Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating poultry group I adenovirus and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of poultry breeding, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating poultry group I adenovirus, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Group I avian adenoviruses are predominantly classical avian adenoviruses, and representative strains are avian embryo lethal orphan viruses (CELO), which share a common group-specific antigen of 12 serotypes isolated from chicken (FAV1-12), two serotypes of turkey (FAV1-2), three serotypes of goose (GAV1-3), and 2 serotypes of duck. The avian adenovirus group I mainly causes egg drop syndrome, inclusion body hepatitis, hydropericardium syndrome and the like of chickens. The avian adenovirus I exists in respiratory tract and digestive tract of various birds, is caused by primary pathogeny and is often mixed with other viruses such as CAV, IBDV and the like to cause diseases. The adenovirus pathogens causing the inclusion body hepatitis and the pericardial effusion of chickens are determined and are mostly caused by specific serotypes of the avian adenosis of group I or mixed infection of different serotypes. Viruses are found mainly in the eyes, upper respiratory tract and digestive tract of chickens. Viruses are mainly replicated in the digestive tract and upper respiratory tract, and feces, intestinal tracts, diseased livers, kidneys, pharynx and the like all contain viruses. The virus is primarily vertically transmitted through the chick embryos and can be exposed from cell isolates prepared from the chick embryos or chicks of the infected flock. The virus is generally discharged at the age of more than 3 weeks, and the peak of the virus discharge is 4-6 weeks in broiler chickens; 70% of laying hens can expel toxin after 5-9 weeks and 14 weeks old. Several different serotypes may exist simultaneously in the same farm. The virus can be horizontally transmitted through excrement, trachea and nasal mucosa, and sick chickens often have no obvious symptoms, but have the symptoms of collapse, crouch, fluffy feather, beard and pale face skin and poor growth. The autopsy is hepatitis, the liver is light and crisp, the liver is swollen, bleeding spots exist on the liver and skeletal muscles, and large and round or irregular basophilic or eosinophilic intranuclear inclusion bodies exist in liver cells. The inclusion body hepatitis mainly causes the death rate of chicken groups to be increased, the production performance is disturbed, the production is delayed and the development is poor, the severe anemia of sick chicken, the hepatomegaly, the hemorrhage and the necrosis are caused, and the adenogastromegaly or the ulcer is caused by the digestive system disorder. Particularly, since the outbreak of the serum 4 type which is characterized by pericardial hydrops in more provinces of China in 2015, serious economic loss is caused to the breeding industry. Serous type 4 causes pericardial effusion and liver and kidney injury, severe casualties occur, and the loss caused by production is huge. Clinically, sick chickens suddenly become depressed, loose feathers, diarrhea, anemia, emaciation and death. The autopsy finds that the liver is swollen, crisp and fragile, perihepatitis, pericardial effusion and jelly-like, the spleen has white dead spots, the trachea has bleeding and mucus, the lung has serious congestion, the glandular stomach has bleeding spots in individual cases, all the bursa of Fabricius has milk-white cheese-like substances, and the kidney has dendritic congestion. Wherein the virus can be transmitted by vertical transmission and horizontal transmission. Wherein the infection is transmitted to the next generation through respiratory tract, digestive tract and conjunctiva of eyes, and also through hatching eggs.
At present, the method for treating inclusion body hepatitis and hydropericardium of the sick chickens is relatively deficient, wherein the sick chickens are mainly injected with antibodies to assist symptomatic conservative treatment, and have certain value in clinic. However, when the flock is at peak morbidity, injection and stress can also lead to high mortality and possibly spread of disease through the injection needle. Second, antibody therapy needs to be targeted, and if infected chicken groups are not matched with the virus types and antibodies, namely the serotypes are not matched, the therapeutic effect is reduced or ineffective. And the labor intensity of injection administration is high, and the stress and the injury are also huge. Is not favorable for clinical operation. Secondly, after the disease occurs, the feed is added with compound vitamins and trace elements and a medicine for protecting the liver and the kidney and promoting diuresis is added, which has certain effect but limited effect.
Through the search of the prior art, the existing treatment modes aiming at the group I adenovirus, such as inclusion body hepatitis, hydropericardium, adenogastric enlargement and the like, are mainly antibodies, and then traditional Chinese medicines, western medicines or biological preparations, such as interferon and the like, have certain effects. However, the injection is labor-intensive and easy to contaminate and cause transmission, and serotype matching problems also exist. Most western medicines are common antiviral medicines such as ribavirin, however, the western medicines belong to medicines prohibited by the nation and can bring residues which are not beneficial to food safety. The application of the traditional Chinese medicine also has a chance.
