The currently adopted control period is generally to select an eclosion period and a low-age larva period of the imagoes, and the control of the imagoes can be carried out in the evening; for prevention and cure of larvae, it is advisable to take the medicine in the afternoon of a sunny day. The pesticide composition can be sprayed with 10% of 2000-3000 times of permethrin liquid, 2.5% of 2500 times of deltamethrin liquid, 25% of 500 times of bisultap liquid, 25% of 500-1000 times of two-dimensional wettable powder or 5% of 1500 times of imidacloprid missible oil liquid. Spraying for 1 time every 7-10 days, and continuously spraying for 3-4 times.
The existing prevention and control method has the defect that prevention and control are carried out in different growth periods of insect pests after the insect pests occur, and the effect of preventing and controlling in advance cannot be achieved.

The chemical prevention and control scheme has the advantages that the dosage of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is free of missible oil and powder.
The chemical control medicine is applied in spring or autumn.
As a further improvement of the invention, 750 times of triptolide is also added in the chemical prevention method, and the triptolide can effectively inhibit protein and signal paths, so that a neural network of a larva of the leaf miner is cut off and killed at a sprouting stage.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method eliminates the generated insect pests through a biological method and a physical method, then utilizes an agricultural control method to ensure that the treetops of the oranges are orderly, mainly aims at spring treetops and autumn treetops, ensures that the treetops in the south, the west and the north of the same citrus plant are orderly, and then applies chemical control when the treetops are 1-2 cm, namely three medicine using methods used in the scheme are used for medicine application, so that the insect pests of new leaves can be effectively prevented, and the possibility of the outburst of leaf miners is reduced.
