Abstract

本发明公开了一种润滑油，按质量份计，包括100~200份的中性基础油，0.05~0.1份氟化石墨，1~3份表面改性剂，3~7份粘度指数改进剂，1~5份抗氧化剂，1~3份助分散剂。本发明的润滑油中添加有氟化石墨，其与基础油的相连性好，在基础油内的分散性好，不出现团聚、结块的现象，显著增大了润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、化学稳定性和热稳定性，提高了润滑油品质。

背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦，保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂，主要起润滑、辅助冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑性能特别优异、强度大、减震、耐磨性好，化学稳定性和热稳定性好，使用寿命长的润滑油。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种润滑油，按质量份计，包括100~200份的中性基础油，0.05~0.1份氟化石墨，1~3份表面改性剂，3~7份粘度指数改进剂，1~5份抗氧化剂，1~3份助分散剂。
优选的是：所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
另外优选的是：所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
另外优选的是：所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物，其平均分子量为30000~50000。
本发明的润滑油中添加有氟化石墨，其与基础油的相连性好，在基础油内的分散性好，不出现团聚、结块的现象，显著增大了润滑油的润滑性、耐磨性、化学稳定性和热稳定性，提高了润滑油品质。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种润滑油，包括200份的中性基础油；0.1份氟化石墨；3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠；7份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物，该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为30000；5份抗氧化剂； 3份油酸。
实施例2
一种润滑油，包括100份的中性基础油；0.05份氟化石墨；2份十六烷基三甲基溴化铵，3份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物，该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为50000，3份抗氧化剂，2份三聚甘油单月桂酸酯。
实施例3
一种润滑油，包括150份的中性基础油；0.07份氟化石墨；1份硅烷偶联剂；3份作为粘度指数改进剂的乙丙共聚物，该乙丙共聚物的平均分子量为40000；1份抗氧化剂；2份硬脂酸单甘油酯。

1.一种润滑油，其特征在于：按质量份计，包括100~200份的中性基础油，0.05~0.1份氟化石墨，1~3份表面改性剂，3~7份粘度指数改进剂，1~5份抗氧化剂，1~3份助分散剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油，其特征在于：所述表面改性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、硅烷偶联剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油，其特征在于：所述助分散剂为油酸、三聚甘油单月桂酸酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油，其特征在于：所述粘度指数改进剂为乙丙共聚物，其平均分子量为30000~50000。
