苁蓉5-18份;茯苓3-12份;火麻仁2-8份;郁李仁2-8份;桃仁2-8份;罗汉果2-8份;陈皮2-4份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组合物,其特征在于所述的组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:肉苁蓉8-18份;茯苓8-12份;火麻仁3-8份;郁李仁3-8份;桃仁3-8份;罗汉果3-8份;陈皮2.5-4份。
5.权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括:称取配方量的组分,混合,得到组合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于所述的混合方式为:将各组分混合磨粉或者将各原料混合蒸煮。
7.权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物在制备具有润肠通便功能的保健食品的应用。
8.权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物在制备具有改善中老年便秘功能的保健食品中的应用。
9.一种保健食品,其特征在于以权利要求1-4任一项所述的组合物为有效成分或主要有效成分,与食品上可接受的添加剂制成的保健食品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的保健食品,其特征在于所述的保健食品为饼干、即食冲调粉或压片糖果。
