燃料重整器可包括:壳体;混合部分,其设置在壳体中并且是被构造成混合从外部供给的燃料和EGR气体的空间;燃料喷射器,其安装在壳体的一侧并被构造成将燃料供给到混合部分;EGR管,其连接到混合部分并被构造成使EGR气体流动;传热部分,其安装在混合部分的后端并被构造成通过排气的热量来增加所混合的燃料和EGR气体的温度;以及重整催化部分,其设置在传热部分的后端并被构造成重整所混合的燃料和EGR气体。
传热部分可包括:贯穿构件,其具有被构造成使在混合部分中混合的燃料和EGR气体向重整催化部分循环的多个贯穿孔;以及排气入口和排气出口,排气通过其流入和排出,使得排气在多个贯穿孔周围循环。
在一种形式中,燃料重整***可进一步包括:压缩机,其连接到进气管路并被构造成压缩重整气体和空气以供给到发动机;以及涡轮,其连接到排气管路并被构造成通过排气旋转以产生动力。
催化器可包括稀燃NOx捕集器(lean NOx trap,LNT),其在稀燃条件下捕集排气中包含的氮氧化物,并在富燃条件下解吸所捕集的氮。LNT还原排气中包含的氮氧化物或所解吸的氮氧化物。
催化器可包括被构造成通过使用还原剂还原排气中包含的氮氧化物的选择性催化还原器(SCR)。
可在EGR管路上安装被构造成调节重整气体的流速的EGR阀以及被设置在EGR阀的后端并被构造成冷却重整气体的EGR冷却器。
重整器可安装在EGR管路中的EGR冷却器的前部处。
根据本公开的示例性形式,提供了在燃料重整器中的混合气体和排气的传热结构,以获得重整催化剂的足够的活化温度来进行重整反应,从而增加氢的生成并提高重整效率。

图1是示出本公开的一种形式的燃料重整***的示意图。
参照图1,重整***包括发动机10、进气管路5、排气管路15、燃料重整器20以及催化器30。
发动机10燃烧其中混合燃料和空气的空气/燃料混合物,以将化学能转化为机械能。发动机10连接到进气歧管,以便在燃烧室中接收空气,并且连接到排气歧管,使得在燃烧过程中产生的排气聚集在排气歧管中并被排放到发动机的外部。喷射器安装在燃烧室中,以便将燃料喷射到燃烧室中。
这里例示了柴油发动机,但是可使用稀燃汽油发动机。在使用汽油发动机的情况下,空气/燃料混合物通过进气歧管流入燃烧室中,并且火花塞安装在燃烧室的上部。并且,在使用汽油直接喷射(GDI)发动机的情况下,与柴油发动机相同,喷射器安装在燃烧室的上部。
另外,发动机具有各种压缩比。例如,压缩比可小于或等于约16.5。
进气管路5连接到发动机10的入口,以将重整气体和空气供给到发动机10,并且排气管路15连接到发动机10的出口,以使从发动机10排出的排气循环。
从发动机排出的一部分排气通过EGR管路17供给到发动机10。此外,EGR管路17连接到进气歧管,从而通过将一部分排气与空气混合来控制燃烧温度。该燃烧温度控制通过调节供给到进气歧管的排气量进行。因此,调节重整气体的流速的EGR阀26可安装在EGR管路17上。
通过EGR管路17实现的排气再循环***在根据行车条件需要减少氮氧化物的量时,将一部分排气供给到进气***并流入到燃烧室。然后,所供给排气作为不改变体积的惰性气体降低空气/燃料混合物的密度,并且在燃料燃烧期间降低火焰传播速度。因此,减少了燃料的燃烧速度,并减少了燃烧温度的增加,使得降低了氮氧化物的生成。
燃料重整器20被设置在从排气管路15分支的EGR管路17上,并且将从排气分支并通过EGR管路17的EGR气体与燃料混合,并重整混合在EGR气体中的燃料。
催化器30被设置在排气管路15上,并在燃料重整器20的前端净化排气中包含的氮氧化物。
催化器30可包括稀燃NOx捕集器(LNT),其在稀燃条件下捕集排气中包含的氮氧化物,并在富燃条件下解吸所捕集的氮,并还原排气中所包含的氮氧化物或所解吸的氮氧化物。LNT可氧化排气中包含的一氧化碳(CO)和烃(HC)。这里,应该理解的是,烃用来表示在排气和燃料中包括碳和氢的化合物。
此外,催化器30可包括通过使用还原剂还原排气中包含的氮氧化物的选择性催化还原器(SCR)。还原剂可以是从喷射模块喷射的尿素。
在一种形式中,燃料重整可进一步包括:压缩机6,其连接到进气管路5并压缩重整气体和空气以供给发动机10;以及涡轮7,其连接到排气管路15并通过排气旋转以产生动力。
此外,重整***可包括中冷器8,其连接到压缩机6。冷却的空气和重整气体再次流入发动机10的进气管路5中,并且节气门9调节空气和重整气体的流速。
可在排气管路15中的催化器30的后端设置调节排气流速的排气压力控制阀32。
同时,调节重整气体的流速的EGR阀26和设置在EGR阀26的后端并冷却重整气体的EGR冷却器25可安装在EGR管路17上。
这里,燃料重整器20可设置在EGR管路17中的EGR冷却器25的前部处。
图2是示出本公开的一个示例性形式的燃料重整器的示意图,图3是示出作为本公开的示例性形式的燃料重整器的传热部分的示意图。
参照图2,燃料重整器20包括:壳体21;混合部分22,其是用于混合从外部供给的燃料与EGR气体的空间;燃料喷射器23,其安装在壳体21的一侧并将燃料供给到混合部分22;EGR管24,其连接到EGR气体流入其中的混合部分22;传热部分A,其安装在混合部分22的后端;以及重整催化部分27,其设置在传热部分A的后端。重整催化部分27重整在混合部分22中混合的燃料和EGR气体。
参照图3,传热部分A包括:贯穿构件28、排气入口31和排气出口33。
贯穿构件28具有被构造成使在混合部分22中混合的燃料和EGR气体向重整催化部分27循环的多个贯穿孔。
排气通过排气入口31流入传热部分A中,并通过排气出口33流出。流入传热部分A中的排气流经形成在贯穿构件28上的多个贯穿孔,以将排气的排气热量传递到混合的燃料和EGR气体。
如图3所示,排气可在与贯穿孔的长度方向交叉的方向上流入和流出,并且排气可在贯穿孔周围流动,以将排气热量传递到流经贯穿孔的燃料和EGR气体。
通过这种传热结构,在燃料和EGR气体流入重整催化部分27中之前,排气热量被传递到燃料和EGR气体,因此燃料和EGR气体的温度充分升高至重整催化剂的足够的活化温度。
如此,提供了在燃料重整器中的混合气体和排气的传热结构,以获得重整催化剂的足够的活化温度来进行重整反应,从而增加氢的生成并提高重整效率。
虽然已经结合目前被认为是实用的示例性形式描述了本公开,但应当理解的是,本公开不限于所公开的形式。相反,旨在覆盖包括在本公开的精神和范围内的各种修改和等同布置。

Claims (8)

1.一种燃料重整***,其包括:
发动机,其被构造成燃烧重整气体并产生机械动力;
进气管路,其连接到所述发动机并被构造成将所述重整气体和空气供给到所述发动机;
排气管路,其连接到所述发动机并被构造成使从所述发动机排出的排气循环;
燃料重整器,其设置在从所述排气管路分支的排气再循环管路即EGR管路上,所述EGR管路将所述排气的一部分分支为EGR气体,所述燃料重整器被构造成将所述EGR气体与燃料混合并重整混合在所述EGR气体中的所述燃料;以及
催化器,其设置在所述排气管路上并被构造成在所述燃料重整器的前端处净化所述排气中包含的氮氧化物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃料重整***,其中所述燃料重整器包括:
壳体;
混合部分,其设置在所述壳体中并且是被构造成混合从外部供给的所述燃料和所述EGR气体的空间;
燃料喷射器,其安装在所述壳体的一侧并被构造成将所述燃料供给到所述混合部分;
EGR管,其连接到所述混合部分并被构造成使所述EGR气体流动;
传热部分,其安装在所述混合部分的后端并被构造成通过所述排气的热量来增加所混合的燃料和EGR气体的温度;以及
重整催化部分,其设置在所述传热部分的后端并被构造成重整所混合的燃料和EGR气体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃料重整***,其中所述传热部分包括:
贯穿构件,其具有被构造成使在所述混合部分中混合的所述燃料和EGR气体向所述重整催化部分循环的多个贯穿孔;以及
排气入口和排气出口,排气通过其流入和排出,使得所述排气在所述多个贯穿孔周围循环。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燃料重整***,其进一步包括:
压缩机,其连接到所述进气管路并被构造成压缩所述重整气体和空气以供给至所述发动机;以及
涡轮,其连接到所述排气管路并被构造成通过所述排气旋转以产生动力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的燃料重整***,其中,
所述催化器包括稀燃NOx捕集器,即LNT,其被构造成在稀燃条件下捕集所述排气中包含的氮氧化物,并在富燃条件下解吸所捕集的氮,所述LNT被构造成还原所述排气中所包含的氮氧化物或所解吸的氮氧化物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的燃料重整***,其中,
所述催化器包括选择性催化还原器,即SCR,其被构造成通过使用还原剂还原所述排气中包含的氮氧化物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的燃料重整***,其中,
被构造成调节所述重整气体的流速的EGR阀和设置在所述EGR阀的后端并被构造成冷却所述重整气体的EGR冷却器均安装在所述EGR管路上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的燃料重整***,其中,
所述燃料重整器安装在所述EGR管路中的所述EGR冷却器的前部处。
