本发明公开了一种机械用润滑油，由下列重量份的原料制成：中性基础油50‑60份，土耳其红油20‑30份，三乙醇胺5‑10份，粘度指数改进剂3‑5份，氯化石蜡2‑3份，山梨醇3‑4份，抗氧抗腐剂0.5‑1.5份，三亚油酸甘油酯1.5‑2.6份。本发明的优点在于：本发明的机械用润滑油适合在机械加工、车床等领域使用，而且成本较低、冷却、润滑效果好。

本发明涉及一种润滑油，特别涉及一种机械用润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦，保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂，主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用，但是目前很多机械用润滑油功能单一，特别是在机械加工领域，由于机械用润滑油不仅需要具有较高的润滑性能，同时需要具有良好的冷却功能，现有的这种机械用润滑油成本较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够解决润滑性能低且冷却效果不好的机械用润滑油。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种机械用润滑油，其创新点在于：由下列重量份的原料制成：中性基础油50-60份，土耳其红油20-30份，三乙醇胺5-10份，粘度指数改进剂3-5份，氯化石蜡2-3份，山梨醇3-4份，抗氧抗腐剂0.5-1.5份，三亚油酸甘油酯1.5-2.6份。
进一步的，由下列最优配比原料制成：中性基础油56份，土耳其红油25份，三乙醇胺7份，粘度指数改进剂4.3份，氯化石蜡2.4份，山梨醇3.5份，抗氧抗腐剂1份，三亚油酸甘油酯2份。
进一步的，中性基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
本发明的优点在于：本发明的机械用润滑油适合在机械加工、车床等领域使用，而且成本较低、冷却、润滑效果好。

实施例1：
一种机械用润滑油，由下列重量份的原料制成：中性基础60份，土耳其红油30份，三乙醇胺10份，粘度指数改进剂5份，氯化石蜡3份，山梨醇4份，抗氧抗腐剂1.5份，三亚油酸甘油酯2.6份。
其中，基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
实施例2
一种机械用润滑油，由下列重量份的原料制成：中性基础油50份，土耳其红油20份，三乙醇胺5份，粘度指数改进剂3份，氯化石蜡2份，山梨醇3份，抗氧抗腐剂0.5份，三亚油酸甘油酯1.5份。
其中，基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
实施例3

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械用润滑油，其特征在于：由下列最优配比原料制成：中性基础油56份，土耳其红油25份，三乙醇胺7份，粘度指数改进剂4.3份，氯化石蜡2.4份，山梨醇3.5份，抗氧抗腐剂1份，三亚油酸甘油酯2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种机械用润滑油，其特征在于：中性基础油是粘度指数为90以上的高粘度指数的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类基础油。
