技术领域
本发明属于农用机械专用润滑油脂的生产技术领域,具体涉及一种农用机械专用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用(Roab)。农用机械对润滑油的要求尤其高,因为上述机械需要在户外恶劣环境中使用,减振和抗尘能力都需要较现有产品需要大幅的提升。
鉴于此,申请人研发了本专利技术所述的润滑油,润滑效果优良,能适应多种户外恶劣环境,安全、环保、使用寿命长。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种农用机械专用润滑油,润滑效果优良,能适应多种户外恶劣环境,安全、环保、使用寿命长。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种农用机械专用润滑油,其特征在于所包含成分及各种成分所占质量分数如下:
消泡剂 6-6.5%;
抗乳化剂 1.5-2.5%;
抗剪切剂 1-3.5%;
防锈剂 2-3%;
耐磨剂 0.25-0.35%;
抗氧化剂 0.35-0.75%;
增稠剂 0.1-0.15%;
清静剂 0.15-0.25%;
分散剂 0.35-0.45%;
抑制剂 0.12-0.15%;
其余为:矿物基础油。
优选的,还包括粘度指数改善剂。
优选的,所述抗氧化剂为吩噻嗪、甲壳素、N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺或特丁基对苯二酚。
优选的,抗乳化剂为聚氧丙烷。
优选的,所述防锈剂为三乙醇胺。
优选的,所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素或硅酸铝。
优选的,所述消泡剂为甲基硅油。
本发明的有益效果是:

消泡剂 6-6.5%;
抗乳化剂 1.5-2.5%;

耐磨剂 0.25-0.35%;
抗氧化剂 0.35-0.75%;
增稠剂 0.1-0.15%;
清静剂 0.15-0.25%;
分散剂 0.35-0.45%;
抑制剂 0.12-0.15%;
其余为:矿物基础油。
还包括粘度指数改善剂。

消泡剂 6-6.5%;
抗乳化剂 1.5-2.5%;
抗剪切剂 1-3.5%;

耐磨剂 0.25-0.35%;
抗氧化剂 0.35-0.75%;
增稠剂 0.1-0.15%;
清静剂 0.15-0.25%;
分散剂 0.35-0.45%;
抑制剂 0.12-0.15%;
其余为:矿物基础油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用机械专用润滑油,其特征在于还包括粘度指数改善剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用机械专用润滑油,其特征在于所述抗氧化剂为吩噻嗪、甲壳素、N,N'-二仲丁基对苯二胺或特丁基对苯二酚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用机械专用润滑油,其特征在于抗乳化剂为聚氧丙烷。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用机械专用润滑油,其特征在于所述防锈剂为三乙醇胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用机械专用润滑油,其特征在于所述增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素或硅酸铝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用机械专用润滑油,其特征在于所述消泡剂为甲基硅油。
