The environment-friendly construction waste utilization apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the crushing device (11) comprises a crusher (111), a water storage tank (112), a water inlet head (113), a lower water pipe (114), a water pump (115), an upper water pipe (116), a spray pipe (117), a spray head (118), a fixing frame (119) and a discharge head (1110), the water storage tank (112) is welded to the middle and right sides of the lower part of the front surface of the crusher (111) and is connected with the upper water pipe (116) through the lower water pipe (114); the water inlet head (113) is welded at the upper left part of the water storage tank (112); the water pump (115) is arranged on the lower water delivery pipe (114); the spraying pipe (117) is welded above the inner wall of the fixing frame (119) and is connected with the upper water conveying pipe (116), and the lower end of the spraying pipe is connected with a spraying head (118) in a threaded manner; the discharging head (1110) is arranged at the right end of the crusher (111).

The environment-friendly construction waste utilization apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the environmental protection cover structure (13) comprises a first socket frame (131), a first plug frame (132), a first adjusting bolt (133), a second socket frame (134), a second plug frame (135), a second adjusting bolt (136), an environmental protection plate (137) and a protection net (138), wherein the first plug frame (132) and the second plug frame (135) are respectively inserted into the first socket frame (131) and the second socket frame (134) and are fixed by the first adjusting bolt (133) and the second adjusting bolt (136); the protective net (138) is arranged at the upper ends of the first plug-in frame (132) and the second plug-in frame (135).
